I called to place an order to pick up. I live 25 minutes away. They had me on hold for my entire drive there. When I arrived, I had to wait an additional 10 min to order and another 15 minutes because I asked to speak with a manager. I assumed it would be busy but there were 2 people sitting at the bar, 1 seated in bar seating area and absolutely no wait for the main dining area because I was asked if I needed to be seated after 5 minutes of waiting at the door. Come on… this is the most unprofessional staff ever!!!

If you have a food item on the menu, I expect it to be good otherwise take it off. I came to red lobster earlier in the week with family and left feeling full. It was the full I hate. It’s kind of sad honestly. I just ate my dinner to make sure I’m not hungry later on. I ordered the shrimp tacos. Yes, I know it’s probably dumb to order shrimp tacos but if it’s on the menu, the chef shouldn’t make it if it’s not good. It came with bland fries that needed to be soaked in ketchup so be considered eatable. The taco has a corn tortilla, pieces of shrimp, a chipotle sauce, and pico. The problem was putting pico on top is the drippings ruined the tacos shell. To say it was good would be a lie. I could prob pick up a recipe online and make better shrimp tacos, in fact, I made better ones not too long ago. Biscuits that commercials swear you would die for are decent. After the first one, I felt gross and gave up. Overall bad meal and hope to never go back.

When I have a special event, birthday, mother’s day, graduation, and I’m going out for dinner I head over to Red Lobster. For me, going to Red Lobster is a special treat. Need I say more???

Why did I not give a 1 star? Because the food actually was good. Why did I give a 2 star? Its an epic saga of customer vs. horribly… nix that… phenomenally slow and bad service. It was 4:18pm, We were seated into the newly opened dining room area. After being seated we were approached at 4:24pm by our waitress, Ebony. She asked if she could start us off with anything to drink. I ordered an Iced tea, my wife ordered a water and the sampler platter. After that was done, I requested to see a nutritional information packet, as I’m on a low carb diet. (Btw the Grilled-Garlic Shrmp = 0 carbs and the Peppered sirloin = 3 carbs. by them selves. So the combo meal = Worth it) 4:35pm Our drinks and Bread finally arrived… (Now you are probably wondering why I actually have the times down for this? I was waiting on a text from a friend of mine, to let me know if we were doing anything for superbowl tomorrow. I was periodically checking for messages.) 4:43pm Our sampler arrived, but no waitress to give me a nutritional information pack, or attempt to take our order. 4:51 The waitress arrived to take our order. The appetizer was done with already. My wife said«We would be, but we are waiting on a nutritional guide for my husband.» 4:55pm We ordered our meal. The waitress seeing we had left overs from the appetizer, didn’t ask if we’d like a box for them. A couple of minutes later the waitress came back to ask my wife what side she wanted, still not asking if we wanted a box. We asked for one. Sorry no time on that one :) 5:00pm We got a box. 5:06pm The salad arrived. 5:17pm I have to ask another server to bring me another iced tea since mine had been sitting there empty for about 30 minutes and for more biscuits because my wife is starving. He returned within about 2 minutes with both. 5:22pm The waitress comes by and says, «It will only be a few more minutes, they are working on the Asparagus for you.» 5:36pm Part of the food arrives… They forgot my shrimp skewer and my wifes mashed potatoes. 5:42pm Skewer and Wifes mashed potatoes arrive. Wife takes a couple of bites of her food but is so full off the appetizer and biscuits that she just can’t eat more. 5:49pm I’m done with my meal. 6:03pm The waitress comes by and asks if she can get anything else for us. I ask for 4 boxes to put away the left overs. Suddenly she’s lightning fast brings over the boxes and check, is super nice and asks if I’d like a refill on my tea. Just as a test, I ask for extra biscuits to go and she returns within less than a minute with them, Still curious, I ask for 2 bags for all of the food, she returns almost instantly with them. 6:09pm I leave a tip for 10% because the service was slow and the server was inattentive to our table. Normally I leave 15% for moderate service, and 20% for excellent. I decide to write a note to let the waitress know why she got a 10% tip, as I’m doing it she almost runs over to the table, tries to look at it, then when she can’t, says«Are you finished yet?». I almost crossed out the tip altogether for her invasiveness and rudeness. However, I know she tips out the people that help her serve and they were helpful and decent. In all, I’d have to say, I don’t think I’ll be going back to this Red Lobster again not worth 74.00 for 2 people when you receive next to none on the customer service.

My boyfriend and I came here last Tuesday for date night and decided to come here since I had a gift card that someone gave me. Despite the long drive, everything was definitely worth it. We were greeted by the hostess and quickly sat us in a little booth. Our server, Aaron, was such a delight to be around. He quickly gave us a smile and gave us great recommendations on the drinks(I had the Bahama Mama and boyfriend had water and mango lemonade). Everything was heading towards the right direction and I had a good feeling about this visit. Aaron was very nice and gave us a bit more time since we didn’t know what we wanted just yet but he was very patient and nice and even gave us several recommendations on the menu. His willingness to help us decide on an item was definitely a huge plus in my book. We ended up getting the shrimp cocktail as the appetizer and for entrees we had the ultimate feast platter and shrimp platter. I also got my first Old Fashioned(using Bullet whiskey) thanks to Aaron’s recommendation. His service was very lovely to have, considering that we drove about 15 miles to come there, and it was definitely worth the drive. The food was really good and packed with a lot of flavor, but Aaron’s service was definitely amazing. I’m really big when it comes to customer service(since I work in the serving industry), and this guy definitely blew both of us away. Not to mention that the food didn’t take so long to wait and nobody pressured us to leave or rushed us(which is a nice feeling). The cherry was on top was a cute gift from Aaron himself, a brownie sundae to go to celebrate date night. It was really sweet of him to go out of his way and I honestly am very pleased with the service. I’m definitely coming back for the food and all, but Aaron’s service was definitely one for the books.

I was surprised how much I liked the food at Red Lobster, I had shrimp scampi and crab Alfredo and a small piece of steak that was cooked perfectly.

This is a typical Red Lobster. Not a high end seafood place, but not bottom tier either. Service here is typically fairly good, but can get slow at busier times. We’re here a few times a year, and nothing really negative comes to mind. Sometimes the crab is a little dried out, but never«take this back» bad. Biscuits are always good, as are the drinks.

This Red Lobster was simple and the staff too their sweet time in taking our order. I ordered the unlimited shrimp and my gf ordered the coconut shrimp. I really liked all of the shrimp I ordered except the garlic shrimp was a bit too salty. The waiter was very cool but it took for ever to get her attention for refills. I mean I would still come back to visit but in hopes that it was a one time thing. Overall the night and dinner was good. A few things can improve but Im not done giving them a try. Let’s see what the future brings.

Went in for endless shrimp. That was worth it to try once. But I’m sorry to bother the busy staff for even trying to eat there, that really made the experience really not-really stellar. Anyways, the biscuits were good, maybe dare to say that was the best thing I had there. Everything on the endless shrimp menu is decent enough. If you’ve been to a vegas buffet you know what i’m talking about. So if you took vegas leftovers and put them in a fridge overnight, then reheat them the next day, that would be akin to what you’d get here. I’m not saying it’s a bad thing… because that can still be delicious, kinda. Just know what you’re getting into.

When it’s all you can eat shrimp… well you just have to go… don’t start with the pasta ones or you will fill up! Join the club on line and get a free appetizer or dessert.

Endless shrimp?! Yes please! I think it was 17.99 for the deal and you can try from a variety of dishes like pineapple habanero coconut bites, breaded shrimp, shrimp Alfredo, shrimp scampi, and more. You can order as many times as your belly can handle! :) I tried the Alfredo and pineapple habanero bites and both were really good. Although I enjoyed It, I wouldn’t get the endless shrimp again. Only because for me it’s better to just get one dish. Unless you can handle a lot of shrimp, go for it!

Came here on a Friday night before watching a movie. Boyfriend called ahead for our reservation so we only waited less than 5 minutes to be seated. Food was good, place is clean, and service is okay. Will come back again.

First of all we had a great waiter by the name of Gabriel. We started with the Lobster Pizza as an appetizer, it was very good. Both my friend and I had the the ultimate feast. The shrimp and crab were very good. The lobster lacked a bit as it should have been hotter. This is lot of food and for the most part we both liked it. They have a full bar and the Mai Tai Rocked! It was a good experience, we will be back.

Big chain restaurants are known for bad customer service! But, this particular location is awesome! Every single time I come here, I’m greeted and thanked! They absolutely go out of their way to make a customer feel welcomed and at home. The waiters/waitresses are always on top of your food and drinks. I honestly, don’t know how they do it? You’re drink can be half empty and someone is already bring you a drink. I feel like I’m being watched!(Lol — not a big deal) The food portions are always great and very mouthwatering! Everything in there menu is great and huge! They carry pastas, seafood, chicken to homemade soups. There garlic cheese muffins are good delicious! You can ask for some to go and they will literally give you some! Thank you Alexander(waiter) for your great service and to your backup team! Thank you red lobster You were absolutely great and thanks for teaching your employees all about customer service!

I have to say I enjoyed my dinner tonight. They have a special now on the menu. A four course meal for $ 16.99 and their famous rolls. Soup and Salad, main entrée and desert, and believe me its a lot of food. The server was very attentive during my visit. She made me fill like I was at home. When we dine out we want to be catered too, she did that. Great Job(Mindi)Keep up the Great Work. As I was leaving I was greeted by a floor Manager and she asked how was everything and I replied Great. Its always good to see a Manger working on the floor and not in the office. I would have given them 5 stars, however there was to much debris on the floor and in the Mens Restroom. They have busboys who where working, so its important that not only do they clean the tables, but also the floors as well. Overall a great visit. I would also like to add that the portion size off the Chicken pasta dish was enough for Two.
