I love sandwich’s and all but I wasn’t very pleased with jersey mikes. The sandwich was good but they didn’t have a lot of toppings and only had mayo as a condiment! All they need to work on is to have more options. No mustard at a sandwich place is just weird.

Second time I visited this location and ordered the same sandwich I had just 1 week earlier. The sandwich was not as good this time and to make matters worse there was a hair in my sandwich! Yuk. I called the store and was told to bring the hairy sandwich in in order to get an exchange. I had already dumped the sandwich and the store was closing in 10 minutes. I was asked to dig the sandwich out of the trash and bring it in that night. The manager was not budging. I won’t be back. Um. I’ll have a no. 13, Original Italian, Mike’s way with extra oil and hold the hair please!

Never ever ever go here, they have absolutely terrible service. The second time I’ve been here and the second time they completely messed up my order. Both times over been here, they’ve tried to sell me a philly cheese steak when I never ordered one in the first place. They were really slow as well and managed to let 2 people supercede my spot when I had just one sandwich. This spot will waste your time and money.

Extremely upset at this location. I even contacted customer service too. I gave him a coupon for one regular sub and to get one free and the only part of the coupon that was expired was the part to get LA Lakers tickets. He said I do not know how to take this and this is expired. I showed him on the back that it said no expiration. I won the coupons too during christmas. I also had been going to other Jersey Mike’s and they took my coupons. I bought 2 sandwhiches, chips, and 2 drinks, my coupon was just for a free regular sub. The guy was so rude and he would even look at the coupon again or the others I had. The sandwhich bread was very hard and he didn’t even cut the sandwhiches. I will not be returning to this location at all.

If it’s slow, you might do ok here. When it gets crowded, the staff gets ruder and the service tanks. My last visit I was overcharged by two dollars. Luckily I go to jersey mikes often enough to have caught it, but check your totals. Bread was down to only white and wheat, the line was 15 minutes long even though there were only a few people in line. People came in to pick up to go orders, that hadn’t been made, and those who had been waiting in line for 15 minutes took a back seat to those just coming through the door. All this served up with bad attitudes. This location just isn’t up to jersey mikes typical standards.

Every night I come here after work, I always get the best attention I’ve ever gotten at any restaurant. The girls are always so sweet and patient even when it gets super chaotic the they always have that positive energy. They’re sub’s are of awesome quality. Always fresh bread and toppings. I’m extremely picky and Eli is so understanding. She is a so sweet and funny and always knows what I want. I’ve come in the afternoon and its just not the same. Definitely the night people give more attention even when its busy. And the bread isn’t hard like in the afternoon. It’s also cleaner at night. I love coming here and I’m so glad it’s close to my work :)

The subs are always fresh here and the employees are always very friendly. This place might have had some growing pains, but it’s running great now. The number 13 is consistently good. Every time.

I’m surprised about all of the bad reviews of this place! I live literally right down the street, so this place is very convenient. I love the sandwiches. They’re always so fresh tasting, and the quality is amazing. The employees are nice too! Yes, there are some employees that are just learning, but give them some props. You have to learn somehow, and some learn faster than others. Overall, a pretty great place for some lunch!

Worst jersey mike ever!!! I’ve been to at least 2 other jersey mike and this place is not even friendly and the girl taking my order was so rude and nasty! I’ve always gone into mikes and asked for a cold cut and they know what I want. not only did the girl not know what I want. She’s snotty and says that we are not subway. I’ve never had any problems with a jersey mike saying anything of that sort when I’ve ask for a cold cut!!! This place is close to my house and this is my second visit… My second visit was the worst experience ever!!!

Sub par service to say the least. My sandwich is always soggy no matter how little vinegar and olive oil I ask for. The larger Hispanic man with the slicked back hair is one of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered, not only was he short with me but the other workers as well. Doesn’t make me want to keep giving this location a chance.

Well since there are a lot of sandwich chains around, I had no reason to try Jersey Mike’s. Sure, I have heard they were good, still I didn’t go there. Then I heard about their charitable donations and decided to give them a try. Ok, I’m convinced. Sandwiches are better than some, but the community contributions push them over the top! Staff is friendly, bread choices are good, ingredients are fresh.

While this is the closest Jersey Mikes to our office, I would say to take an extra five minutes and go to the one on Ventura in Woodland Hills. You have about a 1 in 5 shot of them remembering your order and getting it right. Twice we have made phone orders and the accidentally gave it to the wrong customer. If your getting a cold sand you can watch them, if it’s hot you take chances. The staff is not at all friendly, and sometime outright rude when they mess up. Woodland Hills has it down. While I’m drafting this review they just messed up the order again. Unbelievable! Order a number 42 and see what you get, it will be a surprise. Trust me, we have tried this location dozens of times and every time we say never again.

This store isn’t the norm. There’s two stores within 10 miles of this store both ways, but this location is in the middle for me. I’ve been here maybe 3 times, once when they initially opened, again a few months later and then again a few months later. The first time my bread was harder than a rock concert, and it was just kind of inedible. It also took incredibly long, these workers are nice but boy are they slow. When there’s 3 people ahead of you be prepared to wait a long long time. The next times they keep getting better and the last time it was up to standard. The standard is the woodland hills location, where the workers are nice and the sandwiches always come out well! That’s all I want! I’ve always loved the taste of the food here, price is pricey but I think you get a good amount of food.

If I could give this place 0 I would. Showed up a little past 8 doors locked i motioned to employees to open door and they both ran to the back? Really? Will drive farther to woodland hills store this place is a joke!

The management is still trying to get this place together, new store, new employees with lots of training to learn. The service was friendly but here is the biggest let down, the people behind the counter don’t know exactly what they are doing. Ordered a sub, guy doesn’t even ask me what I want on it or how I’d like it made. I was about to walk away. But I figured I just wouldn’t go there again.

I’m disappointed with Jersey Mike’s. To me, it seems like the business model is to boast their reputation as the ‘Cadillac’ of subway sandwiches, but the quality and quantity just does not justify it. #1 The selection of veggies to choose from was extremely limited. I was used to being spoiled by Subway. You can choose from 6 or so items to add to your sadwich at Mike’s. #2 The prices! Geez guys, $ 7.50 for a Regular(probably 6 inch sandwich)! Prices are about 25 to 35% more than Subway… FORLESSFOOD. I ordered the Turkey Breast and Provolone which tasted good. The bread is fresh and so are the veggies. Overall the quality of ingredients is great. If you they could switch to non GMO and organic then I could see Mike’s justifying the high cost of their food. As of now, I won’t be coming back.

This is not about the subs(Jersey Mike’s are the best) it’s the restaurant itself. I called yesterday to see if they would honor discounts given at the Woodland Hills and Chatsworth locations(since they are now competing with them). I was told abruptly that the owner did that for a week, but not anymore. The owner this, the owner that, the person on the phone was not friendly and every excuse was because of the«owner.» Well, Mr./Ms. Owner, I passed right by your store to go to Woodland Hills. Seriously? Did you fail Marketing 101? There has to be a reason to alienate existing customers. Give me/us a reason to go to your new place! I have a choice in locations, and yours will be the one we bypass to go to one that understands how to cultivate a customer base!
