Service is horrible!!! Not there for breakfast just get a burger. Ordered half bake chicken, and it came to me not cooked at all with zero spices. And fries were cold. Our server was the young skinny black girl with glasses. She came to our table and just looked at us until we ordered. Never asked for refills. When I shook my glass at her she said my bad. Her cellphone was hanging out of her back pocket. The cooks in the back cussing. Not one bit of soap in the men’s bathroom. Will never go back. The beer was poured correctly though. If you go there ask for Hannah.

Can’t comment on the food. We stood at the hottest stand for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. Then sat at our table for another 10 minutes and no one said word one for us. It must be noted, that they were not busy. We left.

Was seated within 10 mins. But sat at the table for almost 20 mins before being acknowledged by a server. Then when asked how long are we supposed to sit here before being server… with the craziest look on his face is the says. «Oh I guess this is my table then». This will be a very interesting visit. Besides that… takes our drink order and bring our drinks in glass cups. With a 5 yr old I would assume you would bring a kids cup. So requested a kids cup and he returns with a paper cup/no lid. So how do you prevent an active child from knocking over drinks. So far worst experience ever. I’m sure I’ll post after we receive our meal.

Cool little French quarter vibe with casino carpet. Went in on a Friday afternoon, not busy at all. Food was good, service took forever. If you order the spinach artichoke dip make sure to ask for more chips, they gave us a baby size portion.

First time here. Had a buy one get one free entrée coupon. Food was very good but the service was terrible. Servers who try to be a big shot by not writing down orders should be fired. We will probably be back but hope to get a different server.

We went for the first time on Saturday with our granddaughter. My husband ordered the Ham and Swiss Crepes, I ordered the Bacon, Avocado Omelette, and we ordered the Chocolate Chip Pancake for our granddaughter. My husband said his crepes were pretty good. However; my omelette had no flavor at all! We both got potatoes with ours and over half of them were very under cooked. Very disappointing. Our granddaughters chocolate chip pancake had maybe 6 chips in it. That was just lazy. Even her chocolate milk was bland. Someone needs a lesson in chocolate over there! All in all, it was an over-priced lackluster breakfast. We might(I stress might) try it again for lunch or dinner but it is not on the list of to-do’s any time soon!

Horrible experience. Walked in at 8:30 on a Saturday to a half full restaurant and was told there was a wait? We waited about 20 mins before we were sat. Once we were seated we ordered a bacon Brie omelette and an egg white omelette. The bacon Brie was over cooked and had spinach in the mix that was not on the menu. Also the Brie and bacon were just placed on top of the omelette. Lazy. The egg white omelette was just bland and had no flavor. For a 13.99 breakfast we were expecting something much better. Then there is the«fruit cup». It was sliced pineapple with the Rhine, cantaloupe with the Rhine. Laziest fruit cup ever and again this was a $ 41.00 breakfast. We won’t be going back.

Pretty good brunch place! Our waitress was Amy! Great person! I ordered the egg white and veggie and my boyfriend ordered the smoked salmon. When his dish came out they skimped him on the salmon. Amy was nice enough to take the plate back and get him a new order. This time he had enough salmon! Thanks for being nice to us! Will go back again.

If I could give this zero stars I would. We had terrible service a couple years ago and I asked my wife to give it one more chance today for brunch. We sat down for almost 15 minutes and were completely ignored, not even water. A couple was seated next to us and immediately asked what they would like to drink. Our family got up and walked out. Asked for a manager, he asked what table we were seated. I pointed it out and he said, «I’m completely sorry» and just watched as we walked out. Being sorry doesn’t fix the major issue with this place.

HASNOTIMPROVED! In fact, it’s probably gotten worse. Price of the meals increased while the quantity decreased. No more complementary toast, waffles are no longer a la carte, and everything still tastes bland. If you are caffeine free, you have no tea or coffee options. To top it off, the server made us feel rushed and forgotten most of the time. Didn’t even complete our meal due to how bad and uncomfortable we felt! They also don’t seem to care that very soon they’ll have more competition that will be less expensive and better quality right across the street. No improvement at all, no reason to come back either. Overall, it felt like they are done for and don’t care to do anything about it. Hopefully I won’t find myself back here; not worth it from any perspective.

When a girlfriend and I were going to meet for brunch, we wanted a place with mimosas, and goodness can I say I am so glad we chose Mimi’s! Their mimosas(around $ 7) come with a mini-bottle of champagne(approx 10 ounces) which is quite a deal considering many restaurants have mimosas that only have a splash of champagne. The food was good, but the service was what really made our experience 5 star. Our server was friendly and very accommodating. We were there for over 3 hours talking and catching up with one another, yet I never felt rushed by the server. She was friendly and checked in on us frequently. The staff was all very friendly and personable.

We were looking for a good breakfast today and despite a lot of negative reviews decided on MiMi’s outside the Mall of GA. It’s been years since we ate at one and really enjoyed it when we had. Our server Stella started out with some promise, however once she put our order in it went down hill. As our food came out one of my son’s had to ask the server that brought it, not Stella, for a refill. She said I will tell your server, goes without saying SHE should have been more than willing to get it herself, especially because it was very slow in there. Stella unfortunately never came to ask how are meal was and we had to flag her down when we wanted a refill… I hate that! However I had noticed she was quick to retrieve her checks(tips)on the other 2 tables once those guests left. Additionally she not was not interested in removing(pre-bussing) dirty dishes from our table, so we had quite the stack! My final frustration came at the end when I tried paying my $ 53 check with a $ 50 MasterCard gift card we had and the balance on my AMEX. Stella told me we could not use the card because the check was over $ 50 and GC was for only $ 50. I said I’m in the restaurant business and have always done this for guests. She said no couldn’t do that. Instead of arguing I said whatever just charge the full amount on my AMEX. If this was actually true Stella, you could have«offered» to simply split the check putting my son’s $ 4.99 grilled cheese on a separate check, then it would have been below $ 50, and I could have paid his meal on my card and used the GC. Makes sense doesn’t it? Oh and those negative reviews I dismissed initially, many were regarding service. The 1 star was for the food… which was very good! Set higher service standards here!!!

We visit Mimi’s once every few months and I’ve been meaning to post a review. The one thing about this restaurant is that it has the most consistent service of really any restaurant in the area. The wait staff is always quite friendly, knowledgeable and provide just the right amount of attention throughout the meal. I had to finally write the review because the crepes are just so well done and a great alternative to an omelette. I went with the turkey, bacon and mushroom crêpe and received two good sized crepes along with roasted potatoes. At first I thought there would not be enough potatoes as the order seemed quite small, but there was so much food in the crepes, it was more than enough for breakfast. The crepes were nice because they are lighter than omelettes, yet still just as satisfying. My wife went with the special lemon poppyseed griddlecakes that came with a rhubarb butter. They were outstanding as well. The coffee is also quite good here too, so if you’re hankering for a good breakfast with attentive service, definitely check out Mimi’s.

I wasn’t too excited. Our server was nice though. I wouldn’t add it to my favorite list of eating spots. Maybe we’ll give it a shot later on down the road.

Abysmal. I have NEVER walked out on a meal but we did tonight. We sent back two meals… one because it had a hair in it and the other because the pot roast was a mushy, fatty mass. The meal with hair was re-prepared and my mom ordered fish n chips to replace the pot roast. When my mom’s replacement meal came out it had hair in it too. A manager should have come out after the first meal was sent back but we had to ask for a manager after the second meal came out with hair. We waited several minutes, while we watched the manager do other things. Finally, we just left. It’s a minor note compared to everything else but we also had to ask for refills on our drinks. We will NEVERGOBACK. It’s obvious they have a nasty kitchen.

I always always always used to come here with my friend who used to work here when she was in high school. We would come here for either brunch, lunch, or dinner. I also brought my mom here for lunch. They love to send you through e-mail buy one entrée and get one free. It was such a deal. You can split the bill with whoever you go with. They don’t give small portions. It’s pretty big actually. And the food is really good here. For brunch they can get a little busy here. We had to wait several times. But for lunch and dinner we never had to wait. They have a cute interior here and I love sitting at the booths than the chairs. They also have outdoor seating which is nice when the weather is nice outside.

Attentive, fast service, delicious food! We had French Pot Roast and Salmon. Both cooked perfectly. Had a bottle of wine with dinner. Waiter well versed in wine list.(Only slip up was leaving bottle of white wine on table without ice or stone to keep cool.) We were never rushed. Whole staff kind and cheerful.

Really bad service plus this! I ordered muffins to go and all I got was burned inedible pieces(see picture). I will never go back.
