They are wonderful. Great for delivery or dining in. I suggest sharing a few items, so over order an appetizer or entrees… you don’t have to thank me, your belly will. Prices are good and portions are great.(I took some photos last time I was there) I came with my niece and they know her as my brother knows they understand she has allergies.

I have been going to Tings for the past year. It was getting good reviews here so switched from another local restaurant that was going downhill. My last trip to Tings was not good but I gave them a pass thinking it was just a bad night. Got takeout tonite and it was completely awful. Egg rolls were dry and almost tasted stale. My lo mein and General tsos chicken were also dry. It’s like the whole order was sitting around all day and they reheated it and sent it home with me. That’s two trips in a row where the entire order was dry and tasteless. Not sure if there are new cooks here but note to management — you have a big problem. Switching back to kit Hong, hopefully they got their act back together.

Tings has been a family favorite for YEARS! The food is good and prices are fair. Whenever I order takeout, they remember who I am. They have gone out of their way for me. Dining in the restaurant is fantastic! The service is SECONDTONONE! This place is awesome, and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is Chinese food. Have you ever had Chinese food? This what they serve here. It’ just like any of the seventeen million other Chinese food places in north Jersey. I will give them props on the Crab Rangoon. With several beers and some hoisin sauce, they were REALLY good. Otherwise, it’s Chinese food.

Based on decent reviews we ordered take out. General Tso’s Chicken sauce was burnt, some chicken pieces had bones and fat. Wonton and Chicken rice soups were okay but won’t be back.

Ugh. Worst Chinese take out. I’ve tried twice. How can you mess up the chicken and broccoli? Chicken texture was very odd and overall taste was gross. Precious is the way to go!

Good Chinese food. Wish it was just a tad closer to my house. Started off with the wonton soup and then had shrimp with string beans in a white sauce which was delicious. We asked for big shrimp and they were cooked perfectly. When in the area I will order again.

Quick and tasty chinese food at very fair prices. And the staff is incredibly friendly. They remember you after just a visit or two!

Boneless spare ribs and egg rolls are a must. Fair prices and quick delivery are two main reasons why Tings is a great spot for Chinese in the area.

I love this place. For the one time every 6 – 8 weeks my family orders Chinese take out… I will always push to go here. The boneless spare ribs are large, meaty and flavorful, not the greasy burnt ones at Kit Hong. Sesame chicken, egg rolls, chow/lo mein and soups, all good! Orders are always ready when they say they will be, and nothing is ever missing. The two sisters who operate the business are very friendly and they do remember and appreciate repeat customers… one year at Christmastime they gave me a bottle of wine just to show they appreciated my business! If I ever want Chinese, I will go out of my way to get some Tings.

Stopped by to potentially buy a few dishes but alas when a quart of a chicken/pork dish is nearly 10 $ thats a bit expensive! Also, at that cost your only option is white rice and not brown rice. Decided to go get a Sicillian pizza instead for 12.50 $ with coupon from AJ’s Pizza. Enough food to last 2 people at least 2 meals.

I agree with most reviews on here. Not many good food options available around here. As far as Chinese, this is one of the better area places. I like that they go light on the sauce when you ask them to.

I’ve tried the other Chinese Take-outs in the area and this is by far the best. Panda World on Main Street is far too greasy and Kit Hong in Kinnelon is far too expensive and I have known several people who have had food poisoning from there. Don’t even try the place next to Stop and Shop! Ting’s has always gotten my order correct. The food is freshly made to order. The ladies are very pleasant and great to talk to while waiting for my order. Prices are fair. Delivery has never been an issue, either. Highly recommend the General Tso’s Shrimp.

Just awful. I’ve actually gone here several times, always dry, tough and tasteless… KitKong in Kinnelon is far far better

Like most Chinese restaurants, Ting’s can go for cheap to pricey. Taking into account that it is located in Bloomingdale, NJ, this place is pretty good. The ladies who run the place(2 sisters), are very friendly, and remember repeat customers quickly. One sign that a place is at least decent is whether or not it has repeat customers. Ting’s does a very good takeout business. I always get take-out from Ting’s, but the dining room is fairly standard – no real décor. As I said, it’s a local Chinese restaurant, not a destination place. As far as the food goes, the prices are reasonable, and the food is decent. If you want amazing Chinese food, you are probably going to need to go to NYC. The menu is standard, and the quality of the food is consistant. It is not going to knock your socks off, but if you want decent take-out Chinese, Ting’s is really the only option in the area.

I only gave 2 stars because places around here all suck, so even though this place is in that category, it’s not the absolute worst. But it does suck. I eat a lot of oriental food from many places; this is no good. What can I say? Sorry, but like other places in the vicinity, it was no good. What is wrong with people around here?
