I love Pie Fives. This location in particular is close to my work, so I frequent often. Depending on who is on shift the atmosphere changes. Usually though I am greeted with smiles and great service. Their selection is great and seems to be growing. Definitely would recommend giving this a shot. Food: Yum! Atmosphere: Modern Service: Usually friendly and helpful

Costumer Service is very important for a restaurant… And this place has awful costumer service! Came here with my friends, an employer talked down to my friend… It kinda of ruined the whole dinner cause we where all baffled by her unprofessional behavior. Will not be coming back!!!

Small parking lot which isn’t the restaurants fault but can be difficult to get parking during peak times. Anyways, the pizza is just great. You can put as many toppings as you like! You can even put through pizza thru the oven TWICE to get a crisper crust(my bf heard someone else asking for that option and did the same thing!). They will push extra of anything that you want. As long as it fits thru the oven. The service is always great when I’m there. Friendly employees. The price recently went up from $ 6.99 to $ 7.49. They also have the Circle of Crust rewards program which is useful. They also have taste testings every now and then which are kind of fun to join and provide opinions. If I want pizza, I’ll go to pie 5. Even though there was another pizza place that opened across the street, my loyalty is with the FIVE!

Pie 5 is one of my favorite pizza places but sense there are ALOT of Pizza places Here are a few pros and cons Pros: you can put any topping on a pizza without any extra cost You have so many toppings, Cheeses, and sauces to Choose from It’s a great for vegetarians we can load up on veggies without paying a lot of money There pretty fast at getting your pizza out if there not busy And most important it’s delicious! Cons: They got rid of there best crust the Italian herb and all the other crusts are pretty basic and bland don’t get me wrong the crust is still yummy once loaded with toppings but they could defiantly step up there crust game They only have one size of personal pan pizza so if your feeling extra hungry you’d have to get an extra pizza, salad or desert.(These pizzas were not meant for sharing)! Some people find them kind of expensive but I think the price is fair sense you can load up on the toppings Overall it’s a great pizza place If you have a chance you should defiantly check it out

I didn’t realize this was the original concept of fast casual pizza until I went here before catching a movie down the street and got educated. I am actually surprised that this is still alive considering how confusing the menu is drawn up. I have gone to many of these places so I get the idea but for those who were with me they were CONFUSED. To make things a bit worse there was no one at the front to explain what the heck to do but fortunately with my experience I knew the right question to ask. That question being ‘are the toppings unlimited??’ Anyways minus one stars for the mass confusion. On to the food itself. I was not a fan of the original pie crust, which was a bit thick for my liking and same goes for the toppings which seemed really basic. Nothing original in this department. Lastly another deduction on the stars for the quantity of ingredients being so stingily given, but I went ahead and just asked for more. This place is not earth shattering when it comes to flavor but mind blowing when it comes to confusion. Just know this build your own pizza and ask for all the toppings your eyes can eat.

We have been here several times often with a coupon. That gets you a good deal on meal with leftovers. They have improved the salad offerings as they are made to order rather than ready-to-eat package.

I was on a Pie Five newbie high the first 2 times I visited. but it quickly faded away after visiting this location for the first time. The location is kinda hard to get to with all the construction going on behind and at nearby businesses, but hopefully that eases up when it’s complete. The service here isn’t as friendly as the Frisco and the Addison locations. And it really took quite awhile, the employees were incredibly slow. And social, but only among themselves. The food was just pretty blah. I’m not sure i’ll be back to this location again.

Aimed at 3.5 stars. 3 star food quality, 4 stars for service and atmosphere. I liked the fresh veggies that were available, and the pizza didnt come out greasy, even piled with meats. Will be coming back =)

I like the service at pie five location in Allen so much better. The manager stinks. She has a attitude.

THECRUST(4): Artisan thin dough, pan crust, whole grain thin or gluten-free crust THETOPPINGS: plenty of meat, veggie, and cheese toppings THESAUCE: 7 different kinds of sauces to choose from You can create your own or choose from their specialty pizzas and customize it any way you like They add ingredients in front of you. We went with the: Chicken carbonara– alfredo sauce, parmesan, grilled chicken, mushrooms, crushed red pepper, bacon High Five — tuscan marinara, cheddar, pepperoni, italian sausage, bacon, ham, beef(a meat lover’s ideal«pie») The ingredients on the High Five can be cooked just a tad longer, but both were delish! You can add a salad(served in a pizza crust bowl) and a drink to make it a combo. They also have dessert«pies» — Chocolate Chip, Turtle Brownie, Ultimate Brownie Our first experience was good. Will definitely be back.

Great concept. Poor execution. The employees were disorganized and had poor communication. Ordering four pies was a nightmare. They couldn’t keep straight my order from others, as some employees took other guests orders in between my pie orders. This confused then as they came out of the oven. Won’t be back.

I eat lunch here all the time. I’m hooked. It’s great pizza and I love it. The pizza bar idea is great and they pull it off. I also like the Peach Ginger Tea! Oh, and they have one of those coke machines where you can pick flavors which is pretty cool too!

Very friendly service. Love the concept that you can build any toppings for the same price. There are crust options and everything’s ready to go. Good quality seems a little more subway level than some similar joints doing the quick byo pizza concept. Line moves quickly and food was yummy. A good quick grab and the right amount of food. I like that they offer a smaller kids pie too. Looks like the kiddos have fun building what they want.

Absolutely delicious! We loved our pizzas there and will definitely be back. However, the staff was a little off-putting. My boyfriend loves to ask about the staff about their favorite things on the menu and order that. When he asked the girl behind the counter, she just said«I don’t know, you can build your own pizza I guess…» It was super awkward to say the least. BUT, the pizza was wonderful and we really enjoyed it!

I like this place for fast personal pizza created your way. Although they skimp on toppings, i always ask to add more. The workers at this location are not very friendly and act like your an idiot for asking for more cheese or toppings. I wanted to say hey im 50 you’re 18 do as i ask with a smile, i know what im talking about when it comes to my pizza! Will try other locations in future!

It’s been a while since I have been here. When I asked my daughter what she wanted for her at the school she said to you and of course the obvious place is Pie Five! Of course she got the cheese pizza with mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese the kids pizza comes with a kids size drink. Of course I made my own on of course. Half spicy marinara half regular marinara. My toppings were Italian sausage beef chicken black olives green olives tomatoes Spinach pepperoni. And mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese! YES. cheat day heaven. LOL I only gave them 4 stars because the kids pizza need something extra. maybe it should be a little bigger or more cheese.

Great food and great service. The place could use some better cleaners, the tables are often dirty for an extensive amount of time. The restrooms weren’t in the best shape. By the pizzas are DELISH! I love to build my own on thin crust with Alfredo sauce, chicken, mushrooms, black olives, spinach, and magic dust! So yum!

the pizza is really good but kind of expensive. it’s $ 7 for a small pizza or i can go to the grocery store and get a huge pizza for $ 5.50. The person that makes the pizza takes forever to make it which is why there is always a long line. its a great idea to make pizza in 5 minutes the price you pay is waiting in a long line. i would still come back here because they have lots of pizza options. When you pay for your pizza the pizza is still in the oven and the cashier is ringing up the person after you. It’s kind of awkward because your in their way and you awkwardly move out of the way and still haven’t received your pizza.

The pizza is fast and cheap, and you can definitely taste it. I tried some of the High Five(menu item with five meats: pepperoni, Italian sausage, bacon, ham, and beef) and a create your own pizza. The tuscan marinara sauce is nice and chunky. But the crust needs some work. It reminds me of a crust you get from frozen pizza– the outside is crispy and fine, but the inside is extremely doughy where you wonder if it’s undercooked. The build your own salad option was extremely underwhelming. It’s a pretty dinky salad inside their«famous pizza crust bowl,» which is really an extremely hard, oversalted giant cracker. I’m not really sure what you are supposed to do with this thing. Speed: By the time we finished paying, one of the pizzas was ready. Cost: $ 6.99 for a pizza or salad(create your own or from the menu) with unlimited toppings. Value: Okay for the pizza, bad for the salad. The salad will not be filling, especially if don’t eat the crust bowl. The pizza is probably around 8 inches, which is enough for one person, but not enough for leftovers. Convenient location in the plaza with Five Guys, pretty close to Willowbend Mall.
