New-​ish to the world of rebuildable atomizers (RBAs), I found myself stranded this past Friday night in need of a critical component. I arrived there with only 5 minutes to spare expecting to be hurriedly rushed but was instead met with one of the most positive sales experiences I’ve ever had.
Dave, the owner, asked to see what I had built so we could try to match up the piece I needed. When I showed him, he took a long hard look at my build then showed me everything I had done wrong. He also could not locate anything that could fit my build. I was beginning to doubt I’d be vaping at all that weekend.
Luckily Dave had other plans. He hooked me up with a brand new atomizer for a whopping $ 15 bucks. Then, as if he hadn’t already stuck around past closing time, Dave and another employee spent about 20 mins showing me how to properly build an RBA, in the process building me a sick setup that has been treating me great all weekend!
I had previously been in the Norwood and Newton locations, so I knew to expect courteous and knowledgable staff, but Dave went above and beyond in Braintree. Highly highly recommended.

I have been here in Braintree several times. The guy Allen is very sharp and his sales skills are very good as well. He will take the time to show you anything you may need or have a question about.
