My son got a Santa Cruz sweatshirt for Christmas from his aunt, the zipper broke after wearing it for a couple weeks and washed 3 or 4 times. His aunt didn’t have the receipt and went to return or exchange it, after all it did cost like 50.00 dollars. The teenage girl in the store said sorry you already washed it and stuck by there no return policy, but after my wife’s insistence that when you get new clothes you wash them, she called her manager who didn’t answer, but then called back. The manager said to go to the manufacturing location on Seabright to see what they would do for us. What a joke, they won’t even stand by there product. The zipper broke after a couple weeks, even a sweatshirt from Target will last longer than a couple weeks and there clothes are made in China, not in Santa Cruz! We have bought a lot of products from them over the years and probably never will again. Don’t buy anything from these crooks!

Never shopping here again. All sales final! I was told I could return a purchase after Christmas then was offered a gift receipt. Came back on the Sunday after Black Friday and was told I couldn’t return it. Salespeople should know the stores policies. Prices were jacked up too. They didn’t even offer to fix their mistake by offering to return the items. Bad management and policies. Don’t shop here for gifts cause you can’t return purchases!!!
Service was horrible. One sales person helping while two behind the counter with their backs turned most of the time. Once they see you and it looks like you need help they turn around again. But once you get to the counter they’re more than happy to take your money and misrepresent their return policy to make a sale.

The employees are super nice and super chill. They have really great knowledge of their products.
The clothes are a little on the expensive side, but that’s necessary for a local brand and great designs. I can never leave without picking up a shirt or two. If there’s a specific design I’m looking for and they don’t have it in stock, they’ll refer me to their other store, The Boardroom, down the road on 41^st (team players! yeah!)

Just went in for the first time and i have to say the guy that was working i think he said his name was Ryan… he was very nice and knew about the sized and if they would shrink and what was a good size to buy next time i am looking for a new Hoody i will go there for sure
