Depends on your priorities. As far as customer service and courtesy, they can’t be beat! Clay is super helpful and very friendly.
However, it is very expensive to ship from here. My last shipment was quoted on the FedEx site at $ 75.17 based on dimensional weight because it was an oversized box, including insurance and fuel surcharge. At the PA Store, I was charged $ 96.18, a difference of $ 21.
I expected to pay a service charge at Postal Annex, and I was okay with that because it is very convenient, I like to shop local and I realize they have to make a profit to cover the overhead. But a 28% markup is a little rich for my blood.
In the future, I will either pay FedEx $ 4 for a home pickup, or I will prepay and print my label from home and just drop off the package.

Excellent customer service and very reasonably priced. Easy in and out location. I will use this shop for all my shipping and home office needs.
