This review will be on their salad. After buying their salad three times this week this is what i think: My first time i got chicken Caesar salad. I went to pick it up its still not ready and i saw croutons on it. So i ask to take off croutons because i forgot to. After I pay and everything, I ask for extra Caesar dress and the dude(He claim he was the owner while back) who was helping me with an impatient voice saying next time tell them sooner and there are 60 cents charge for it. I apologize and say i am willing to pay. He said just dont do it again. When they gave me the dress i gave the person $ 1 anyway and left. Their Caesar dress is kind of too sour. The next day, I got a tuna garden salad, It was great! no complains. I just need to ask for an extra ranch dress but i didn’t. The third time which is today, I got a chef salad. I ask for 2 ranch dressing in advance in case«the owner» is going to complain. When i arrive, a guy i never seen before was helping me, I thought he was delivery guy but he has good customer service so i thought he might be the real owner. Whatever i got my salad and make sure there are two dressing, there are. Then the guy take out one of dressing and said one of them was Caesar dressing and he will switch it for me. meanwhile a lady with 3 kids went to the register and i pay including the extra dressing. After i pay i got my salad. I went back and open it, there was only ONERANCHDRESSINGWTF and i pay for two… thats not just it. the salad was kind of gross. it was all yellowish and have the brown thingy on the side like its been siting there for days! Also the hams have this hard rock thingy in it that i have to spit it out! What is this?! their inconsistency and their customer services… So I pay for the two dressing and only got one and they are selling me the«unfresh» yellowish salad with hams have unknown hard thingy in it… The only reason i keep going there is because the location. I took a picture of it. I am too tire to go back and tell them about this, I just throw it away after few bites and then i get instant ramen because i was starving… The reason for two stars is for some of the employee there are really nice! they have good customer service, but only few of them. I wish they could help me every time i was there. Also the location. That are the ONLY two reason i gave them two stars for the salad. Sigh… I really want to like this place…

Food is excellent and the service is even better. Buffalo chicken is one of my favorite foods, and their buffalo chicken salad is legitimately one of the best I’ve ever had. The chicken caesar salad is also great. To be honest, I haven’t tried their pizza but it LOOKS and SMELLS incredible, and my friends love it(and I’ve learned that my friends are always right). The people who work at Mona Lisa are soo friendly and nice, and they really care about making good food and making sure that their customers are happy. Above and beyond!

Wow! The buffalo chicken pizza is AMAZING. The ranch dressing and really fresh buffalo chicken is delicious. This place is a little expensive and some of the stuff other then their pizza isn’t as spectacular but if you get buffalo chicken pizza or buffalo wings you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely people and a delicious pie. I came here today because of an app deal and found the service friendly and the pizza hot and yummy. The topping selection on the pizza includes a mix of basic and unusual offerings, and they appear to offer sandwiches, salads and pastas as well. Although I only tried the pizza, I will definitely be returning to check out the other offerings!

Terrific place, great pizzas. Very polite, humble people and their Mediterranean pizza is absolutely the best pizza in town. Their oven was broken for a week but it’s back up in style again!

I live close to this place so I’ve bought their pizzas many times, not because they are really good but simply out of convenience. What I do not like: they try to over charge you for anything. For example, if you ask for a large pizza half margharita(17 usd) and half pepperoni(12 usd), they charge you 19 usd. How is this math possible? Because they compute the other half as a «topping»… Then if you ask for delivery, even if you live 4 blocks away and buy 10 pizzas, they charge you for the delivery. The most annoying part is that they tell you about the extra costs after you pay… Not classy. What I do like: it’s close to my place and is the taste it’s ok… Not great but not bad.

2 stars for the subs. There are skimpy and bland and skimpy and bland. 2 stars for the pizza. The crust is just weird as heck and there’s not a whole lot going on on top to mitigate that failure. But, man. 5 stars for the chicken fingers. I order their lackluster sandwiches just as an excuse to order a side(side=dinner for 2, basically) of their glorious chicken fingers. And don’t get it twisted: I’m a wing man. I’m no fancy-pants boneless whatever the heck kind of soul who gets all dewy eyed over some darn chicken fingers. But they are so good seriously they are so fried and perfect and awesome and salty and lovely and I love them and I would marry them but I can’t because they are dead chicken pieces. Skip the dipping sauces though. Those are some straight up Ken’s Steakhouse mess. I just pour some honey and some Frank’s on a plate and make a mess of my own. For real man just order the dang chicken fingers.

2 ½ stars for the generic ‘house of grease’ style pizza and pasta they serve, 0 stars for the delivery driver swiping an extra $ 20 from me. Make sure you count your change very carefully.

Not a whole lot of substance to my sub here. I know I was spoiled by those superstuffed sandwiches my mom used to make for me to take to school, but this had, like, 3 pieces of meat on it and a teaspoon of diced pickles. I could interpret this in one of 3 ways: As a compliment — A tiny thing like you couldn’t POSSIBLY eat more than this much meat(highly unlikely). As an insult — Bitch, you don’t need that much meat. I’m doing you a favor. I should take away this bread too(somewhat unlikely). As nothing personal. The sandwich makers were trained at the Subway school of meat apportioning. I held up one 6 inch half to my eye and examined the tightly drawn mouth of my sandwich. I felt exactly the same way.

Great local pizza joint, the way I expect street pizza to taste. Delivery guy was extremely friendly, even after we sent him to the wrong address. They serve Pepsi, which is a plus in our book. Definitely worth trying.

3.5 stars. If I could give you that extra half star, I would! And who knows, maybe next time when I come since I will definitely be back, I will get something that wows me over! This place is around the corner from my house, but they also do delivery too for those of you interested in that. It is a semi hole-in-wall looking place, but you can tell it is all owned and operated by family and friends and they are so darn friendly there, it is really hard not to like them! I got their steak tip salad and they cooked my steak tips to order and they were pretty flavorful – not overcooked either, so they clearly know what they are doing! They threw a bunch of steak tips on top of a garden salad, which I wish I could have gotten some spinach leaves thrown in because iceberg lettuce really doesn’t do much for you nutrient wise… So it was steak tips which were tasty, iceberg lettuce which is well iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, a few green peppers, two kalamata olives(could I get more of those next time? thanks!), cucumbers and some onions. And then you get to choose your dressing and it comes with garlic bread. All for about $ 8 which is pretty good for a fast food kind of spot. I got my meal in less than 10 minutes but I heard on the phone that delivery takes 45 minutes which is about average, so if I were you I would walk here or call in take out and then walk here, definitely way faster, plus like I said the people there are so nice! They could have a little music on inside though and maybe some nicer décor, but it is cheap and fast and they even make things fresh to order, so all in all a nice little cheap surprise!

If you feel like to eat pizza in a sophisticated place such as a Art Museum, just come to Mona Lisa’s. They have the almost real painting of Mona Lisa which you can stare and get confused while eating pizza. Friendly, cheap, and clean, located just out side of Harvard Square right across to the War Memorial Pool.

Mona Lisa’s pizza and sandwiches are standard for a local take-out and delivery joint, but its on the pastas that they really shine. Forego the pizza for once and try their mushroom ravioli — its well worth the $ 13 and will easily serve two. The owners are also really nice and have bent over backwards to serve me. Mona Lisa’s biggest drawback, if it has one, is that it’s near a school and attracts a lot of rowdy kids in the afternoons(who desperately need to be slapped by their parents).

The food at this place is pretty poor. The pre-made pizza looks like its been sitting since the beginning of time. Instead, I ordered the Pasta Primavera, they promised artichokes, mushrooms, peppers, and onions cooked in either red or white sauce. I chose the red sauce. So i had to wait forever, and when it came, it was 4 pieces of artichokes, no peppers and onions, and some mushrooms. But that’s not the worst, the sauce and the ingredients didn’t blend, it was like they sauteed some artichokes and mushrooms, and then in the end, added it to a can of tomato purée. And I forgot to mention, they used a ton of oil, the pasta was swimming in oil.

I totally love Monalisa. Their Veggie Sub is amazing! The hamburgers are fairly big and the pizza is good! The food is very cheap and tasty! Most of people that work there are very nice, but the bosses are awful! They have no patience, will probably mistreat you, ignore and tell you to wait(and never come back).

Quick, cheap, and delicious Italian specialties. Serves up huge slices of thin crust pizza starting at $ 1.75. Try their most popular pizza«The Mediterranean” — feta cheese, roasted garlic, and spinach.
