This place was absolutely amazing. It is a great place to unwind when you are not traipsing around the wilderness. They have a great wine tasting that they try to cater to your likes or dislikes. One of these wines was so good; I bought a bottle then and there.. I would strongly suggest that should you take part in the wine tasting to bring a pen and paper so that you can write down some of your most liked. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to talk extensively about the wines without sounding pretentious or haughty. When I return to Blue Ridge I will absolutely be returning to this place.

This is a must visit. The humus flat bread and pimento cheese was awesome! The bartender was full of funny and informative stories. She even made a specialty drink for us: the Divine.

We go into Blueridge, Ga. to eat often. Just had lunch there this afternoon. First of all, there’s new owners. Second, some of the ingredients have been changed. They obviously are not the owners who grow the veggies or buy local organic foods. They still advertise fresh ingredients, false, their salsa was straight out of a jar! Our sandwiches were bland. No spice, no flavor! Side of pasta was also bland. We won’t be going back ever again!

Unknowledgeable server improperly dressed, who served us water out of a Tropicana jug into solo cups. Needless to say, not where I’d go to pay to drink wine.

Ordered the chicken salad on croissant with a side of pasta salad. The chicken salad was very good, texture wise it wasn’t very chunky so it struggled to stay on the croissant. It also had a big slice of a juicy tomato on it. The pasta salad was also very good with red wine vinegar, Roma tomatoes and cherry tomatoes. The waitress was friendly but non-intrusive. This is a great place to grab a sandwich/flatbread/snack, but not if you’re in a huge rush. Much better to order, sit back and drink a glass of wine.

Decent wine list — get the glass and a half — for the money — can’t beat it. Heard the table next to us raving about the grilled cheese for grown ups. We just did a cheese plate and it was a good bit of cheese and crackers and honey with fruit. All in all — worth stopping by and staying a while!

I love this place! Staying in Blue Ridge for a month, this has become my home away from home. Love the staff, the food, and the awesome wine!

This wine/tapas bar is absolutely fantastic. They have a great selection of wines from many different regions, many from California. They were low on local wine but unless you like super sweet it’s not a bad thing to be low on them. Stephanie was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak to. Sarah gave excellent service and was friendly even with our large rowdy crowd. I don’t know if I will ever be back in Blue Ridge, but if I am The Vine will be a must to return to.

The worst meal and service I’ve had in Blue Ridge. I took a friend there for lunch, we sat for 10 minutes in the nearly empty dining room waiting for a waitress. She finally came and we ordered, I got the pig & fig sandwich and my friend a pizza. After a long wait, I finally got my sandwich — super sweet fig jam on bad store bought bread with terrible lunch meat(It was missing the gouda and arugula promised on the menu). We sat for another 15 minutes waiting on my friends pizza, it never came. I ate half my sandwich and we asked for the check. Thankfully they removed the pizza from the ticket. The waitress seemed embarrassed. Overall terrible experience. I will not be back.

No longer owned by the woman who started this business and you can tell. We stopped in for lunch today… a flatbread… took 30 min for our order. We sat and watched the two girl staff turn away about 25 visitors telling them they had at least a 20 – 30 min wait before someone would even take their drink order! Neither the inside or the outdoor patio was full. All I can say is wow… I wonder if the owner knows. The flatbread was the one with steak and blue cheese for $ 14. There was maybe five tiny pieces of meat on the entire«pizza». Very disappointing. Very bad customer service on a art festival weekend when they could have been packed.

My spouse and I really liked this place! The staff were really helpful and the beverages very satisfying. The one complaint we had was that one of the cheese plates(which was $ 14) had very lame crackers accompanying the rest of the fare… might want to work on a different pairing of crackers with the delightful cheeses that merits a $ 14 price tag. Otherwise we liked everything, and compared to the other popular restaurant in the area, we didn’t have to make reservations or wait!

After posting this review, I received a private message from one of the new owners, apologizing for my bad experience and offering a refund. That’s good customer service!

I have been back a few times now and the food is great! Cheese plate is really quite good and the the Little Piggy-Sweet Figgy is to die for!!! YUM… The wine selection is good and I was really happy to see that they offer a lot more than just local wines. Service at the bar has always been excellent!

Great experience. Live music on Saturday night. Only wish they would’ve had a more extensive menu, but the sandwiches and hummus we had were very good.

Great food and good wine. Waitress was friendly, although seemingly distracted by some friends of hers at the bar. Would definitely visit again.

During a rain and hail storm, my girlfriend and I decided that the wine bar would be a great place to ask for recommendations for a place to eat. The atmosphere, owner, staff, and chef exceeded our expectations. Very few Atlanta restaurants can match the quality and personality of this little gem. The founder is striking, the staff engaging, and the food fresh, unique, and exquisite!

My boyfriend & I drove up to Blue Ridge today on a whim. I found The Vine on Unilocal along the way, and was very happy our lunch justified the 1.5hr drive. My boyfriend had the grilled pimento cheese & bacon sandwich and loved it. I had the berry salad, which was full of fresh berries, goat cheese & roasted pistachios. We sat outside while a local band played. Would love to come back & eat on the patio after dark, I bet it’s very pretty.
