Deliciously consistently good! Barbacoa bowl is my fave, but I’m sure other bowls are equally good. Try the chipotle honey vinaigrette… w/chips or the salad. See my tip.

I think this Chipotle is great. Not sure about the issues people have encountered, but I have eaten here about once every two weeks for about 5 years and it has been great to me. The old manager that left about a year ago was a superstar, in a class by himself, but his replacement is quite adequate and hardworking. No complaints here!

Love Chipotle’s food, but as many have said this location is to be avoided. Sloppy service and rude employees. Definitely not interested in the customer coming back. Really a shame that such a good product would be delivered by such poor service. Their interest is in getting you out and through the line, not in your experience at their location. Tonight the cashier rang up my gift certificate wrong. Instead of trying to make it right, she told me to come back another time. Anecdotal, true, but still incredibly frustrating and not appropriate employee behavior in a world where everyone’s a critic…

I eat Chipotle at least once every two weeks but always try to avoid this location. Everytime I come here, they always skimp out on the proportions for whatever reason. they always give me kid size portions of meat, rice, and bean. I’m talking about I can literally count the number of beans on my burrito bowl. Then whenever I ask if they can give me a the normal amount they give me a dirty look and ask if I want double meat. No, I just want the normal same amount that you just gave the person in front of me. Do not recommend.

Who doesn’t love Chipotle??? Well my wife doesn’t but she can get over it. I do not care about all of the«green movement» with all the special non this and non that food. I care that this stuff is delicious!!! The chicken on anything is the way to go(salad, quesadilla, the bowl, a piece of cardboard) pick your poison but this stuff is awesome. I have always had great service by smiling employees.

It’s too bad because the previous manager was awesome. Not sure if they cleaned staff or what but I just had the worst service ever at chipotle. I don’t like leaving 1 star reviews, but, when I’m rushed through the line and have my salsa and cup thrown at me into my bag… Kinda irritates me. Below average service. Awful.

Chipotle is great! I am a vegetarian and I definitely recommend their sofritas(tofu). I usually get a bowl with white rice and sofritas topped with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, and a little bit of lettuce. The guacamole is really tasty– has a creamy texture with slight chunks of avocado! Chipotle is my go to when I need something quick and on the healthier side!

Fresh Chipotle Ingredients, Sloppy Execution Ordered two burritos and quesadillas. They do not wrap burritos well. I’ve been to Chipotle locations all over central and southeastern US. Perhaps just ordering naked burritos would be better since their burritos fall open so easily. This location desperately needs some QC. I very clearly ordered a chicken quesadilla for my kids… they didn’t cut it like all other locations I’ve visited. Even with standard fresh ingredients, this does not feel like Chipotle. Sadly, manager was the one ‘helping’ with the order.

I love Chipotle … don’t laugh but this was our first time eating at a Chipotle and we could not have picked a better location … this one on 280 is amazing … incredible food and the customer service was amazing … I wonder if every Chipotle is like this one?

Moes southwest grill sucks compared To chipotle’s Fresh quality ingredients hands down better food service is slow at lunch but it’s 280 what do you expect and that guacamole. And corn salsa is fantastic best big burrito in town

Good fast food. Quality varies at times. Manager is rude! Or the dude who stands by cashier giving the orders. Crowded at lunch and usually never enough tables. It’s fast to get in and out even when crowded.

Compared to Moe’s, Chipotle just doesn’t have as good of a selection of items to put on your salad, bowl or burrito. Still, the food is okay, and, the bowls are large. You have to pay extra for chips and salsa and the chips are apparently made well ahead so they are not fresh like at Moe’s. Salsa selection is meager and not as good as Moe’s. This restaurant is relatively small, and, there really is no good seating. It can be very loud as well. This restaurant is in the prized 5% sales tax zone on 280 and is counter service so you can save a bit of money there.

I asked the cashier for a lime for a glass of water. Myesa, at least on my receipt, glanced at small refrigerator, and said there was not any. Translation she was unwilling to go get a lime for my glass of water but I bet anyone who ordered a beer and requested a lime got a lime… To top it off, I then had to ask for a cup for my water. She was defensive abt having not provided me with a cup. Food was good but I once again was reminded that it is rare to encounter a friendly, customer-oriented cashier at this CMG location.

Every Chipotle experience I’ve ever had is always amazing. Even past 9PM on Sunday, the employees dropped with whatever wrapping up or cleaning they were doing and prepared a delicious bowl of chicken and a pile of vegetables in about 2 minutes.

I am not sure if any or many«fast food» rest. deserve more than 4* but Chipotle is always fresh tasting and leaving you with a good feel to come back again. I do say that their beef dish that is supposed to be spicy is NOT spicy in my book but tender and flavorful. I like that you do not have to get a wrapped dish but can have a bowl of food to eat with a fork.

The staff is always friendly & good with orders. I’ve been visiting for years and I’ve never been dissatisfied! Chipotle is not cheap, but all of the food is from local farmers and hormone free they advertise! I’ll be back for more and more years to come! I love the new chipotle app for placing orders. This place continues to impress!

New to the area I was super excited about a familiar staple, Chipotle; however, this location has rude staff and poor service. I’ve been to this location 3 times in hopes each time will be better. Well, it’s progressively done the opposite. They give me hardly any rice, beans, chicken, and yes, even stingy on the lettuce. I’m simply comparing this to locations in Florida, and it’s ¼ of the product. I just can’t see returning here. I’m really disappointed.

I’d never been to a Chipotle before, but it sounded good, so I gave it a try. The people who worked there were very friendly and the restaurant was nice. I ordered a carnitas burrito and, while on the expensive side, I was surprised at how big it was. It was really quite good. The whole setup of the place reminded me of a(probably dead by now) chain called Taco Del Mar that’s around the Northwest portion of the country. It also reminded me of my favorite Mexican place ever in Washington State. It was fresh, hot and delicious. The pork was juicy and the salsa was good. Like I said, the burrito was huge and very filling. You don’t need much in the way of sides. So, Chipotle was quite good. It’s miles ahead of Taco Bell, but doesn’t rise to the occasion like a good taco truck does. Still, I enjoyed it and will go back. Plus, I didn’t even have to use Chipotlaway!

As good as a Chipotle can get. This is my favorite Chipotle. 5 minutes from work. 10 minutes from home. I eat here as much as I can. One of the few places where you can be sure that the food being served is vegetarian. And tastes great. And if you want some extra rice. No problem. Some extra salsa? No problem. They serve with a smile: D Though their music can get a tad too loud at times but then it helps drowning the oh so loud banter, the oh so lovely group of Blonde’s discussion about some thing or the other. I love most of the people on the serving side. Such a pity I can’t tip such great service.

Chipotle, yum. I was very glad when they finally built one in Birmingham. Yes, it’s kind of like a Moe’s but so much better than Moe’s. .. meat is actually seasoned and and the rice is really good, and the salsas are tasty, all of which set this establishment apart from the awfulness that is Moe’s. I’ll pass on the Home Wrecker Joey Doughnut Eater… whatever the hell it is It tastes awful. The red chili salsa actually too hot even for me, I like the green tomatillo. Also, they claim that the meat is hormone free and ethically raised. To what extent that’s true I don’t know, but it’s still cool. They have a fajita option, with onions and peppers instead of beans, that’s very good too. Also, they have cilantro for your tacos, you just have to ask for it!
