New Market Pizza & Grill

Ordered a pizza to be delivered. Showed up early and hot. Tasted great. Seems like a great lunch spot in the neighborhood.

They have not disappointed me so far. My salads are always on point and delivery does not take forever. Thanks for the good food and service, love your pals on Burrell St. :-)

Who ever the manager was this past Friday should be fired. I brought my Philly steak and cheese back to let them know it was not correct to be yelled at. This is the 2^nd time that it was not correct. I was given a sub with American cheese on the bottom that was not even melted. On their menu and says Philly-​Four cheese blend. When I brought it back and showed the manager he proceeded to yell and tell me that there was nothing wrong with it. I thought a manager would say something like «What can I do to make this better». Instead he opened the sandwich with his nasty fingers and said its fine. Like I was going to eat it after that. Then when I asked for my money back he said NO I only give money back when there is something wrong. Took about 4 minutes of arguing for him to throw 7 dollars on the counter. I then responded it was $ 7.48 and he threw the 2 quarters and said keep the change and don’t come back. I had then told him that he must not have listened to me when I already said that I was not coming back. As I was walking out the establishment he was still talking trash and yelling. This was also done in front of all the other customers.

Great service and damn good tasting pizza, perfect for a late night snack.

Dingy, Weird looking place but the pizza was great! I was definitely pleasantly surprised. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover, I would so try this again. Oh yea, they deliver too.

Nothing negative to say about this establishment except location. All the food is excellent, average prices. My favorite is their salads. Either it be a plain garden or Greek, or topped with chicken or steak. You can’t beat the price for the serving you recieve. Service is very quick on all orders also. Great place to grab a bite.

Love their seafood! I was skeptical at first, but after tasting it, I was impressed! I’ve had the shrimp platter a few times now and it’s probably one of the best fried shrimp dishes I’ve had. The shrimp was extremely fresh and seasoned to perfection. Their pizza is amazing also!

Sketchy place/​area at night, but yummy cheap food. No seriously, one of the surprising tastiest Philly cheesesteak sandwiches (HUGE) I’ve ever had. And good coleslaw! They have a great selection of menu items.

Just got off the plane into the hotel and needed food stat. From the outside, the place don’t look like much, but don’t let that fool you. Good food all round. Good quantities too. Lots of locals there as far as I can tell (not being from here).

They have a good deal here for slices, 2 for 5.10 with a drink. The slices are big and satisfying, and they are open pretty late to boot. However, I did call once for delivery and they said they could not. Maybe they were overloaded with orders, don’t know. They also have a big selection of subs.

Okay, so this spot uses to be my go to sub place a couple of years ago until I ventured off to find some place New which wasn’t that fruitful except for Joe’ Famous in Dudley. I finally went back today and order the «ever telling» steak bomb and it didn’t disappoint (see pic, I added fresh chopped tomatoes to cut the richness of the sub) and it was awesome… awesome. The only reason why they didn’t get a higher rating was because of the attitude I got from the girl take took the order an from the delivery driver that made walk out he’s car.

My friend and I were staying at a hotel nearby and got back late from a concert. This was one of the only places open around 12:30am and I’m glad because this place was awesome. I got a pizza– can’t remember exactly what was on it– but it was delicious. My friend got a burger. Both of us were satisfied, and good for the price.

A few days ago, I stopped in for a meatball parm sandwich. It was OK, and I was going to give three stars. Tonight, I ordered the ribs, the big dinner. I got an absolutely ridiculous quantity… the small one would have been plenty. And while these are nothing like real BBQ ribs from the South, they weren’t bad at all! Some of the fries were soggy, but that’s to be expected when there’s so little room left for them in a takeout tray of ribs so full it has to be taped closed :-) Heck, I had to look for the cole slaw. It was under foil, and while not fantastic, it was good too. So give ‘em a try!

I started here with a bacon burger than some wings both good but the Ribs here put a smile on my face!!! Ohhhhh yeah and they deliver til 3am!!!

Which are AWESOME. Don’t be fooled into thinking that their six-​item calzone menu is where the buck stops. Any of their pizzas can be made into calzones for no extra fee. So far, I’ve had the Veggie, the Greek, and the Chicken & Broccoli. The Greek was my favorite — I ordered it with extra extra spinach, and it came with olives, feta, and sautéed onions. The $ 11 large is ENORMOUS — it fed me for a good three days and was at least 18″ long.
The dough is soft, chewy, and tender. Perfect vehicles for the insides of calzones and for dipping in their free marinara sauce. It re-​heats very nicely too, which is sometimes hard to do.
Location is a bit odd, but they do do delivery and there is free parking in front of the shop.
If you’re hankering for a big, delicious, made-​to-​order calzone, this is definitely the place for you.

The veggie delight pizza was okay. I think it could have done better with more sauce. The chicken wings were decent, but could be a bit more tender.

Good food and very friendly people .I eat there almost every day cause I work near by .very delicious gyro. burgers .ask for manolo or Louie. and they close till 3 am weekends.

If I could give this place less than one star, I would — and it would be deserved. Before ordering, I lowered my expectations given that it was 11 pm on a Tuesday. I ordered six chicken fingers and six wings and was quoted 45 minutes for delivery. After an hour and 20 minutes, I called and they said it should be there soon, that they had many deliveries, and that mine was last (something a customer never wants to hear). After an hour and 45 minutes, my order showed up mushy, steamed, and completely cold. There was no flavor at all to help make up for it. My $ 20 meal was inedible.

Damn. for all you guys trying to walk to mcdonalds for drunchies, they wont serve you unless you have a frickin car LOL. MCD had 2 drive thrus but they kept ignoring us :((:(:(i guess it was because we didnt have a car. We started walking back to our apartment but decided to stop at this little hidden gem. MAD drunchies i tell you.
From the outside this place looks pretty damn ghetto haha. I swear to god you could mistake this place as a front for money laundering. ;)
We ended up ordering a full sized buffalo chicken pizza. Damn was this pizza good or what? I forgot to take a picture but just take my word for it. it was roughly 24 bucks? Ranch sauce is like 50 cents but thats pretty standard.
Id probably come back here in the future but I gotta find out if they deliver or not because im not walking back to that area at like 12am.
