My family and I all ordered cheese burgers and every one of them was raw!!! Disgusting.

It won’t let me post my photo… last night I order a couple of Crispy Chicken sandwiches. I ate one and it was fine. The next? I noticed the bun was moist(odd for a plan chicken sandwich). Opened it up to find that my chicken was completely RAW! What the hell?! I never got a receipt from the location and I couldn’t go back. It’s completely disgusting and I have filed a complaint with the health services and posted photos on FB and will talk to their corporate. What if someone had unknowingly eaten that?! That’s virtually poison you’ve just given me!

While exploring the assorted eateries around Movie School, I decided to stop in here to meet with a fellow student. He had spoken highly of the burgers, and regularly comes here for his meals. I walked over to the place and entered. When I approached the counter, I was greeted, and I took a look up at their board. My friend preached the cheap under a dollar burgers, and had four sitting on his tray, but I opted for Dave’s Hot & Juicy ½ lb combo. I’d much rather eat one big burger than four little burgers. I’m saving time and effort. The bill came to eight(ish) dollars, and I went to sit down at a table. A few moments later, an iced tea was handed to me. After a quick taste, I immediately realized it as the«Iced Tea» that comes from the soda machine. That stuff is way too sweet for me. I returned it for another actual brewed iced tea. In the time it took me to get my brewed iced tea, my burger and fries were placed on a tray on the counter. I put my new beverage onto the tray, and carried everything back to my table. I unwrapped everything and took my photo. After I was happy, I picked up a french fry and tossed it into my mouth. I regretted it fairly quickly. The french fries are salty as heck! I felt as if I had licked a block of salt! Blech! I picked up the burger to take a bite, and it was as good as I had expected. It was beefy and bacon-ey. It was a burger. I picked at the salt-lick fries, drank my iced tea and ate my burger. To be honest, the Burger was the best part of the meal. Granted, the meal itself was quite lackluster and mostly forgettable. Meh. There are far more memorable eateries along this stretch of Castaic Road. Heck, the Pilot travel center that is directly connected to the Wendy’s even has the option of a rolley hot-dog-serve-yourself area if you’re in a super hurry. Go out and check ‘em out. I know I will.

On November 26, 2015 at 1:00pm, I went through the drive through to order a double cheeseburger and iced tea. After ordering, I had to sit in my Jeep, waiting in the vehicle line for about ten minutes while a car that was three ahead of mine took a very long time to get their order. When I finally got to the window, I told the young clerk(clerk #743) that he should have had the problem car pull ahead and wait for their order because it took so long to get the rest of us through. My order total came to $ 8.48. I handed clerk #743 a $ 100.00 bill. He gave me $ 81.52 in change, all in five dollar bills with the exception of the $ 1.52. I am very lucky I counted through all of the change given to me because, as you can see from above if you know math at all, he shorted me $ 10.00. I was also lucky that his manager was standing nearby and heard me telling him that he had shorted me. The manager quickly rectified the situation and I drove off with my order. This location needs to do a better job of hiring employees who can handle various elements of the drive through and of counting change back to customers.

In my opinion, It’s just better to not go and sit inside it’s kind of gross and dirty and I’d rather not see who’s making my food. A bunch of youngsters looking like they don’t know what they’re doing. But I really have no real big complaints here other than when I ordered it from the inside disgusting but if I’m desperate I’ll come back
