Boca Raton Rt 7-​cook in kitchen pushy (kept asking for our order and we were clearly not ready-​and there were no other customers in the Resturant) and still messed up order

I was here and saw the dirty dining team. Apparently they were cited for roaches all over the place! I left and I won’t be back.

The staff are very sweet, the food is reasonably priced & my son loves their food choices. It could stand to be a bit cleaner… but for a national franchise its pretty good

An affordable and reliable restaurant all around. This Boston Market location is a good example of how fast casual dining should work. One of Boston Market’s biggest upsides is the pricing for most of its food is very fair. The family meals come out to be a pretty good deal, and you can get an entire dinner for your family for around $ 20. The sandwiches are way overpriced, and the desserts here are scarce, but other than that, everything else falls into a good price range. They did take away beef brisket at this location (I know very few, if any locations have it anymore), so that isn’t a good situation. The chicken they have is always hot, and they seem to be able to for the most part, constantly keep putting out fresh sides at this location.
Because of the location of the restaurant, parking can sometimes be tough, but usually their are spots. Sometimes later at night it can get very crowded here, lines literally almost out the door. That’s okay though because the service here is good and quick. If you come during the day, the place is empty here, so you’ll be taken care of in a timely fashion. Not much to say about the atmosphere here, it’s pretty standard, but clean. I’ve sat in a few of the booths that seem to be missing cushions, but other than that the place is fine.

I got an email from Boston Market with a coupon for BOGO individual meals. They offer chicken, turkey, meatloaf, and ribs. I went with the basic chicken and got one white meat and one dark meat meal. Each meal came with two sides and corn bread.
I love Boston Market’s macaroni and cheese so I got a side of that with each meal as I was not willing to share. The rotini noodles capture the cheesy sauce in their spirals perfectly. For the other two sides I went with the creamed spinach and the squash casserole. Both were decent and my brother really loved the creamed spinach. We also enjoyed the squash, kind of a unique side for a «fast food» type restaurant. The corn bread tasted not so fresh so I’m sure how good that is depends on when it last came out of the oven as I know I’ve had better in the past.
I like the chicken at Boston Market about as much as I like any rotisserie chicken. I haven’t tried any of their other meats, honestly I’m much more interested in the sides anyway. With the coupon this was a great value with two meals for around $ 8, so signing up for their email list is definitely worth it. In the past I have ordered online here which is a nice feature for easy pickup.

Came in today For dinner. Told me it would be 10 minutes for chicken was exactly 10 minutes. Gave a 20% off my meal and dessert. Great experience. The staff was more than professional the second I walked in the door I got a hello. One person was cleaning and restocking the others were cleaning the back making sure everything was done properly. Coming from somebody who works in the customer service business definitely a five star keep up the great work

Smaller than average Boston Market, but the new menu and food are good.

OMG… 3 strikes in 3 months. Clean up or get out. Find a manager that can keep the place clean and not run out of utensils. Imagine your food getting cold while the staff runs to the nearest drug store to buy plastic knives and forks. Never a clean table. Take the least dirty table instead. Very poor management. I wish I could give it 0 stars.
