McDonald’s

Going through the Drive thru is an unpleasant experience. Their employees do not speak english very well and are hard to understand. The last experience I had there I repeated my order three times because I couldn’t understand what they saying. Finally, the employee screamed through the intercom «We don’t got nothing!». And I left with nothing.

Fairly good compared to the other McDonald’s that I’ve been to. I’m a little angry though because they forgot my large fries on an order and did not reimbursed me for it even when I came back with a receipt

You have to make a rating on McDonalds based on how it compares to other McDonald’s. There’s just some moments where you end up driving through and getting a Big Mac and fries. Of all the McDonald’s I’ve frequented throughout my life, this one has one of the freshest Big Mac’s and the fries are always freshly cooked. As for the other flare here, I don’t know. But, I can vouch they make a freshly cooked Big Mac; and you know if it’s not freshly cooked; it’s not going to age well in those paper wraps and boxes.

It’s clearly not Burger King, where I can have it my way. I hate cheese in my sandwiches and burgers, so when I say «NO CHEESE. DID YOU GET THAT? NO CHEESE» …I MEAN IT!!! Cheese on my burger ruins it for me. I pretty much won’t even eat it anymore, so it’s kind-​of annoying that there have been more than a few instances where I’ve requested no cheese and got it anyway. Because, you know, I really enjoy wasting money on food I don’t eat.
ALSO, the entire «check your order twice to make sure it’s right» thing is a load of CRAAAAAAAAP. I ask for sweet and sour sauce every time. I’ve gotten it maybe once. And I don’t like that they stick the straw in the bag and close it because like… what if it’s not in there?! Which of course has happened and seeing how I was in a mood on that day, I drove back and walked up in there, where the manager insisted that it was in fact inside the bag. Um, no.
It’s just McDonald’s though, so I guess I shouldn’t expect top notch service, but I mean… how hard is it to give me my friggin’ sauce and stop putting cheese on my friggin’ burgers?! There is, however, one lady who works in the mornings who is awesome. I don’t know her name though, but if I did, I’d shout her out! Haha. The chocolate milkshakes are surprisingly delicious so yeah, when I’m feeling like being a lazy fatty, I’ll probably still come here because it’s close to home. Oh, it’s also cheaper than the Westwood location.
