Buffalo Wild Wings

I’ve never frequented this chain so we’d figure we’d try it.
We went on a Saturday afternoon. It was dead so we sat in the back. Our server was alright, nothing special. He was attentive at first, but towards the end of our meal I felt more like I was bothering him when asking for little things like refills on drinks, boxes, and finally the check. Mind you, the place was dead so it wasn’t like he was busy busting multiple tables.
The food was alright, it wasn’t anything over the top that would make me want to return a lot. I personally found the batter that some of the appetizers were fried in to be kind of bland. They had the same dipping sauce for everything (a Thousand Island type sauce they added too much spice to).
Might stop in again for a bite if I’m in the neighborhood again, but I won’t go out of my way to.

I would give this place no stars but It seems I have to give it 1 to post my review. what a waste of money this place is. The food was terrible, Philly cheesesteak smelled absolutely terrible and looked more suitable for my canine. We sent it back and they did take it off the bill but the rest of the food wasn’t much better. Much better food at Applebee’s or Friday’s. The service was horrible also. The servers were more concerned with screwing around with each other than dealing with their customers.

This location is a hit or miss. Tonight however Our waitress (Gina I believe her name was) remembered my drink order from over 6 months ago lol! She was very attentive and got my specific order right (all flats, spun twice). She had a few tables, but made sure to check up on us to see if we needed anything. The drinks here are OKAY some days are better than others and The food comes out hot and fresh.
Definitely fun to go to during football season if you like the more lively crowd (which I do). The wait time isn’t too bad compared to other locations. The wait time for takeout however is ridiculous, you can dine in, eat and leave before takeout is ready!
Parking is great and convenient, huge TVs everywhere (like all locations) they also usually change the channel for you if you’re sitting in an area but want to watch a certain game.
My go to spot for wings and sports I’m a regular so I’ll definitely be back.

Hands down THE worst service I’ve ever gotten in a restaurant! The mediocre food and drinks took forever to come and our server was pretty much MIA for most of our experience. We had to flag other people down to get what we needed. I work in a restaurant I know how hard it is, so I try to be super patient but this service was horrible. When our drinks finally came my date found glass in his drink! We spoke to the manager, let it slide and ordered more drinks. When the next round came the glass was chipped! The managers response was I don’t normally comp alcohol but I will for u, huh?! You served us GLASS twice, that’s the LEAST u could do. He didn’t offer any additional discount. I could understand if it was just a hair in the food but glass! Someone could’ve gotten seriously hurt and the managers solution was to just say sorry and comp the drink that had glass in it.

This location is the worst. I placed a phone order and 45 minutes later the phone was not ready. The young ladies in the takeout could not handle the pressure of 50 people waiting on their order. They have to wait for the kitchen to bag and bring the food to the front. That is horrible and extends your wait time I could say down and ate if I wanted to stay this long. Patrick took forever to come to the front to assist.

We went for UFC. We watched UFC. Our waitress was great but I saw some that really had no concept of customer service or how to conduct themselves at a job. We ordered wings that was supposed to have a sauce and spice on them but they relayed the order to the kitchen that half was supposed to have spice and half sauce. So half were very dry, which is an issue I see other patrons had as well judging from other comments.
So the flatbread and dessert were actually better than the wings. Security walking around also put me off because I don’t know what transpired there to make them have to have security guards eyeing you while you watch a fight and eat.
They were out of a few things too as far as drinks go. How can a bar not have tonic?
Most of the wait staff was young and really not fit to be servers. Having loud obnoxious conversations standing next to a customer’s table is really not professional.
All in all, if you need to watch a fight or some sporting event, its doable, but not really suggested.

This location is fairly new and it sucks! Drinks and service. This is my second time here. I will not be coming back!

This location is very convenient with parking but the service needs a lot of improvement.

Ive been to other buffalo wild wings locations and never experienced such bad service like this location. The place was empty and we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get a table. Please note that there were many tables available. Another couple got tired of waiting and decided to sit themselves at a table. Finally when we got a table, we were never greeted by wait staff. We waited 10 ten minutes and no one showed up, so we decided to leave. Very not cool. The manager or the company needs to improve the service. Not going back till there is new management.

Its a grt place, alws hang out dere after wrk wid colleagues n also throw farewell party to collegues, deir onion rings is so yummy n burgers as well n mango lemonade is to die for

Good wings and mostly good service on a regular day.

Ok, hit or miss wings, Soggy at times and sometimes crunchy, which how wings are suppose to be crunchy. We also asked the waiter if he can move us because three more people showed up to join our party, our food had not been ordered and we just sat down, waiter said he would as manager, but manager wanted us to get back on the bottom of the waiting list even though we waited 45 minutes already and originally has a table for 8, we only down graded when the rest of our party didn’t respond, So we thought they were not showing up. Female Host Manager was being a jerk, and would not sit the whole partry in a fair manner, We had to take two different tables, not our choice, So came tip time, we did what we had to.
Would not go back, run by a bunch of young, out of puberty teens. No Class Hosts, And Slow Service at that.
We will stick to our local wing place, that serves great wings, burgers and fries.
These big commercial places are not to catering to peoples need and all seem to be run by out of puberty teens.

I ordered takeout. My nachos had a tablespoon full of meat, barely any, and I ordered the ultimate. Barely any cheese also. I received tortilla chips with a bunch of lettuce. I’m so disappointed because I was craving nachos. I also ordered 2 sides of sour cream both the two items I ordered and did not receive either. If this is how they do the take out orders, I will never return, not even to dine in!

It was so not what I expected. The welcome desk gave me a complete look over before finally seating me and my date — it was pretty awkward to get that from a female (What in the world!). The place looks pack from the outside, but once inside there are a great deal of seating including by the bar.
After being seated in a tight corner seat (spiteful service), we waited 10 – 15 min for the waitress to come and place our drink orders. Please tell me how a bar does not have apple ciroc or a good vodka? It was one of those weeks and I needed a strong drink. I settled down and took a deep breath and got a ANGRY APPLE beer… HA! It was a-​okay.
We ordered a 20 pc variety wings platter. The waitress took 15 – 20 mins to return with the food so of course some of the wings were cold like dog nose. Yes, I said DOG NOSE. I didn’t want to send it back, in fear it would be returned to me in another condition. LOL!
I must say if the server and the desk didn’t give me bad service or put me in a tight table, not forgetting the wait for my food, I would’ve given the BWW three stars. I can honestly say, heck no to another visit even if it’s for a quick bite.
It was so not my cup of tea, I didn’t take a picture ;-0)

las alitas para compartir son buenas. Pero el servicio no lo es, Le di otra oportunidad de venir pero de verdad que el servicio es muy malo. Las bebidas que pides te llegan de otro sabor. Yo pedí alitas que se sabe que uno se va a ensuciar las manos y solo me llevaron una servilleta. Será que las venden por cantidades??? Mal el servicio no vuelvo Aquí.

A place good for a quick bite. Service could use improvement. I am a happy person and I want to experience the greeting from a happy person who is going to get me my table. Sour looks just sets the wrong tone.
Waiters and waitresses, don’t be cheap with your napkin when people are ordering Chicken Wings. Additionally, how about those box containers to out the bones in after attacking and demolishing those Chicken Wings? Seems off putting to stack up finished wings and drumsticks in the same plate where you have unfinished items. Pay attention to your tables people.
Good sauces — keep it nice and hot but please don’t run out of your «Ghost Pepper» sauce. That should never happen.

The location is convenient for anyone who lives in the Canarsie area.
The service was pretty good and our server was very attentive. We had everything we needed and the service was fast despite there being a decent amount of people inside (I went on wing Tuesday for discounted wings :))
The space is quite large and there are huge flat screens everywhere, as most BWW’s have. Compared to the TVs at the Atlantic Ave location, the TVs here are easier to see from anywhere you are sitting. Even at the bar, the huge flat-​screen is positioned so that you don’t have to break your next looking up while eating if you want to watch whatever game is playing.
My wings were delicious of course. I ordered all flats (wings only) and some soda. (Would’ve tried their liquor but I was driving) There was a good amount of sauce on the wings since we had asked for extra sauce because the wings tend to come out on the dry side if extra sauce isn’t mentioned.
Since the location is in the Gateway Mall, parking is abundant and easy. I will be back here!

Great place to watch the game while grabbing a bite.
We started with a large traditional wings; honey bbq, mango habanero and teriyaki. They were all equally good. However, I like the mango habanero because the spice leave a tingling after taste. The burgers (buffalo ranch chicken sandwich) we ordered tasted like any burger you could gotten at a fast food place. Nothing special about them. The shrimp tacos were good but the shrimp was a little dry.
Overall great experience, loved the wings.

Soooo, I’m actually writing this review AS I’M waiting for my food. And yes, sadly, I have plenty of time.
The table sitting next to us came in after we did, and already have their appetizer. We ordered appetizers, but haven’t received them.
On top of that, they are also out of the following…
–Margarita mix
–Bourbon Honey Mustard sauce
–Oktoberest (IT’S HALLOWEEN!)
–Silverware…YES, F’IN SILVERWARE!!!
They. Are. Out. Of. Silverware.

Our server is mildly nice but is not at all helpful, and it’s now been almost an hour… and still no food. She keeps saying «we’re waiting on a couple things»
TF does that even mean!!!
This is not a lunch or dinner rush, and the restaurant is more than half empty! This is absolutely ridiculous.
Needless to say, this is the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings I have EVER been to, and I’ve been to many.
We won’t be returning.
Avoid this place at all costs!!!

This was my first time going to a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant.
This is a great place to go if your looking to watch a game or any sporting event. They have over 50 big screen TVs, a full bar, and they don’t care how loud you get. Personally, it was too loud for me, I had trouble hearing the waitress and the conversation.
I’ll start with the good… which is the food, and the only reason why they get two stars. The food was fresh and tasty. We started with the Cheese Curds (fried balls of cheese). I had the boneless and traditional wings combo with half Parmesan Sauce and half sweet BBQ sauce.
Now the bad… The service is TERRIBLE!!! First, they forgot to call my name after waiting for over an hour. Then since it was a different hostess, she washed her hands of the issue and just blamed it on the previous hostess. In my company we take ownership of the problem at hand, regardless of the cause. We ultimately had to speak with a manager, who seated us in about 10 minutes, if not who knows how much longer we would have waited to be seated. Since it was our first time there we weren’t familiar with the sauces and how to order. So when the food came not as expected and we had to send it back, the waitress seemed bothered.
Now to the bill, which was broken down into two sections, appetizers and entrée. Which made it look like I was being billed twice for taxes. Again, the waitress looked bothered I was asking about the bill. I felt at every turn I was met with a defensive, sassy, and almost rude attitude.
Long story short, the food was good but the service was terrible. I would try this restaurant again, but not this location.

Fast service and really good wings. 65cent wing Tuesday special is what I go for! Margaritas are good and also the burgers are really good too. I had the one with the pulled pork on it and it was delicious! Lol Totally satisfied! I mean sorry i can’t go into more details but they get the job done. Most waitresses I’ve had are about the same, pretty average.
Lots of tvs and sports everywhere. Lots of room for parking. It’s just a decent place to get wings :) lots of it lol
