Consistently BAD. They mess my order up every time I go there. They are unfriendly and I do not recommend visiting this location ever. Drive to the one near Haggerty and Ford instead.

I have tried to have coffee and /or breakfast through this location’s drive through at least a half-dozen times this year. While my experiences have not been horrible, not one of them has been good. At least half the times, I had an extended wait or had to cancel part of my order due to regular items not being readily available. In addition, the drive through set up of this location is a pain.

My bf’s family still come here on *almost* daily basis. The coffee and donuts are still standard, but I noticed how their coffee can be inconsistent, depending on who is making it I guess. Even when I order the usual coffee with 2 creamers, sometimes it’s too creamy, others not creamy enough. I think this is expected since Tim Hortons is more of a fast food place, rather than a real sit down café/restaurant an their décor shows that. Not a place to introduce your parents to your new significant other, but definitely one to go for a quick coffee and donuts before you hit the road.

**revision 2012−09−24** I’ve decided to update this review based on my experiences of the last few months, particularly in the areas of consistency and quality. This is no longer my go-to place for a morning cup of coffee, because I never know what I’m going to get. Let me explain… Ordering a medium double double should, in theory, result in a coffee with a two creams and two sugars. Likewise, a medium iced coffee, double double, two creams, two sugars. Piece of cake. However, the coffee I get from this place is wildly inconsistent. Sometimes it will be so sweet that it’s gag-inducing. Sometimes there’s hardly a hint of sweetness. Sometimes I’ll get a cup of cream with a dash of coffee, sometimes it will be nearly black. Bagels with cream cheese are always a horrible mess. They are small, smashed, hacked in two, toasted, and then have a completely random amount of cream cheese smeared on and around them. A good portion of it ends up in the center of the bagel, the rest oozes out the edges and ends up on the paper. To add misery to messiness, they just don’t have much flavor. It’s like someone made a bunch of small bagel-shaped foam facsimiles that they try to pass off as a delicious bagel. It’s disappointing. Breakfast sandwiches are still good, but sometimes the muffins are very dry and old. Again, it’s hit or miss. Sometimes you get a good batch, sometimes a bad one. I’m hoping they turn it around and pick up the quality again, this place used to be great.
