After moving up to Palatine from the city, I’m glad that I was able to find a place that has Bingsu without me having to drive to Schaumburg. Aside from being a froyo spot, the bubble shakes(boba) and Bingsu really set this place apart from the other frozen yogurt shops in the area. Huge plus: their boba is made with real fruit. Not pre made flavors or ice cream based, so they always taste fresh.

The place is really clean & when you come in, there’s this calming vibes that’s gonna welcome you. And it’s not even that expensive. I recommend this place to the people who just wanna hangout with their friends & have a great«snack»!

Very clean. Nice and quiet on a Saturday at noon. Only down side was I got my stuff and she disappeared. My mom wanted to know what bubble tea is.

Great Fresh taste. Even the inside is «fresh». If only it was a better location, it would add so much more business!!!

So I lied and I did return because the bubble tea place I liked across the street closed. This place is clean and the staff is friendly. I still find the portions to be small and prices a bit high, and its not the best bubble tea, but it will due in a pinch!

Delectable different self serve flavors as well as many different topping options. Price was a little expensive for self serve froyo. Will return

Wonderful counter staff. That’s it. Toxic flavors. From Chernobyl. The worst coffee I have ever tasted. You know something’s up when the pistachio is a shade of green found only on a Fisher Price toy. How can anyone eat this?

I think it’s funny when the first review of a place gives off a total ‘owner/worker’ vibe –_– but let’s get this rolling along. Went to Panera next door and saw this spot. I visit my fair share of froyo places so I can definitely compare them to each other. First impression, 4-stars for interior and layout. They’ve got some cool seating as you can see from my pictures. Some typical froyo seats then some not so typical. A big plus for the white loungy type egg seats. I also like how the topping counter is NOT in front of the register, but more like a magical topping island where the Swiss Family Robinson could live forever. The only downside I can see with this is chaos. In the chance this place gets busy, do I follow the clockwise action or rebel and go counter. Shall we play magical chairs and hop right in as soon as someone leaves or just stampede the children and reach my arm in there to grab the goods as I please. Guess we’ll get to that if the scenario ever presents itself. Got my cup, went for original and piled on the fruits. Came out to $ 6 and some change. Now this was about half the size as what I get from a certain ‘Color Fruits’ Thursday special but moving on. Taste is there, not the best but it’ll suffice. I did like the fruit choices, they seem to offer a couple more than the competition which I do like. Debating between three and four stars is always tough. While four makes it seem like a ‘good’ review, three gives off the ‘bad’ vibe even if it’s a 60%. Had to choose the latter but check it out and judge for yourself. I’ve never heard of this name and too lazy to research the status(ie. chain, franchise.) Good Luck either way!

The exact same thing as what you’d expect in a Red Mango or any other frozen yogurt joint. It’s very clean and neat inside. Wifi is offered, as well. Plenty if toppings to choose from as well as plenty if frozen yogurt flavors. The cashier was nice and helpful, too. No complaints from this place.
