I like O’Charleys overall, but this location always disappoints. The vegetables are always way overcooked, and when I’ve ordered steak, it’s always too well done. On more positive notes, the staff is great and the pie is delicious.

I generally love O Charley’s and on most days it’s been fine but today my husband and I walked in and we were completely overlooked by the hostess who had reddish purplish hair. She let another group walk in and take a table before us and we were standing directly in front of the hostess stand. That didn’t deter us because we were hungry but then the bads continued. I ordered Louisiana sirloin with a Caesar salad and smashed potatoes. My salad was so watery the dressing slid right off. I ordered my steak rare and it came back almost well done. It had good flavoring and I have always liked it but it was too cooked and I couldn’t fully enjoy it. My husband ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich and it was good but the fries were so stale and hard. I don’t know what was going on today but the service was ok, food for the most part disappointing, and we won’t be back for awhile at this location.

As far as service, it was okay. I’ve had better. I overheard our server say that it was her fifth day and she showed it. She was very nice and apologetic though. The potato soup at other locations have been better also. I had maybe five diced potatoes in the soup and it wasn’t really hot, just warm. That was quite disappointing considering it was the main reason for going in Georgia’s 30 degree weather right now. I got my usual– Tuscan Chicken which was good. Overall, not my favorite location.

We go every Wednesday for Free Pie. Always great service especially in the bar area. Cedar planked salmon is the best. And the free rolls are great.

Just had one of the worst brunches ever with the family. Strawberry and Crème French Toast came out without the strawberry. My coffee was cold. Bread was hard and Eggs Benedict came out hard boiled. The waffle was as hard as a rock when it came out. Bunch of rookies running this place. Almost comical. Steven the manager did come out and comp our entire meal and that will probably convince me to try it again.

The Rolls!!! Wow… So great! If you want a place that is going to cure your food cravings of chicken fingers and rolls… This is a must go!
However the atmosphere feels a little old, but then again it goes well with the food choices!

I have been to this chain a couple of times and this was one of the worst experiences with a restaurant in a long while. First no one to greet should have left then finally seated at 2 pm and very few people there. Got our order in and should have had soup and salad out before dinner nope got 3 dinner to table all incomplete no sauce for tenders, no butter for baked potato, and soup late with the salad coming at least 10 minutes later, no soup spoon with soup 10 minutes for that 15 minutes for butter and honey mustard. Ask for manager and he only took off 50% of bill. We even got coffee served after dinner with no spoons. Oh and the bread was cold. Will never step foot here again not what I expected bad service and uncaring management.

It took us awhile to be seated on a Tuesday night. Our waitress, Pam, seemed very busy– maybe they should not give bartenders as many tables when they have a large amount of people at the bar. With that being said, she was very nice and polite. Everything came out exactly as ordered and the girl who ran our food and the host were very nice and accommodating. Me and my mother both had steaks cooked to perfection, and I had enough to take home with me. Both the chicken tenders and fries were fabulous. The only complaints I have seem to stem from them being understaffed, but the staff handled a busy night with grace. Will be back for the food!

Service is key! And that it self is worth 5 stars! The food was delicious! We don’t visit that often but when we do its always pretty good. Reyan took great care of us and when we return we will be sure and be seated in his section.

The wait for getting seating took a verrryyy long time. It didn’t even seem that busy so I was pretty confused. The portions are pretty huge but I was already full from the bread and the soup. Which were surprisingly really good. The pasta was great but the fact that the waitress forgot the desserts was a disappointment. :-(

Told it to the lady sitting us and she could have cared less. Never going to this location again.

Hubby, and I just ate here, I must say… I was pleasantly surprised, food was great, came out hot, restaurant was clean, even the restrooms. Our server Chase gave us the best service ever, very attentive, not overwhelming, and appeared genuinely happy to serve us. We had the California Chicken Salad, and Fish & Chip’s platter with fries, everything was yummy. and they have WiFi with a dencent speed… GREAT PLACE !!! we will return.

Came for lunch today and sat at the bar… let me just say the good was great! Good portions and a good price… on the other hand the service was less than stellar. I sat at the bar and the bartender was on her cell phone when I sat… she proceeded to hand me a menu… never introduced herself. never spoke to me. I was the only person at the bar. I would just think from a management stand point you would put a friendly person behind the bar at lunch. No smiles, no speaking… it was very awkward. The server in the bar area was the only one to speak and he was taking care of multiple tables. He even asked me how my salad was and smiled every time I saw him.

This is our «go to» restaurant. They have the best service by far of any other restaurant we’ve been to in the area.
The food is also fantastic and the price is right.
We’ve never had a bad experience there. We’ll be going back this Sunday to celebrate Mothers Day.

dishes where dirty but the food was tasty. Service wasn’t bad either. When I paid the bill, my friend and I paid separately. My friend told her the waitress to keep the change for a tip. I did not tell her that. I paid with a large bill. And she proceeded to keep my change as well. So I paid $ 30 tip for a 20 dollar meal. I gave her a 50 and she kept the change and I didn’t see her for about 30 minutes. I waited around so long. & I just left.

The greeter Brittany was very cheerful and accommodating. She took an extra moment to ask about my day once she had seated me. My server Holly was very cute, personable and attentive. She greeted me promptly and my drinks stayed refilled without having to inquire. She also took a moment to chat with me about my day and she actually paid attention. That is the key, if they ask and then listen. The food was good. I had the spicy chicken wedge salad. There is a formal name however it alludes me currently. I would not recommend this dish unless you like spicy food. There were jalapenos spread throughout.
One thing I like that is out of the ordinary (yet simple) is that they offer diet mountain dew as a beverage choice.
All around what you can expect from a restaurant in this demographic however I did feel the hostess and the bartender/​server did exceptionally well.
I recommend this location.

Stopped by for a early dinner with the family and I ordered the sirloin with a side of broccoli and bowl of chicken tortilla soup.
The service was good, everything we asked for was taken care of. The temp of my steak was just right, however the broccoli was beyond salty, just incredibly salty, maybe the chef pored it on the broccoli by mistake? No idea, but broccoli has plenty of flavour on its own. I think I consumed 10 days worth of sodium eating it.
Once I got past the fact that the chicken soup was very, very spicy, I was able to eat it while drinking my entire water and my wife’s water. It was good, just way to spicy.
I have eaton at O’Charliey’s before and usually everything is excellent. Maybe it was this location, or maybe the chefs here just are a little to extreme with salty/​spicy flavours. Customers can add more seasoning if they want, but once it’s on there, that’s it.
