The WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE… The CRAZY Technician «MARC» came to my home to remove old window treatments from the previous owner, and the entire time he complained about how dirty the curtains were and how my home needed to be blessed. He told me he was a missionary and asked me to pray with him so that the evil spirits can leave my home. This man looked more like a convict or a psychopath. I would not be surprised if he has a criminal background. I was horrified and afraid for my life!!! Had my husband been home I really believe this man would have never acted in this manner. He took advantage of the fact that I was alone with my children and I was terrified. I had to call my security to escort him out. This man is absolutely insane and I am shocked that the owner has him working in customer’s homes. I immediately called to speak with owner Mo and they basically laughed it off and to my knowledge Marc still works for them. Unprofessional, untrustworthy and disrespectful. I would never recommend to anyone!!!

Waiting 10 weeks for plantation shutters to fit one door. They measured 2 times on 2 different occasions before order was placed. After 10 weeks, the shutters did not fit. They were re measured and reordered. Waited another month. They came today to install. Can’t believe it they were cut wrong AGAIN!!!
Complete incompetence. Was told have to wait another few weeks for new shutters. I could have built these myself in the 5 months I have waited for a shutter for 1, yes one, door. Hoping third time is a charm. By the way, owner refused to discount despite his NUMEROUS errors. Somehow it became my fault.
Only use this company if you do not want to ever get the window treatments you paid for to actually fit your windows.
