Best massage I have ever gotten! Leah was amazing. I would drive to Big Bear every month just to get a massage from her. So nice and modern. The staff is great and accommodating. A definite must do in Big Bear.

Christina is AMAZING! Received a custom facial and the massage that comes along with it is perfect. Staff is professional, the spa is clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. After a day of shredding the mountain a day at Altitude Spa is what you need. Worth every penny.

I had a massage with the owner booked for a surprise birthday massage… OMG. not only was the place flawless clean and beautiful, but she was so personable and made my time so memorable. I will certainly be visiting again and would recommend it to ANYONE. thank you again!!!

I booked a prenatal massage with Miko and it was awesome! I told him my hips were just killing me and he worked wonders getting my hips to feel so much better. The ambiance was great, quiet and relaxing.
Coming from Orange County, a lot of our spas can get overwhelmed by large groups of girls. I was happy that when a large group of what looked like teenage girls came in– all being VERY loud– they were politely asked to use «spa voices.» The girls looked annoyed, but every other patron was happy!
I’ll be stopping by on my next trip up the mountain!

What do people do when they go to Big Bear? Ski or snow board, right?
I went skiing one day and the next day got a Delux massage package.
Best decision ever! I was sore, therefore the massage made me feel much better!
Amy and Christine are amazing and very knowledgable. I highly recommend this spa if you’re looking for a massage in Big bear. Their spa is also cute, cozy and well decorated. Prices are reasonable.

Scheduling
Went smoothly. Person on the phone was very helpful regarding traffic and timing for when we would should leave to be there on time, to the point of telling me my appointment was 30 minutes earlier than it was to make sure we arrived early enough (CleverGirl) :)
Atmosphere
Incredible, from the outside cold to an inside that had a warm, balmy and herbal feeling in the air. Soothing music compliments the comfortable leather seating allow you to begin relaxing immediately. Was offered a cup of tea prior to the massage, quite nice indeed.
Massage
I had the great fortune of having Amy as my assigned masseuse. As a guy that enjoys a tougher massage, she certainly delivered beyond expectations. She has an unyielding strength and patience akin to that of a Tai Chi master when she finds your knots. As a guy that works in IT, I have brutal knots in my shoulder from working with a mouse etc. She is a results driven destroyer of muscular discomfort and well worth the wait to get her scheduled. To top it off, her knowledge of musculature was second to none, which also gave me the benefit of learning a great deal regarding habits of mine that cause problems.
Summary
Overall, this place is phenomenal and one of the best massages I’ve had the good fortune of receiving in the history of ever. Homerun, team Altitudes. Will 100% be returning to this place each time I’m in town and be referring my friends here as well.

Perfect place with the perfect people to relax and recover from the slopes! Loved the owner, Chelsea and even though this is a small place– they know what they are doing and they do it so well! I had the Spa Day Hooray package and it was definitely worth every penny — HIGHLY recommend
