I went there few days ago. Was helped by a very unfriendly and unprofessional young associate named Michelle Adams. She acted like she was forced to do my transaction at the register. As she was doing my transaction she started talking to an other costumer and totally stopped with my transaction. She made me wait untill she was done talking, VERY UNPROFESIONAL. HORRIBLE Costumer service. As far as cloths, they are beautiful.

I could really care less about everything else in the store, but this place will rock your office wear. I felt more fashionable at work than anywhere else while I lived in Santa Cruz and dressed from the office out of this shop.
If only the staff were more attentive and the sales/​promotions actually felt like sales, I’d give the place a better rating.

Ana will probably give this place five million stars since she is responsible for getting me addicted. I LOVE THEIR BUSINESS ATTIRE AND SUITS. Their staff is sometimes a hit and miss, but 8 times out of 10 when I go there is this dynamic duo of two guys who are just awesome. They are really friendly, they chit chat in a non cheesy way and they know their products really really well. One of these days I am going to have to ask them their names. Anyways went their yesterday and got two adorable cardigans that were just what I was looking for… can’t really complain… got what I wanted and received service with a smile. It is a smaller store than places like Valley Fair so they might not get all of the styles some of the flagship stores get. be forwarned.
