Subway

Heather from this place is absolutely horrible. No manners. Talks to you like you’re a child. And seems very annoyed when you ask to put more things on your sandwich. Will never come back if she is here.

Ordered two sandwiches here, the first employee was great very helpful and polite. On the other hand the other employee Heather was TERRIBLE, asking us what we want with the worst attitude and not seeming to understand we were making the sandwiches as we went. Proceeding to stare and make awful eye contact with us as we continued to make our food. I have never been here before and I never plan on coming back. This type of attitude from this employee is driving customers away and losing business, as clearly noted in other posts.
Thank god there are other subways around.

I went in and the girl working was taking temp of the meat. I saw her temp reading as she was writing them down
They were all over 40 degrees. I asked if she was going to remove the meat with ones that were at proper temp and she said after she gets done writing them down but they had been serving the meat to customers ahead of me.
Then the other worker started getting rude and laughing. I know its just subway, but its negligent to serve food when you know its not at proper storing temp and then to act like I was ridiculous to expect safe food handling is above rudeness its unsafe.

Super slow service … Baby sleeping and we have been waiting in the car for grandpa almost an hour… This is ridiculous…, use to be our favorite Subway since 3 in Burien…

The dirty blond working during the day is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. WOW. It must have been National Bad Attitude Day. Our group was standing in line during the day. There was 2 workers 1 who was pleasant and one who was just a B-​tch to everyone. Our group was like we dont want her helping us. Standing in line her attitude was horrific to the people ahead of us. Then when it was our turn she was like «what do you people want».
Two ways of thought do we snap back at the person who could be making our food or just leave. But crap we were short on time so we just ordered and know not to come back during the day.
Now the positive and why we do come back. There are 2 guys that work in the evening are actually really nice which is why this isn’t a one star review. I lived closed by so I would normally stop by in the evening and their open late. The guys in the evening have always given us good service, never an issue.

Pretty solid a Subway restaurant. I mean when it comes to the franchise restaurants, don’t really expect 5 star experience, after all it is a fast food restaurant. So, I tried the new sandwich with flatbread and deluxe meat and everything was good. The workers were nice and pretty fast. I went to the bathroom and it was pretty clean as well. Overall, everything was good.

The service isn’t always the fastest at this store but the employees are all so nice! I appreciate polite kind workers so it doesn’t bother me at all to be patient. Plus they make neat sandwiches.

the place isn’t necessarily always busy but they seem to always be short staffed. even having 3 people in line can still take you 20 minutes to get you in and out of that place — even longer when the folks in front of you don’t know what they want.
overall… it’s a subway — always tastes the same any subway you go. and the sandwiches never look like the pictures… and the toppings… they get skimpier and skimpier every time you go. when you ask for olives you’ll get 9 slices (equivalent to maybe 2 olives) if you ask for more you get 4 more slices and charged 50 cents more!

We walked in and the kid at the counter was joking about how another subway got robbed… my friend asked did you get robbed? He said no I said do you wanna?(tonation went up like a joke and everything) the lil Russian Guy got all butt hurt and refused us service. He’s always been a punk but now I will never go there again and am going to be sure to call corporate.

Longest line EVER, the worker was slow and kept putting on the wrong things on my sandwich. The onions were not fresh and they don’t give out a lot. I had to ask for more.
Overall, I experienced better– even in other subway locations.

This place used to be one of the worst Subways in the Puget Sound, but it has turned around. Gone are the petulant cinderella step sisters, and here are the efficient and entertaining brothers Grimm to take your order.
It’s Subway, but this one is done right.
