I always love their salad bar. And the grilled zucchini is amazing. The chicken noodle soup was mediocre at best. But my favorite part about my most recent experience was the service!!! Kiona was amazing. My drink was never empty, and she was very attentive. It’s been a while since I’ve had service that good at Ruby Tuesdays, and I hope the next time I return that she will be my server again BC I was very impressed!!!

I was visiting family from out of town and came here for my birthday dinner with my nephew and niece, who are aged 15 and 12 respectively. I was never a big fan of the food, but they really liked it, so I went along. Our server was a woman named Lauren, originally from Pittsburgh. The service was fine until the end when the check arrived. She stopped by our table and asked us where we’re from. Now, we’re Asian-American, all born and raised in Georgia. So I replied, «well I’m visiting from out of town, but I grew up here, and my nephew and niece still live here.» Instead of taking the answer at face value, she said in a condescending skeptical tone, «Oh where are you REALLY from?» Oh boy, I thought. Another ignoramus implying that Asians aren’t «real» Americans. She then started making comments on how«good» our English is, at which point I was pretty pissed. However I chose to refrain myself since I did not want to make a scene in front of my nephew and niece. Her entire tone and attitude towards us was rude, disrespectful, and dripping with condescension. Even then I left her a 15% tip because I would like to think I’m a reasonably nice guy. The next day I called the restaurant and talked to the store manager. She was nice and apologized profusely and promised that her and the general manager would talk to Lauren about her egregious behavior. However, it took more than a week for that conversation to happen, and I had to follow up myself. The general manager finally called to apologize and told me that he would like us to come in again. Are you kidding me? At the very least, offer a voucher for food given the level of unprofessionalism of one of your employees. I came very close to filing a lawsuit for discrimination but quite frankly I’m too busy to deal with that, so I let it go. Aside from mediocre food, Ruby Tuesday at the Mall of Georgia is not an institution that deserves your business.

We go here from time to time hoping it will improve but it is a disappointment every time. It is dirty, smelly, and the salad bar just gets worse. Wilted lettuce, frozen potato salad… The menu items always leave much to be desired. Small portions and lack of flavor for a high price.

I love the salad bar here. One of the few remaining places you can get a great salad bar.

It was a little warm in the restaurant and it had a funny smell when we were in the front entrance. Once we got away from the front entrance and sat down the smell was gone. My girlfriend had the Asiago steak dinner. I had the glazed pork chop. My daughter had the chicken tenders. We all got the mashed potatoes as our side. We all got the salad bar. The salad bar was really clean, everything was really cold, and everything looked fresh. The food was great. Overall experience was good.

Honestly, I didn’t like it one bit. I’ve had way better over priced food. However the service was really great, so therefore 2 stars. I added the salad bar to my meal. You basically go up to the dinky salad bar, and grab yourself whatever. Sounds great? Yeah well go ahead and go up there you goat. As a Muslim, please label things. I’m not a genius, that can look at food and understand if pork has been an ingredient. Label your freaking salad bar! I wanted to try the pasta, but I think I saw bacon, but I’m not sure. Once again, labels! I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. Possibly the most sloppiest burger ever. I didn’t enjoy it at all. I ended taking it home. Whatever, I ain’t coming back.

Seriously subpar service! Our party of 11 literally had each entrée served separately– ONE at a time, about 10 – 15 min apart! How can you enjoy dinner with your family when no one gets their food at the same time?

So I’ve been here a couple of times. the service and food was always great and now. I’m so sad to give you guys a 1 star! Because I really did like the atmosphere and the people who I used to work with at the Mall of Georgia are there. but never again. my chicken wings came out raw and I even told the manager. but instead of him agreeing with me. he AND my waiter argued with me. Which is definitely a no-no in the customer service area. don’t they know that«customer is king»??? That made me so angry. so yea. I’m never coming here, again!

It was clean. My burger didn’t have much flavor to it. The waitress was nice and attentive. The manager just walked back and forth a lot. He could have said hello to each table. Child friendly. It would have been nice to be able to sit on the patio.

Service was absolutely terrible. The food was less than desirable. I will admit the bar wasnt bad. On the small side but some fresh tomatoes

Great, fast service at the bar. Good food. Regular restaurant pricing on most meals. Look online for lunch deals that this location has sometimes and if you are a regular, sometimes they have frequency cards.

Stay away from this place. Foods taste so bad. Service is worse. Used frozen stuffs. Go some where else for better quality and service.

Not the best experience. The bacon cheese burger was barely cooked to order. The only thing good was the peach sangria. But it’s more like peach juice. There is prob no alcohol in it.

This location is inside the Mall of Georgia. Probably the best Ruby Tuesday location that we have been too. The restaurant was super clean. Salad Bar items were very fresh and well stocked. Service was fast and efficient. TV’s in the bar area were not obnoxiously loud(like at many locations). Just wish they had a few more sandwich options. The current menu leans too heavily on burgers. How about a turkey or tuna option?

Very courteous staff I wish the menu had more options Had top sirloin steak, not bad at all, did the job. But not fantastic. I wish the side portions were larger, an entrée and two sides should fill me up, but this left some room.

If you are ordering anything outside of the salad bar, good luck getting your food. My husband and daughter got the salad bar. It took 45 minutes for my son and I to get our so-so cheeseburgers. The only saving grace was our waitress was so friendly. She kept our drinks filled and even brought us extra chips. Out of all the restaurants in this area, this is definitely not one I would pick again if it were my choice. There are far better places with better food and faster service. I’m surprised this place survives.

The food was cold and awful. My daughter got sick as soon as we left the restaurant. My husband was sick by the time we got home. Never again!!!

I had not visited a Ruby Tuesday in years(!) before my boyfriend and I visited a couple of weekends ago. We received a coupon in the mail and decided to check it out since I knew they had a great salad bar. We sat in the bar area with no wait — our server was so attentive and polite. I ordered the peach lemonade which was sooooo delicious, made with real peaches! I had 2 there and took one home(which the server did without asking!) We’ll visit here again :)

It’s a Ruby Tuesday. It’s in the mall. It has TVs on the walls, although they’re a bit small. It has baked mac-n-cheese. It has half-sized-toasty-crunchy-garlic-cheesy biscuits(!). It has raspberry iced tea with seeds in a cute skinny glass with a mint leaf. It has a completely different menu from the last time we visited. It has a friendly wait staff. It is a little more expensive than I thought it should be, but hell, we’ll be back.
