Very professional, helpful, and nice people. When we first got to the facility, Tim greeted us and spent time helping us in picking out the carpet (there are so many to choose from!), explaining things well, and gave us samples to take home. They came by for measurement and emailed the quote. I was able to easily order and schedule the installation over the phone. Tim called me before the installer arrived and they installed the carpet very nicely. They were always very prompt and friendly. Thank you!

We had a great experience with this company, including with the installation at our house. Very good customer service at the store and the installers were professional and tidy. A few years ago we were very unhappy with a local carpet company and so I didn’t have very high expectations this time around. But we were pleasantly surprised and I would recommend Braintree Rug to anyone.
