Patient staff and very efficient. Delicious ice cream.
Too bad the location only offers about 12 chairs, which leads to an overcrowded establishment of people standing in the doorway causing a traffic jam.
What happens when chocolate fudge flavored ice cream fans are pushed together with connoisseurs of vanilla and peanut butter flavored ice cream? Let’s just say, through the tramples of the two herds, an ice cream creation commonly known as ‘Moose Tracks’ occurs.

Ice cream is super watery and I had an Oreo milkshake made. I expected them to use vanilla ice cream and real Oreos but they used the Oreo ice cream. It was gross. I nicely asked for something else and was told they can’t help me! I paid $ 5 for a gross shake and they refused to give me a credit or equal compensation. For shame. FOR SHAME. Thank god I paid with an AMEX and won’t be paying for anything now. Go to Culvers instead, guys.

Reviewing a Baskin-​Robbins Ice Cream shop? Why not?
The store was clean and lacked the sticky handprints unruly toddlers frequently leave on tables. The guy serving the ice cream was friendly and even smiled when I got the simple, classic chocolate ice cream in a cup.
The ice cream was really good and didn’t have the chunks of ice (frozen condensation) that can sometimes be found in places that serve scoops of ice cream.
Great place to go before a movie!

LOVE Baskin Robbins ice cream. It’s just so darn yummy. Oreo is my fave. This location was very clean, service was friendly… That’s all I got.

Ice cream is my meal of choice. So when I’m deciding on what flavor I want, I don’t want to be rushed. I appreciate that about this Baskin Robbins. Whether they have a line or not, they’re patient and are happy to help. I also appreciate the 31 cent scoop nights and how they use the opportunity to raise money for a special cause.
