Peter Spain Photography

My husband and I hired Peter for our wedding in October! We met with several photographers located in Lake Tahoe and the Sacramento area, but none were as competent and friendly as Peter! His confident and laid back attitude is what sold us (not to mention his great price-​for our THURSDAY wedding)! Peter was accommodating for the budget we had, time and our desired photos! He was very easy to work with and captured our wedding better than we could have expected!
The only thing to «complain» about was that he charged us an extra $ 100, when we saw this on our bank account he refunded it. Luckily it didn’t do us any harm, and it easily could have been a typing mistake, but still…
Overall– WONDERFUL photographer, great person, and talented!

I used Peter for my wedding this August. I did an initial call in January and he patiently answered my plethora of questions. I had called three other top rated Tahoe photographers and liked him knowledge, experience, portfolio and personality best out of all the photogs.
We settled on a custom-​made contract that was very reasonable for my extensive request.
Wedding day Peter and his assistant showed up on time as contracted. They split up and Peter stayed with the ladies, his assistant with the men. Then for the wedding they tagged teamed.
We just got our proofs back (over 1000 edited and all within 30 days of the wedding!) and they are PHENOMENAL! I mean what a magical team those two guys are. We have hundreds of fantastic photos and everyone is so pleased! Hire Peter and you’re guaranteed an unbelievable set of photos.
