Old Navy

Holy crap, I tell you the rudest but the rudest people who hate there jobs. My wife goes here and always prepare for the worst. Not all of the workers are rude but mostly the cashier who seems to hate there jobs and try to make every shoppers shopping experience as miserable as they are. Workers on the floor are ok but cashier I’m telling you.

This place is always packed when i’m trying to shop long lines few cashier’s. I’ll try another day. Gone with the wind

I visit here every so often. If I need to pick up a tshirt, I can come here. I need a quick pair of khakis, I’ll come here. I need some active wear for the park or gym, I’ll come here. The line can be a tad bit long at times. I would have given this review 5 stars, but one thing they need to fix is the way they schedule their staff and pay attention to the heavy-​traffic times in the location. The lines can be a bit long although they move fairly fast. More staff will allow them to man more registers and get the guests out much quicker.

The lines are always long. Most of the time store looks in disarray. Hopefully with new addition to Gateway Mall they will step it up and keep up with the competition

This location ALWAYS looks like it was hit by a tornado… and not just on the .99¢ flip flop days (lets not talk about the half mile line and armed guards on those days). We only come to this location once in blue moon, and even that is too often. I will say this though, when they have all the registers open, that line moves at a very fast pace… but for the most part, it crawls. So, take the usually slow service, long lines and absolute horrid condition of the store, they get a total of one lonely star. Get to folding, people.

Disappointing.
The front of the store was presentable but once you passed that it was horrid. You couldn’t find anything or anyone to help you. When a store associate was finally found and was asked if she could help, she just pointed with her chin to the back of the store and said, «go look there.» smh. The manager (i believe, had a mohawk) did provide better service. Was so turned of by the store and the tremendously long lines, just walked out. Didn’t want to buy anything. No bueno!

I was able to go dumpster diving through their racks (accurate choice of vernacular per the condition of the store) and find a few pretty cool items on sale for 75% off. I wound up getting three long sleeve shirts for about 18 $ total including tax.
Save yourself the aches and pains and go to another Old Navy, like the one at Atlantic or Herald Square — those are my two faves. Their racks are always strewn about as if they have just given up at maintaining order and continuously throw whatever clothing they see fit on top of the older materials.
Customer service wasn’t terrible (unless you incorporate the cleanliness and orderly aspect), however it was pretty mediocre — which really, I am fine with.

If you want to dig through messy piles and trip over items on the floor, this is the place for you. The lines are too long due to too few workers on the registers. While the woman who checked me out was courteous, it was not worth the 20 minute wait online. At least I have sone cheap flip flops for the summer. But seriously they need to get it together!

Cheap clothes, great prices, long lines, average customer service, sloppy appearance, way out of the way

I used to hate Old Navy… I do not know why… but I did… but then I received an email that said Old Navy was having a big summer sale. So I saw the prices and then immediately headed on over to Gateway Center. Now while the staff were a bunch of drooling toolbags, I got clothes for the summer and saved a crap load. I will go back or shop on their website again in the fall.

This is one of the worst old navy’s I’ve ever come across. There are clothes all over the place, the lines are slow, and the staff is so rude. Go to another old navy, or online. Just do yourself a favor and don’t come here.
