I absolutely love the 360 Café. Both the Capital One and Peet’s employees are incredibly friendly with great senses of humor. Every time I go in, my day is made. Highly suggested for getting work done, asking questions about Capital One, or needing a laugh!

Half price for a lovely cappuccino with 360 debit card, great! Nice, open and calm room, lots of windows and views onto back bay street activity …

Need a place to work for the day? Look no further. Come in, grab a coffee, grab a snack and get Sh*t Done. Pros: — great location — not a lot of people here so Starbucks = Ghetto — great staff — Plenty of room(at least today there is) Cons: — dirty tables, ask for a rag to wipe it up — homeless guy(only one) who doesn’t bother me but it seems like they’ll let one in if they don’t smell and look completely disheveled. Needed a place to work for the day and I’m lucky my hotel staff at Lenox Hotel pointed me here. Don’t go to Starbucks come here. Only thing better is co-working space but that’s $ 30 a day for the average person.

Really awesome café, that can also host meetings and act as your local bank. CapitalOne is out to brand itself as a neighborhood bank and sometimes hosts cool events in the café(free food!). Great place to stop by for a coffee and chill — especially if you have a capitalOne card of any kind(50% off all drinks). If you are looking for new accounts, I’d look into CapitalOne as well. Great benefits, and awesome customer service. I’m a fan and recently opened an account with them; I like the way they are doing business.

I really love this Capital One 360 location. There are a lot of tables, so finding a space to sit is usually not an issue, in spite of the busy area this café is in! I especially love snagging some of the seats that are by the window and are semi-closed off with walls. There is also a group discussion room. The food and beverages are pretty much the same as they are in other Capital 360 cafes, though getting iced coffee here is more expensive than in Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts. The staff who help people set up their Capital One accounts and answer people’s questions hang around only one area of the café(by the huge tv screen), so you aren’t stuck listening in on someone’s Capital One questions or issues if you sit more than one or two tables away from that area. The music they play is pretty good as background noise when you’re doing work. Overall, I’m a fan.

This place is cool. Love the Peet’s coffee, love the prices even more(as everyone else says– half off with a Capital One credit/debit card means you can get coffee for $ 1 – 2, depending what you order). I wasn’t sure if this place was a bank or coffee shop(from the outside, it can be confusing), but it’s definitely all coffee shop. They serve a full selection of Peet’s and have the usual scones, muffins, breakfast-y type things. The service was great and the line moved rely quickly(even for 8am on a Tuesday. Nicely done, Cap One/Peet’s.

I love coming here on weekday mornings — it’s bright, great layout for working and meeting friends for coffee. However the staff is frankly too loud for me to stay long. There is one employee, a young woman with long dark hair, that while very friendly borders on unprofessional. They are chatting about their personal lives, when their shift is over, etc. They are often yelling to each other, singing, clapping, etc. I understand they are bored as I see very few banking customers here, but please respect that folks here are trying to work, read, or have a quiet conversation.

Wonderful experiences here and the Barista’s are some the most friendly people in the city. Going here for a coffee is often a highlight of my day. Keep up the good work!

This place is awesome. Such a good atmosphere, great coffee, and a freaking bank. I go here more than any other coffee place now and opened an account because I like it so much. Show your support for such an amazing idea for banking and an all around great coffee shop. I love this place.

I give myself one star for not updating my review. I must have just hit a bad day because every time I’ve been in since(six or seven times) it has been an absolute pleasure. Coffee is great and service excellent. I’ll be back again soon!

Love this place so much! Using your Capital One card gets you 50% off of any drink which is so great! Their pastries are from local bakeries. I get a croissant all the time and it is WAY better than the ones you get at Starbucks. Speaking of Starbucks, I used to be a regular there but now I go here more often. The seating is comfortable and the staff is really nice.

I’m reviewing the banking side of the café. I wish I could have experienced the fun coffee and snacks side café but since it took me an hour to try to unsuccessfully deposit checks in the ATM, I was all out of time on my break. The ATM ate my checks and I am out a considerable amount of $$ while the issue is resolved. Long story short, the staff, while very nice, is simply too young and too unprofessional to be working there. I appreciate them trying to create a fun, casual atmosphere but at the end of the day, it’s a bank and I take my accounts(and my money) with Capital One seriously. It’s less than impressive to have someone helping me because he drew the short straw — seriously, when I approached the 4 associates at the desk about the problem with the ATM, three of them basically shouted«not it!» leaving a hapless college junior to help me. He was pleasant but useless, leaving me to have to clean up a mess that was completely not my fault.

Connected. Caffeinated. Casual. I hold an AM startup group here each week so while a tad biased, I am well versed in this place, which still represents the perfect balance of biz + bev anywhere off Boylston. In short: 360’s Boylston’s best place to meet a colleague, grab the strongest coffee(Pete’s) you will find this side of Mass Ave, and enjoy the quickest free wi-fi anywhere in Back Bay. Better: seats are living room comfy, a great contrast to the always-filled, nonsensical church confessional wall seats BuckStar uses down the road(«Welcome to our store, are you sitting up straight yet?») Better too: staff are friendly, bathrooms clean, and the bank aspect of the place WonderWomanPlaneStyle invisible. Frankly, I am astonished it is not more packed than it is day to day. Stop here a few times, you will find it hard to believe there is even a bank at all, since the entire point of the place is to get away from the expected #StuffyBowTiedBankerBob thing you might expect to see bouncing around selling you bank accounts while you flame your veins with ultra octane coffee.

I would give this place 5 stars if it were open later and on Sundays. Free drink with Unilocal check-in. Love the layout of the café, with these little nooks with comfy chairs. Also love the many accessible outlets as well as the free wifi. They have lots of holiday seasonal drinks, and the baristas I’ve encountered so far are all very nice and accommodating to my requests.(For example: I wanted to try the sea salt caramel flavor, but as a latte instead of the mocha. Barista said I can get any seasonal flavors in a mocha or a latte! Hooray!) Almond/soy latte is specifically listed on the menu, for the lactose intolerant. I’m not one of those people, but sometimes I prefer my milk substitutes and appreciate that I don’t have to feel like a burden when I ask for these things. These cafes(I also like the one on Tremont St.) make me want to become a Capital One customer…

I stop by here almost every morning to grab an iced coffee before work. Having a capital one bank account and qualifying for half off drinks is a factor, but I really think the staff here is friendlier than the other coffee shops nearby.

Whoa… how have I missed this place for so long? What’s in my wallet you ask? Just a few bucks. Anyway, I’m a big fan of Peet’s coffee and since I had some time to kill before dinner plans, I figured I would stop in and see what its all about … I was having a bit of a crappy day and just wanted some coffee and a place to relax. First off, this café(or bank, or both?) has the friendliest staff around. There was a guy welcoming people into the café, asking how their day was, and a few in the back helping people with their banking needs(questions about accounts, credit lines, etc.). The actual coffee baristas were really nice, too. I ordered a simple vanilla latte and made myself comfy at a table. I had some work to do so I opened my laptop and got productive. The wireless was super easy to access. Score! This café is not nearly as cramped as Starbucks, the staff is friendlier, the coffee is just as good, and a tad cheaper. There is plenty of room to spread out and work and lots of power outlets, too. I think they even have a conference room for groups to use, too? How cool! Bonus — I checked in with Unilocal and got a free drink! That made my day! I will most certainly be back. I love the layout, I love the staff(seriously, they made my day by just being nice!), and I love Peet’s Coffee.

I have been a 360 member for about two months and this was my first visit to the café to deposit a check. Banking staff greet you at the door just to say welcome and didn’t even bring up the banking aspect. After a quick atm deposit I decided to order a coffee which ended up being a dollar in change for a medium black. About a third of the price of my traditional stop, Starbucks. Coffee was great and if I lived closer to a café I would make it my go to. The layout was modern and wish I had more time to sit and talk to some of the staff. They offer pastries and am abundance of several food and coffee items. It’s odd to say, but I’m looking forward to my next visit.

Say yes to the vanilla latte! They do a great latte, and the vanilla is a fun flavor. I’ve used whole milk and skim milk, and think they do a great job. The guy that works the AM shift is very pleasant! He always greats me with a smile. I know it’s confusing… bank café? Cafank? Bafe? It’s really a café, with staff on hand to help you with banking questions. It’s a gimmick, yes, but it works for me. And half off, with your capital one card. I’m just rackin’ up those flyer miles!
