I had the pleasure of meeting a sales associate here from hell. A pushy, preachy, omnipotence complex who have the suave attitude of a kitten strangler is a guy you should look out for. Once this man is left to his own devices and the manager walks out, he will talk down on you and push you into a purchase. The air was thick with awkwardness. He sounds like a father that is disappointed that his son is majoring in liberal arts

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!! I’ve purchased many items at Raymours and Flanigans before, but never at this location, and I would NEVER again! Not 1, but 3 items delivered today were ALL damaged, so I refused them. I also refused to reorder and they threatened to keep 20% of my money which equals $ 400.00((not happening unless they want a lawsuit) so I’m in the middle of fighting this. Also, their delivery was by some outside company who were also HORRIBLE and very unprofessional… Damaged my walls and delivered half wrapped, badly damaged furniture with wrapping tape adhered to furniture. Their customer service also STINKS!!! Thanks for ruining my Holiday’s Raymour & Flanigan!
P. S. I was forced to leave 1 star… They deserve NONE!

I found the sales associate a bit pushy but I can handle that. The customer service is awful! The sales associate provided wrong information about pick up and then when I call wanting to see about the product being ready, after being placed on hold I was told «we don’t do that.» I’m not sure if this type of treatment generally is the way R&F operate but I can assure you this will be my first and last time at this location! What a shame since they just opened! By the way… I did make the purchase and they have lost a good customer!

Came here to look at different mattresses for my new apt. I didnt have intention of buying today… i just wanted to price items so i can budget better. The sales associate Christopher greeted me at the door & took me straight to the mattress section. After testing out the mattresses he wanted to show me, I wanted to see a regular standard mattress. I told him the price range I was trying to stay in & he gave me a look & basically said «well we are done. there’s nothing more I can do for u». I was shocked but I said ok & walked out. I will never come back here again. Just because I didn’t buy something u catch an attitude. He’s way too old to do that && honestly that’s very petty
