Pretty old location… don’t let the pictures online fool you. I must admit our room was definitely clean. HOUSEKEEPING team here was definitely on their job during our stay. They did the best they could seeing how the rooms aren’t so up to date. However this place needs an upgrade or two. The carpet & couches seem to have stains on them from being so old. We had to place a blanket over our couch just to sit on them. Ewwww. Overall, this is an OK location. The night time staff was definitely better than the morning shift. If youre looking for a room on 280 this wouldn’t be my first choice… then again it wouldn’t be my last. Id just check for better hotels in the area.

The hotel staff was awesome and friendly. Any time I asked for something they were able to accommodate me as best they could. I also want to mention that the hotel is in good area for people who are extending their stay. You can walk to serval restaurants and stores that are nearby. There are plenty of convenience stores literally within walking distance from the hotel and a couple of shopping centers that you can visit. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had.

Booked this hotel on priceline. Bad choice. I cannot put into words what a nightmare this stay was for me. Dark parking lot, wifi wouldn’t work, the people upstairs sounded like they were coming thru the ceiling, dirty, smelly room, unhelpful staff, a major bug infestation, I left with multiple mosquito bites, overall a compete disappointment. Such a bad representation of what I expect from a Marriott property that was advertised as recently upgraded. I chose not to «enjoy» the complimentary breakfast and get away as quickly as possible. I did ask to be released from my reservation that I paid the same as the website and local price but was denied. I would definitely chose to stay down the road at any number of what appear to be nicer hotel chains. I requested the hotel employee help me locate my Marriott reward account so I could at least get reward points but she was either unable or unwilling to assist me. , this will be the last time I ever book using your website, Marriott, you are losing a formerly loyal customer.

I’m a Marriott Platinum member and travel for work nearly every week. Typically I have positive experiences at Marriott properties; however, this location is an exception. Positives: –Nina at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. Negatives: –The grounds have trash strewn about(see photo) –Exterior windows have cobwebs on them(see photo) –Portions of the building are literally falling off(see photo) –Apparently they allow pets in this location. My room reeks of animal urine. Even after running the air conditioning. Almost unbearable. –The closet has no doors, so even if I wanted to hang my clothes in there so they won’t stink of urine in the morning, it’s futile, as it smells just as bad in there as it does in the room. –The toilet runs/flushes and squeaks loudly roughly every 10 minutes. –There are VERY few plugs in the room. The nightstand lamps are plugged into an outlet behind the bed that I cannot get to, so my options for charging my phone overnight are: kitchen, bathroom vanity, or behind the tv. Most people sleep with their phones on a nightstand. –Tables inside the room are sticky and need to be scrubbed. I recommend Marriott corporate pay a visit to this hotel. This is not a good representation of your brand. I am a loyal customer; however, I will never stay at this hotel again.

I stayed here for 4 weeks for training. It was not the newest place but the Staff made up for it. Comp Breakfast and beer every happy hour. There is a pool and basketball court but my stay was in the winter so I was unable to use either.

Pluses: great location– close to shopping, restaurants, etc Great for families– we stayed in a Penthouse suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, full kitchen, 3 flat screens front desk staff(Marcus and Marilyn) were stellar decent free breakfast! Eggs, sausage waffles, French toast, fruit, yogurt, coffee, etc. Newspapers too! minuses: some housekeeping issues toilet overflow, a few dead bugs here and there, but hey, everyone was super nice Would give 3.5 overall if I could.
