This is a location within the Kroger on Canton Center. The option of getting an iced tea, hot coco, or a gingerbread latte while shopping for Windex, Pepsi and canned tuna is really nice. Is it the fastest Starbucks? No. Is it convenient? Yes.
They have a nice selection of drink items and pastries to enjoy.
It’s close to Ford Road, so it’s convenient on your way in to or out of Canton.

Horrible service, I’ve been there three times and they’ve messed up my drink all three times. Then they act irritated when I ask them to fix it. I love Starbucks, but this location sucks. You’re better off going to the one on Ford Road.

This location was a 5 star place to get good Starbucks service. Unfortunately new staff lack the exp at the moment to meet needs and complete orders with quality. The manager responded to a drink error with snarkiness. I’ll try again in a month. Hopefully the older and exp staff will be back. Otherwise I’ll take my business elsewhere and recommend the same to others.
