This place is bad. There were paper towels all over the floor and my chalupas had a shell that was pretty hard. Employees(except one very nice guy) seemed disengaged.

My favorite Taco Bell. Always very clean garbages empty employees wiping down the tables. The workers are all very friendly. I really enjoy using the app to order the food makes it much quicker than waiting in that line. Especially during the lunch rush!

3 stars because I love taco bell food and they usually get my order right — BUT only 3 stars because the line is ALWAYS super long, no matter the time, and I’m pretty sure it’s not because they are busy but because they take so long to do fast food and are pretty awful at speedy service. Sometimes I’ll pull up to the window and the cashier will take a very long time to even greet me, as they are too busy chatting with the other workers. My food is always right but they need to definitely train their employees on customer service and fast food service.

Standard Taco Bell fare, prepared competently. Good for a cheap bite. Very friendly staff.

Personally I used to enjoy this restaurant, but then I saw how they handle money, then handle your food. GROSS. On top of it, ALWAYS a long line, slow customer service, terrible customer service, and very unprofessional looking college students sagging their pants, and gives it an over all gross look… despite the nice looking establishment.

Horrible service 30 to 40 min wait every time. Manager does nothing but run in circles… Staff messes around and joke while orders pile up. Riduculous.

after being completely skeptical for months about coming here(per the reviews), i finally decided to try it on my lunch break at work. the line was super long in the drive-thru so i went inside. it took a couple of minutes for someone to take my order, which is fine. i’m pretty patient when it comes to fast food places(as long as they don’t screw up my order and are friendly). the cashier Brittany was very friendly, and it took about 8 – 10 mins for me to receive my food but this was because it was super busy. the lobby could’ve used some TLC but other than that the appearance of the restaurant was average. i noticed this place is popular for teenage skateboarders on weekend afternoons. all in all, i would go back if i had to. this place probably just needs better management to run the busier shifts!

Everyone at this location is fabulous but the wait is always 25 minutes or greater. Just run to the on on Ann Arbor rd — never a wait.

Extremely slow inside and out! We have only been to this place twice and will not go back! The first time we waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes… we would have driven off but the curbs don’t allow for that. This last time we waited in the drive thru more than 5 minutes without a single car moving, so we went in and the restaurant was full of customers waiting for their food. We left and will never return!

World’s slowest Taco Bell. Really the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever gone to. I gave them way too many chances for some reason. Place is a total joke. Doesn’t matter what time of day. If you really want Taco Bell save yourself the frustration and drive to the one at Michigan Ave and Sheldon. You could drive there and back twice in the time it takes the incompetent staff at the Ford Road location to take care of you. The owner must be making enough money off sheep to keep this place open. Don’t be the sheep

So slow! We pulled into the drive thru with there only being one car and still waited 20 minutes. Every time we come here, the wait is hideous. Learn to manage your lines!

This Taco Bell is closed most of the time we try to go there — about 4 attempts out of 6 in the last two months. My son loves the Cheesy Nacho Grillers, so I try to pick him up some of those. When they actually are open, the drive-thru line takes 25 minutes, no exaggeration. We have since boycotted this place, and will frequent the one on Michigan Avenue and Sheldon.

I can’t relate to the experiences of my fellow Unilocalers at this location. I am always quick to criticize a fast food chain, but I have nothing bad to say about this location. This is the closest Taco Bell to my house, so the one I frequent the most which is probably once every few months or so. I rarely eat inside and most of my trips are late night trips(you know how it goes). Taco Bell is notorious for effing up your order and getting stuff wrong. However, recently I feel like this location has really stepped its game up in the late night hour. No mistakes. Fast. Fresh. Friendly. It’s what you look for in fast food. Stay away from those new little rollup things though. The Buffalo Chicken one is especially gross.

The food was OK. I got a XXL nachos, crunch wrap supreme, and a meximelt. It all tasted pretty much the same to me. The Guac is absolutely horrible though! The only reason they got 2 stars was that the person taking orders, though obviously seriously overworked(she was running the only register) was not only extremely friendly & cheery, she was also very efficient. Fast food, you get what you pay for and I should know better. However, this«fast food» took 10 minutes to be ready. What is that about???

On many internet sites taco bell is listed as giving a military discount, however this location doesnt. It really doesnt matter this will be my last visit, location is filthy, associates are rude because you are interferring with their social life. Stay Away From This Location.

In a word — disgusting. Another word? Revolting. Yet another? Horrible. I can go on. Having been a poor college student, and then later a drunken twentysomething, I am well acquainted with Taco Bell. Taco Bell and I go way, way back. We’ve had some good times, some bad times, and some really, really horrible times. The thing about Taco Bell is that it’s an abusive relationship. No matter how bad she treats me, I always end up coming back for more, usually at 2:30 in the morning on the way back from some bar or another. Another thing about Taco Bell, and I’m sure fellow Taco Bell lovers will agree, is that we have fairly low expectations. As long as the order’s not screwed up too badly, and it vaguely resembles what I ordered, I’m a happy guy. I don’t expect fois gras with truffles when I eat here. I have been to literally scores of Taco Bells around the area, and this particular one sets the bar for underachievement. Everything about this place is bad. It’s dirty, small, and worst of all, the food is by far the worst. Now, keep in mind that I’m not saying that this is bad by the standards of other restaurants in the area. The food at this place is bad by already-low Taco Bell standards. It’s downright awful and has no redeeming qualities. None. The service is horrible. They slap your food together in the most haphazard manner I’ve ever seen. I’ve had burritos dropped into bags without even a wrapper. Gunk is oozing out of both ends of some tortilla’d concoction that looks like roadkill. It’s unappetizing to say the least. The last time I went here was the absolute last though. I opened up a burrito to put some sauce in it and found a big black hair. Grossed out, I set it aside and opened my other burrito. Another big black hair. My wife opened hers. More hair. I wanted to vomit. I called the restaurant and spoke to the«manager» on duty who sounded like she might still be in high school. I told her I was concerned that someone had deliberately contaminated my food, but she seemed completely unfazed. Like it was no big deal, and it happened all the time. She didn’t even apologize — in fact, she seemed like she was challenging what I said. Unilocalers, avoid this place like the plague. Don’t go here. Don’t eat here. Don’t give them your money. Worst. Taco Bell. Ever.
