Bacci’s Pizza & Pasta

Before I used to order meatballsub they done a great job but sometimes I got a very bad experience with the bread they use… today I oredered grilled chicken the order is not all neat and bread doesn’t look good… very hard to eat it …

They advertise a product that is not present, the «Beer for tips» was not in existence because the staff did not take the time to get one for the whole day of operations. Second, the cashier is horrible with communication, if a second grader could order food, she still would not be able to comprehend the items. Lastly, the pizza is actually good but the vibe and employment is horrific. Too bad, looks like we will continue to eat at «Joes» pizza which is 5 min away. Better all around.

Chico C: Sorry you enjoyed the pizza but were left thirsty for beer. Just so you know, our free beer, aka „beer for tips“ is a perk to eating at our restaurant. We are not a bar, and if you are so upset with the keg being empty that you had to write about it on Unilocal,than your priorities for coming to our establishment are skewed. As for our employees, especially the young lady you spoke so poorly of, she will be your boss one day. Joes Pizza does a fantastic job and I hope they enjoy your business.»
Obviously he thinks his business is a joke and does not understand the importance of professionalism. Would not be surprised to see them leave after they can’t afford to renew there lease…

My family’s new place to order pizza. I am usually not a fan of pizza but this is one of the best places to get pizza in Texas. It feels as authentic to a New York pizza as it can get from going to New York. Inside the stromboli there was cheese icicles or cheesecicles.

Ordered a big office lunch which went to waste. Worst Italian or Italian imitation. Sandwich bread was hard, chicken in the chicken parmigiana looked like tofu and was tasteless. barely any sauce in the chicken Alfredo, pizza was delivered cold and not tasty either.

Awful! This place is an embarrassment to Italian food. Ordered a side of meatballs and I got two fun size meatballs with no sauce. My fiancée ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with mozzarella and the bread was burnt and there was barely any chicken in it! I ordered the sausage and peppers sandwich and it tasted complete garbage. The food was so bad that we threw it in the garbage and spent more money to go to Hard Eight down the street from some delicious Texas BBQ! If this place was in NJ, they would be out of business within a week. We will not be back.

This place used to be excellent. Loved the crust, topping options, amazing flavors, and the delivery was usually pretty prompt. I’ve probably been ordering from here 3 times a month for the last year and last night was the end for me. I don’t know if they fired the cook or what, but whoever’s kid they have working in the kitchen after school can not even cut a vegetable. I’ve never seen such bizarre mismatched cutting come out of a restaurant like this. This wouldn’t be a big deal, I mean I can just pick out the parts of the bell pepper you’re not supposed to serve and bite through the slabs (seriously I don’t know how you even cut this) of onions without too much trouble but the biggest problem lately is that when I order pizza I get soup in a box. You guys have the heat on your ovens up too high because even though spots on the bottom of this pizza are black, it’s just mush in the center. I can usually combat a soggy pizza by folding the slice, but since Junior is still learning vegetables I’m not going to get on him about the fact that one slice will be an unwieldy 5 inches across, and the next one will be a 1 inch strip. I’ve also paid for garlic the last few times and while I’ll give credit to whoever it was that just poured garlic butter (?) all over my pie, that’s not how it used to be and not at all what I want.
I hope you guys can get it figured out.

I didn’t think one could mess up on Fettuccine Alfredo. When my food was delivered, I opened up a bowl of disappointment. It was fettuccine noodles with butter. If I wanted noodles and butter, I would have made it myself. In addition to my order, I also added a salad which I did not receive. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed in terms of the ratings.

Ordered the calzone and two side orders of meatballs.
When the food arrived I was extremely excited because I mean it’s meatballs and a calzone?! Anyways I open the container for the meatballs and what I see inside look more like hamster balls… I was hoping for some big softball size meatballs, but instead they were tiny little balls that looked like you could have bought them at Walmart… The calzone was Doughey and fell apart easily.
It didn’t taste half bad though, I’ll give them that.

Decent pizza but not the same quality as the Addison location. The crust isn’t as firm and crispy

Normally, when I order a meatball on the side from an Italian restaurant, I get a meatball that’s about the size of a tennis ball. But oh no. …not from this place. I just spent $ 2 on 2 marble — sized meatballs. I’ve seen more respectable looking meatballs in a can of Spaghetti O’s. Cheese bread is decent for the price, but not outstanding. Last time I’m ordering from this place.

Had a great meal at Bacci’s, the San P is incredible and cannolis out of this world!

Moved into the area just a few weeks ago and I had a taste for pizza today so I happened to give this place a try because we had a flyer on our door. After reading numerous reviews, figured it would actually be pretty good. I can’t say I was impressed, which is disappointing because I feel like the pizza just lacked everything. It looked very poor to me, the toppings looked like they were just thrown into a pile, barely any cheese, which is a HUGE downfall. I was hoping for a pizza that would entice me and that wasn’t the case. I may or may not give this place a 2^nd shot, because I usually do that, but I guess we’ll see.

We ordered here the week of Christmas and then again a couple of weeks ago and was a little disappointed both times. The crust for the pizzas were good, but not cooked in the middle. Also «the works» pizza seemed like the toppings were lite and kind of skimpy. Also we got a hot sub that was super cold and the dough on my calzone was a bit under cooked. Still was able to eat some of it, but the calzone could have been cooked for another 8min or so. Overall if these changes are made we will give it another try later in the future.

Great NY style pizza with lunch specials that help sweeten the deal. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys the thin crust, extra meat and free beer side of the world: D
I just didn’t think the cheese bread was that phenomenal as an appetizer. Will lean towards garlic bread or something the next time. I’ll be here again!

So I ordered in again got the full size Cesar salad with chicken it came with no chicken but I called and told them so they sent me another free one with alot of chicken this place is awesome they messed up but was willing to fix it and deliver it again for free thank you I love this place so far because I’m from Michigan so it’s the closes of food tasting ima get like home I recommend it give it a try !

I should have read the reviews online first before ordering here. I’m not the type of person to really complain, but when it comes to wasting my money I think anyone would. So after reading the reviews on Google and Unilocal I’ve noticed people are very disappointed with your delivery service and the quality of food they receive at their home/​job.

I was impressed by how fast the delivery was. HOWEVER: I did not receive ranch with my salad, nor did I receive the grilled chicken on my salad which was $ 2.25 extra. I also did not get my EXTRA side of ranch dressing. The wings were very good, but I was expecting a little more sauce on them. I don’t like wasting my money and I ALWAYS tip the delivery guys a good amount because I know what its like working off of tips.
I probably wouldn’t order from here again for the simple fact: If you’re going to charge people for little extras then at least put them with the order.

Order delivery through the Eat24 app a couple of times. However this last time the driver told me not to order from them it’s to far. It’s a 10 minute drive.
Chicken was undercooked.

Ordered delivery from my job. Ordered a small margherita pizza. Fabulous, not quite so pricey, and hit the spot just right. Would order from again.

I work nearby and was glad to have missed the work lunch crowd after 1pm yesterday. The staff was friendly & accommodating. There were only a few other customers. The restaurant was quiet & noticeably clean. We wanted pizza 10in that wasn’t on the regular menu — we didn’t mind paying full price but wanted individual pizzas because we like different toppings. They were able to make this happen with no problem.
We split a ½ Greek salad with house dressing and I ordered my pizza with pepperoni, beef & olive. The staff brought the pizza out hot to our table. Very tasty & great crust flavor. I didn’t think I would… but I ate the whole thing!

Ordered from Eat24 for lunch. I got the goat cheese gourmet pizza (16″ cause I figured I’d have leftovers for dinner) IL have plenty for dinner and lunch again tomorrow too! It’s really great though.
It was delivered quickly and still hot. The crust was crispy and the toppings were delicious.
I’ll definitely order again.
