Fantasia Billiards

I like to spend time with my friends in this place! Excellent tables and a great atmosphere, nice and polite waitress, especially Anna Klim and Alina! Always fresh beer reasonable prices and quality service. I do not know why some people give bad reviews. This billiard club and all you need to play there. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING IS THE PLACE FOR SMOKING AND GREAT PARKING !!! One drawback is no table for a game of Russian billiards. Everything else is great! EXPRESSLY FIVE STARS !!!

I came here with a couple of my friends to shoot pool and watch the game. It was all hunkydory until there was an altercation at a pool table across from us. The security guards immediately ejected the players who were causing a scene. It’s bound to happen at a joint like this. The service was a bit strange, but no major complaints

This place used to be good to come to watch pay per view fights because they had a decent selection of beer and you could play pool while watching. As you know, some fights aren’t worth dedicating all your nonstop attention. As of new management, pool isn’t allowed during fights so they can cram as many people inside to sit awkwardly around small table tops sitting in the middle of various sizes TVs. I mean, if you want, you can eat here too, but the food is as average as you’d expect. We’ll be finding a new place to watch fights at with better food and seating from now on. Also, the young girls who waitress here don’t know their beers so be sure to look at the selection before sitting or going to your table.

I went there Friday night and the food and drinks tasted great also very good pricing. The environment felt extremely chill and was perfect to go to after work and hang out with friends. The service was great and I was helped by Alina and Anna. They seemed to know exactly what they were doing and made our night even better! I will continue to come here again! I recommend this place to all !!

So to start off I normally come to this bar late at night and everything is great but for some reason the waitress just don’t seem to know how to handle a semi busy night.
I ordered 2 plates of hot wings (that took about 20 – 25 minutes to come out) and on top of that they were cold. Not wanting to make a big deal I let it go. But with 2 plates of wings there was only one ramekin of ranch! When I asked for more they just said ok and didn’t come back. After 10minutes of waiting I walked to the kitchen were a waitress gave me attitude stating «I had to give her a minute.» She then Proceeds to turn around and tell that she needed ranch and that they are busy and I can’t wait. They still have yet to come around and ask if we need another beer or if our food was ok. And the blonde waitress I talked to about the ranch still hasn’t showed up with any 20minutes later. Rather she is attending to a big group and ignoring everyone else. Maybe they need to hire waitresses who can work under semi busy nights. Never ordering food from here again. Maybe I should wait till last call to come around!
And by reading other reviews it seems like the waitress are just too slow and can’t handle the stress. Maybe they should be retrained!!!

Simply a great place for pool players. They have plenty of pool tables, space is big enough, cool music, and beer, which is just awesome.
Plus, good food, good-​looking waitresses (a bit slow), and several Arcade games. I will be even happier if the price can go down just a little bit. But it’s not because the place is too expensive, just because I’m a cheap asshole.

Horrible service. The server never stopped by our pool table to ask us what we wanted to drink. We had to go up to the bar, we ordered them and she said she would bring them over. We only ordered 4 shots and it literally took her 20 minutes to bring them to us, AFTER we reminded her. When we went to order more drinks, she gave us an attitude and said she would bring them to our table. We didn’t tip her.
Other than that, it’s a pretty chill place to hang out and play some pool. I just wish they had better service.

Guys im telling you now, come check out this spot and ask for helen, she is a gorgeous and beautiful lady to have serving your table, best service at a pool hall ive ever had, and ive been to plenty, Robert the manager is pretty laid back as well, but im going to comr back for the gorgeous Helen…

I’ve been to plenty of pool halls and 99% of them have something hidden, Fantasia is straight forward and it’s a great experience, Robert the manager and Helen the server are amazing, cool people, come ask for them guys, Helen is beautiful and Robert has amazing service

I come to watch boxing fights here that are on PPV. Its not overly crowded there are plenty of screens and the service is good. There’s always plenty of parking in Burbank. ;-)

This pool room has a ton of potential but has some major flaws. Mainly it is always too hot, they never turn up the AC and it makes it uncomfortable to play pool for long stretches. I guess they are trying to save money but would do a lot more business if the room was comfortable. Not sure why they don’t get that.
The tables are pretty nice, the service is good, the food is ok, not great but might fair better with a simplified menu. If they just did that and turned up the AC it would easily get 4 or 5 stars.

This was my first time coming here and boy, what a DAMN experience. The parking situation sucks but it isn’t as painful as other places I’ve been too. I honestly have nothing wrong to say about this place. The security guard is a bit weird acting all highly but he wasn’t a douche I recommend this place and is big group friendly. There is a waiting list for the pool tables at $ 19 an hour. It is a really good enviorment and very energetic servers. Will definitely be back again.

I came here for the UFC 194 fight, there was a $ 7.00 cover to get in and they told us there was no seating available. Luckily, we found a table out on the patio. We spent the whole night inhaling cigarette smoke but I’m not complaining because there was no other place nearby showing the fight.
Our waitress came by fairly quickly and took our orders. The food came out within 15 – 20 minutes. I thought the food came out quick because the place was packed. She also came by often to check up which honestly surprised me.
As far as the food, we did start with the chips salsa and guacamole. I wouldn’t recommend it because it doesn’t come with enough salsa and guac, they bring it out in little plastic cups. My main dish was great, I got a turkey melt and it came with fries.
Overall, I was very satisfied with Fantasia last night. I wouldn’t mind going there to watch other major sports events. Just make sure to show up very early.

I recently visited this place and I’m sad to say that I was dissapointed. I came here with the boys to celebrate my friends 28^th Bday. I started off my night by getting a pitcher and a table for pool. The prices were fare but the service wasnt. Our server didnt really tend to us and we found ourselves having to go straight to the bar to get our drinks. The beer was nice and cold and the bar food was decent. I understand that the servers have to deal with intoxicated clients but it wouldnt hurt to smile a little more. Our servers tip would have been really nice if she would have acted like she cared but unfortunately that wasnt the case. Service needs to improve in order to develop long lasting relationships with clients.

A few months ago I came here with a lot of friends. The food was ok, nothing special but nothing horrible either. The waitress told us that it was happy hour so all of our food and drinks were at a lower price. The waitress brought me something I didn’t order, and quickly fixed the issue. When we got the bills, none of them had the itemized breakdown. Instead, it was just a total amount. I thought mine was way more than I expected to pay, so I had to go up to the counter to ask for details. It turns out, not only did they charge me for the item I didn’t order, but they also charged me full price instead of happy hour prices… No big deal, right? Just refund me…
Well, the manager came over to the register… That’s when things went to hell. She was rude and accusatory. She immediately started talking over me with a strange and aggressive look on her face. She didn’t want to hear it. Instead of apologizing, she just kept stating that the waitress was wrong and it should be full price. But, the waitress told us it was discounted, which is why we ordered it. The manager was such a *****! Eventually she ended up refunding me the difference, it only after not listening to me and making me feel like I did something wrong.
Then, I mentioned the rest of my group ordered the same thing, and they also need refunds. She said «no they don’t. Theirs is right.»… Ok… No it wasn’t. In order to get their money back, they had to go up and fight with her too.
Essentially, we had mediocre service, were over charged, talked down to and will never come back. It was their fault, they should wanted to fix it Instead of jumping down my throat. If this place wants more business, fire that rude***** «manager» with the brown hair. I don’t care if you mess up, it’s how you fix the problem that means something… she didn’t fix the problem. Instead, she left a bitter taste in my mouth I still think about months later.

Fantasia still remains to have a great upkeep as they are one of the better billiards/​sports bars to visit period! I’ve been coming here since the early 2000’s and the charm and liveliness of the place still holds its appeal.
The waitress are beautiful, they have a full bar (most billiards places only serve beer), and tons of tables. One more thing! The area to hang out if playing pool is not your thing at all or that night is still a good option to hang out at to chill, kill time, or watch sports.

Reason being:
I came here with a friend for football Sunday. We sat up at the bar to watch my team (raiders) and my friends team (eagles) play. Everything was going smooth until my friends game was not being displayed at the bar T.V.‘s. We asked the bartenders if they could switch the game to our side but we were told that «WE WOULD HAVE TO ASK THAT GUY OVER THERE», which we found really odd. Apparently there was an older gentlemen sitting at the end of the bar from us who was managing the control for the T.V.‘s. We asked the bartenders to see who this guy was and they replied with «That’s the owner’s friend». It was obvious that we were there to watch what the «owner’s friend» wanted to watch, not us customers. We didn’t want to bother the «owner’s friend» but since we did pay for food and pitchers, we only found it fair to ask. He was nice enough to make some channel changes but my only issue here is, why does the customer have to ask someone else to change channels?. Shouldn’t that be the job of the staff there?.
Any who, nothing wrong with this place. I’ll be coming back again. Hopefully I don’t have to deal with that issue again.
Nancy the Bartender and Michelle the server are really cool staff members who are on point with their work.

I remember this place as one of the first billiard halls ever coming to. I had a buddy who used to live in this side of town years ago. Whenever I would come visit him, this would be one of the places to hang out. Well, I ventured here not too long ago and wow, not much has changed in a good way of course!
Located right in Downtown Burbank, Fantasia Billiards is a pool hall with a fully stocked bar and great food to pair your drink with while you shoot pool. Prices will vary, depending on the time you come and how many people are in the group. The day you arrive also will vary price wise. With more than 15 pool tables, there is plenty of space to play. They also do have big screen TVs all over the place. It can get pretty full, especially on Friday and Saturday nights. There is an eclectic variety of music playing in the background. Yes, they also do have happy hour specials, which I do need to come and check out.
They do have parking available in the structures that are a block or two away. They are free. If you are lucky, find street parking. They do have a variety of food here to order from. From nachos to wings to chips and salsa to chicken tenders, they have the usual «pool table» food! I have had very good times coming here. It doesn’t matter if it a drive, especially for myself, I will continue to come here. Always good service and decent priced food and drinks. Love it already

The first time I played here was when this place first opened back in the early 90’s. I used to play at least 2 – 3 times every week for more than 5 years. The tables were always clean, the music used to be good, and the crowd decent.
Last week was my first time back and I couldn’t believe how run-​down the hall was. The music was bad and the 20 – 30 something crowd some in tang tops and sagging over sized pants, was even worst.
The tables were not straight and in some spots would cause the ball to change direction. The service was fine but I infidelity would not go back to play there again.

Walked by and found that this place was open on christmas day. Once inside you see pool tables and a couple of big screen tv’s.
My party and i got here just in time for the laker game.
They have beer on draft and they carry
Mexican beer.
The food was okay. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, turkey club sandwich and a chicken wrap as well as spinach dip.
I personally thought the food was ok and thats it!
But it is a really cool hang out spot and great for grabbing a drink. They did appear to be short staffed but our waitress was nice.
