Great hole in the wall take out joint. Not too greasy, Portions are generous for the price, and quick service. Better than any other Chinese places I’ve tried in Williamsburg Apart from the authentic Chinese cuisines in Queens.

New to the neighborhood, so this is the only Chinese I’ve tried and it was pretty good. Typical take out, not super greasy. Our favorites were the orange chicken and green beans. They offer deals for orders of certain sizes(we got free soda) so be sure to ask the woman at the front counter. Be warned… dishes come with a LOT of rice, so no need to order sides!

Food is Very inconsistent but it is better than all the places in the neighborhood. It’s a typical American Chinese takeout place, fast and cheap. If you want real stuff, go to China town and pay 20 bucks for a dish and shop bitching !

Delivery consistently arrives piping hot and LESSTHAN10 minutes after making an order(not sure if this is a good or bad thing, actually). The staff and delivery guys are nice — just remind them to include a fork and napkins.(side note: witnessed the delivery guy crossing the NYC Marathon on Bedford in 2011… it was awesome)

Solid Chinese food place for pickup/delivery. Always fast and never a problem with the food! Nothing fancy here but good old take out.

The food is waaay less sketchy compared to Kam Sing, the only other Chinese place I’ve ordered from in this neighborhood. It’s not ridiculously greasy for a Chinese American food joint, and their chicken actually seems to be chicken(I think). I ordered the General Tso and the rice to chicken ratio was kind of crazy. I’m sure no one else would really have this problem, but being Japanese, I felt that the amount of rice they gave me was not enough to accompany the dozen pieces of chicken. For $ 7.50, the General Tso’s Chicken combo comes with roast pork fried rice, and an egg roll. Note: Their menu has a few coupons you can cut out, so be sure to check those out!

The best Chinese food in Williamsburg … don’t let the looks of the place stop you. I’ve tried several dishes and I have yet to be disappointed. The best so far is the Shrimp with Cashew Nuts(a small order comes with 6 large shrimp). Cheap and extremely satisfying.

Two stars for convenience, speed and friendly service. The food, however, is another story. I have tried this place three times and have never really enjoyed what I have eaten. The crab rangoon are okay and I admit that, when I’m in a crab rangoon kind of mood, I might go back for those. The General Tso’s chicken, beef in broccoli garlic and sweet and sour pork, however… I would not order again. Though the portion sizes are fairly generous, the food is very greasy and the meat has been rather tough. Also, when I have asked for«extra spicy,» my food has never come out spicy at all. At least it’s cheap, but don’t expect to be impressed.

Look, what else do you want? It’s been here way before any of the other places on the block. It’s reliable, it’s cheap, it’s ghetto ass Chinese food you’d expect from a place like this. Yet, there’s no bullet proof glass or aire of danger! The one guy who speaks English is pretty cool. I think he knows me by now… y’all shouldn’t get mad at him if he doesn’t speak your language… he speaks better than expected of «Fresh Off The Boat«Chinese restaurant workers.

Another typical greasy, salty chinese takeout joint in the neighborhood. Out of Kam Long, Kam Sing, Fortune Place and Golden Dragon I’d say Golden Dragon is the best. It’s not as greasy as the others and you can get two(maybe three) meals worth of food for $ 14.

not amazing, not bad either. if you are in a pinch you can get a ton of food for under $ 5. the general tso’s tofu is pretty awesome and is only $ 4.35! WTF?! the people are also very nice, service and delivery are very quick. if you want«authentic» food court flavor G-Dragz is the jam.

It’s a little hole in the wall and the lady behind the counter isn’t very friendly, but hey, it’s right down the block from me, and the beef with broccoli is to die for. Seriously, so tender. I will say though, my mom was visiting once and as we drove by, I pointed the restaurant out and said«Hey, that’s the Chinese place I go to!» and her response was, «Ew…»
