McDonald’s

I went there to get breakfast after 10:30 as advertised. All they were serving were Mcmuffins which was a waste of time. McDonalds needs to stop advertising things is the stores are not in compliance.

Giving this McDonald’s a review simply because I thought their service was much more professional than others and they did things without giving funny looks. Asked for some ketchup and instead of the usual fast food glares and snares, she simply said «no problem» and smiled– noting that it was pretty busy. Wish I had more fries though since I ordered two larges and it was filled ²⁄₃ halfway, but I had good service.
I mean hey it’s still a McDonald’s, I wouldn’t suggest eating here cause it’s filled with sketchy people. So 3 stars it is!

These guys like to round up your order to the nearest dollar instead of giving you change. Is this a new saving bank round up?

literally the nicest place in all of the south end. facilities are great, would not hesitate for a moment to bringing a date here. occasional homeless person can be found peeing in the parking lot but it adds to the ambiance. don’t know why so many people are ragging on this place

Simply put bad service… I waited in line at the drive thru just to get a couple items and they wouldn’t serve me because I was on a bike. Then I set the bike aside and went in to order food because there was no line inside. Same guy walks over and screams at me to get my bike off the property and then I can order food. This particular McDonald’s will never get my business in the future.

«Ratchet» is the only word close enough to describe what this particular McDonalds is. Countless homeless, druggies, and psychotics. Don’t be surprised if you go into the bathroom and step on a dirty needle or a crusty used condom. If you need your coffee/​fast food fix then fine, do a grab-​n-​go, but I would not bring your child (ren) inside here. I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with this. They aren’t getting paid enough.

Today I buy 1 cheeseburger, a large French fries, and 10 pieces chicken mcnuggets, but they don’t give to me the 10 pieces of chicken.

I can’t fault them due to the crowd that comes in and hangs out. It’s near numerous shelters and drug clinics.
It’s sort of like getting a free sideshow with your meal.
Two drive up windows moves the traffic.
Food is consistent with other McDs.

Not a great spot if you BRING kids with you.
TOO MANY bums there taking up half the seating areas and its just not a pleasant setting. Alright if you are going IN n OUT but its cheap mc’d burgers. Nothing fancy.

This isn’t the best location and there’s a HIGH homeless and substance-​addicted clientele inside the store which sometimes makes for interesting sights. The food has NEVER been fresh tasting here, even by McDonald’s low-​standards.

McDonald’s, what could I have to say about this establishment? I mean, it’s open late, it has 2 drive through lanes, and located in the same lot as a gas station. If I was 21, been out til last call, and had to get back to the burbs I’d stop here to fuel up. Though I wouldn’t be alone as the late night drive through is always busy.
I’ve stopped by here a few times more because I’m in a hurry and places with drive thru’s in the city are rare. It was on the way, and if I could get a couple burgers with ketchup only to take the edge off the hangry, the better the day would be.
Though one particular time, I was feeling especially sinful and let the inner fat kid, who’s fatter than my outer fat kid win and ordered a large fry. Well I went through the drive through, and when I got home pulled out the fry box and it was half empty. Usually when this happens we have the excellent event of the ‘bag fry’s’ the miss mash of fry that happens with group orders that you love because everyone has claim to them… and it’s usually the person holding the bag. It’s the thunder dome of french fries.
Well the bag was spotless, they half filled the large fry to send me on my way. It was like, a little missing, it was clearly not filled to order. Now, if they were in a hurry they could have used one of the 2 designated spaces to have me wait so they could fill the other 2 orders. They didn’t. They sent me on my way, doing a half ass job, sending me away with half my fry order. At the end of the day I don’t really care, I wasn’t butt hurt all day because of it, but it’s pretty shitty.
So, I guess, check your order if its got a lot of special things… because chances are it will get messed up.

The worst location to go. They always have a whole bunch of Drug addicts hanging in and out the place. They have given me raw chicken nuggets, half serving of a Sunday and I can keep going. The people who work there have bad customer service.

I have been here a couple times since I wrote my last review and the service hasn’t changed. They always seem to mess something up about the order, whether it’s forgetting an item, or forgetting no mayo. There’s not much else to say that I haven’t said earlier. Definitely avoid this location. They ran out of ice cream and mcflurries!

I wish I could give it less stars… I don’t understand how they guarantee lunch in 60 secs… But takes 60 minutes to get a meal after 11:00pm … This has been happening for at least 10 years now

Me: number 10 with iced coffee dark with sugar.
Her: you want the meal?
Né: yes with iced coffee dark with sugar.
Her: no sugar
Me: dark like the color… like you (thought not said)
In the end I got coffee with my milk again. Dont f@#$ with my coffee.

This review IN NO WAY reflects on the employees of this McDonalds. They are SAINTS for working at such an insane, and stressful place.
Really really really, this place is scary at ALL hours. There is a rehab/​meth clinic nearby– and their patients hang out in & around the place all day.
At night, this place becomes a haven for really drunk people who are looking to fight.
I feel like they need a security detail ²⁴⁄₇. However, if you are DESPERATE for a big mac at 1am… this is the place to go… the food is perfectly fine and up to McDonald’s standards.
The staff, themselves are really amazing and have always been incredibly calm and courteous … too bad about the clientele.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here… ever.

An outpost of civilization at the fringe of darkness, this Mass Ave McDonalds stands guard at the geographic center of Boston’s homeless shelter, jail, fish-​packing triangle, and Roxbury.
Not surprisingly, there’s a wide variation in clientele — it’s no uncommon to smell the guy behind you in line before you see him. Fortunately for the good guys, the restaurant surprisingly clean, with an LCD TV playing CNBC and robust free WiFi. Better even than its fringe-​y Manhattan counterparts, orders of fries and filets mostly emerge fresh. Nobody likes a floppy McD’s french fry.
No PlayPlace. Imagine the liability!
Parking available; save cash and get your gas elsewhere.

i’m not sure, frankly, whether or not the highly interesting clientele mean this McDonald’s deserves five stars or one, so we’ll split the difference. Sure, for every shady character or shambling drunk picking a fight with the bewildered employees, there are ten doctors, nurses, whatevers, who just need their fix. The thing is, one crazy person goes a long way, and in my experience you probably have a 75% chance of seeing something here that makes you at least slightly nervous.
So why go? Well, as always, my detailed explorations of the relative quality of assorted McDonaldses are for true believers. If you’re looking for someone to agree with you on the horrible horribleness of fast food, i am so not your man. What’s important about this McDonald’s is that it’s a suburban-​quality (brand-​newly renovated, no less) McDonald’s in an urban setting.
What this means, is that whatever loophole that allows city McDonald’s (Tremont St., Kenmore, Central Square, i’m looking at you) heat-​lamp their food like they did in the 80’s, doesn’t apply here. It’s put together fresh. Juicy McDouble’s on buns that haven’t been heat-​lamped dry, fresh french fries. Not exemplary (e.g. too much salt on the french fries), but solidly average.
So, dinner and a show for $ 6. How can you beat that?

This McDonalds should perish from this earth. I mean that… I stop here quite often for the BF & Son because it is on the way to a Destination in Dorcester…
2 Drive Thru lanes… TTWWWOOOOO, and they still manage to be the slowest place EVER!!!
I often have to get special things (i.e., no mustard, no pickles on seperate sandwiches) and it is NEVER correct… Then they have the nerve to make faces & suck teeth when I have to correct them… All the people that work here have MAJOR attitude issues… Listen, YOU CHOOSE THIS LINE OF WORK… Dont take your ish out on me because you didnt choose to further you education/​career & have since decided to work at McDonalds… Shoot, I did too in High School, so I know the training clearly tells you about being in a Customer Service Position… Now you have the nerve to cuss me out because you suck at life…
Its always chaotic here & often makes me want to fight, I always have to be on the defense… Just be forewarned when you visit here!
