Value Pawn & Jewelry Store

What a joke this place is… My sister bought a very nice 4K TV last month at this Value Pawn location establishment and the employees swore up and down that the TV remote was the right one for the TV but it wasn’t.So my sister had to buy a new remote via at a different store. When we got the TV home the menu settings were locked and yes, my sister called this location back and they weren’t much help at all. So we brought the TV back and we asked for someone to get the TV out of the vehicle and one of the male employees got all up tight cause he didn’t want to help but got told to anyway and he pitched a fit while bringing the TV back in to the store. She saw a newer 4K TV on display they just got in and it had the right remote and we got it home and happy about it.
Now, for my issue with them I bought a GoPro Hero 4 camera and put it on layaway before I did that I asked what version of GoPro Hero 4 is it they didn’t know but one of the male employees looked at bottom and claimed it was the silver edition and swore up and down it was. They wouldn’t let me see if it worked which I have no idea why they wouldn’t let me see if it worked or not. So when I went to the store and cancel the layaway the store manager said he can only give me $ 12.00 back of the $ 50.00 of what I put on the layaway for the GoPro 4k camera. So basically he only gave me $ 12.00 store credit swore up and down he said his layaway fees are posted all over the store on signs (WHICH THEY ARE NOT). Then the store manager popped off with this smart comment that I need to look at my receipt like most people do cause they handed you the receipt before I bought the camera. I replied with a normal voice I said sir they gave me the receipt after I bought put the camera on layaway and never told me anything about the fees and etc. He said yes they did you can’t hear good or notice.
Yes, I called the corporate number for Value Pawn hopefully the District Manager will call me back about this issue here at this location even the customer service representative claimed that was not called for what the store manager said to me and the rudeness from the staff that didn’t tell me about the fees and etc.
Over all experience this location is a joke.

I’ve never shopped here, but I sold a guitar on Craigslist an had the buyer meet me in the parking lot. The buyer never showed up and another person offered to buy it before I made it into the store. One of the workers came out and started taking pictures of my license plate and harassing me. He told me I was breaking the law and that he was going to report me to the cops. I called the sherrifs office an they told me that I had not broken any laws. So, a company that intimidates people is no good in my opinion.
