Marchello’s Pizza

This place rocks I had a calzone here and came back today looking for it because they’re so good! And they deliver so I grabbed a menu. It’s a cute little place just a pizza shop like in northeast US. So good! Must try it.

Nothing special about this place other than great prices. $ 9.75 for a Chinese chicken salad that could be lunch & dinner

Can’t really comment on the food because when I said I had a coupon, the guy hung up on me. When I tried calling back, they didn’t answer. Obviously great customer service.

I order from this place multiple times a week. Fantastic food and portions for a great price.

For the price, hard to beat.

I’ve been ordering from Marchello’s for years now, and there’s never been a time where I’ve regretted it. Great prices, great drivers, perfect for delivery. It really doesn’t get much better.
Where else can you get
2 pastas
2 salads
2 garlic breads
2 cans of coke
for $ 19 and change. With tip it’s $ 23 and it can feed a family of 3.

I don’t order from here often because of the $ 10 delivery minimum — and all of the lunch items that I want to order are all less than that. However, tonight I’m on my own for dinner and I thought I would order a little extra, and it worked out. I ordered a lunch veggie pizza, which comes with salad and a soda, and a side of meatballs. I wasn’t really crazy about the salad dressing, but the salad was really good. Not a leaf of iceberg, it seemed to be all romaine. It also had carrots, red cabbage, ripe tomato, olives and cheese.
The pizza is just right. I asked for extra sauce and easy cheese and they delivered. The meatballs are really good, and they came with a side of garlic bread.
I used Eat24 to order and on Fridays, they send me a $ 2 off coupon so I got all of this food for just over $ 15, including tip! Delivery was fast!

Ordered twice and they cancelled both phone orders without permission and the guy was very rude. Never eating here.

I don’t know how the food is, because I have still not gotten my order. I placed my order an hour and a half ago on Eat24 and was given a deliver window of 45 – 60 minutes. This would have been perfect timing for the start of my lunch break. Called after an hour and was told it was on its way. Still no delivery and my lunch break is now over.

The pizza here is meh all around. Sadness. I love Mulberry’s Pizza, 800 Degrees, Lenzini’s, and Pitfire Pizza way better.

I love this place! The pizza was delicious! The variety of ingredients for your toppings makes you feel that you are in Rome! Capers ! Fresh basil! Olives! Yum yum! The salad was great and specially the vinaigrette was perfect! We order the combo «1 large pizza & House salad & 3 sodas» for $ 18. Unbeatable! Fast delivery! Nice customer service on the phone and you are supporting local business! I will be ordering again.

They Rock! Best deal on pizza in Los Angeles. 2 gourmet pizzas for $ 20.00? Get out. Go eat your corporate cardboard pizza you trendy bottom feeders, I’m getting Marcello’s. I’m going to pizza heaven.

Great pizza, did not really expect to get 2 pizzas for basically the price of one, but the crust was good, it wasn’t greasy and was all around good. I will be ordering from here again!
Not really worth it for the pasta I got. Plus garlic bread really was not that good, either old, but definitely not with enough garlic and quite burnt. I don’t know how other people liked it. I will still come here but I can only have pizza so much.

I GrubHub from here at least 3 times a week for lunch — super convenient and their food is amazing. Their turkey burgers are the best I’ve ever had. They have really good deals on lunch specials and delivery is free on GrubHub with a $ 10 minimum. It gets expensive to eat lunch in Beverly Hills, that’s why I order from here frequently.

This place is great. I have never had any problems with delivery. They always have specials and the food is good. Canned sodas for delivery.

I have never had such a difficult experience with a restaurant. Rude, dismissive, and lazy are three words I would use to describe the customer service here.
A mistake in the order prompted me to call them FOUR times to get my money back and the food returned. Each time they told me they will refund me but didn’t. During the fourth call they simply told me I would have to call back the next day because someone else had taken my order. Why no one else could help me, I don’t know. I HAD TO CALL MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
Looking over these reviews makes me concerned for many reasons. I urge you to get pizza anywhere else — the food was disappointing and cold and the customer service horrible.
TL;DR: THIS PLACE SUCKS, GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Cheap, decent pizza. The food is nothing special, but they have a 2 for 1 deal on their pizza. 2 cheese pizzas for $ 10! To add additional toppings is a bit more expensive than at other places (around $ 2 per topping). Still, crazy good deal.
I ordered two pepperoni pizzas off Eat24 and they showed up fast and searingly hot. The crust was really fluffy and light.

Honestly people complain to much. They may not be on par on the phone when you’re ordering but i get it theyre busy and have to deal with a bunch of whinny people all day. I understand them. The food is great and its freaking cheap and they deliver fast! Stop complaining i get the same famous guy on the phone all the time and yes he may be loud and talk fast but he gets me off the phone fast and gets my food correct. Good for him for not wasting my time on the phone and asking me to repeat my order 10 times.

Ouch, I can’t give it a 1 star, since my first order with them was okay. However, I ordered again and was the worst meal I’ve ever had, really. The Pastrami sandwich I had was inedible. It was way over cooked and so tough, I couldn’t chew it. I threw out half of it. My salad, was not the correct salad I ordered, and it had a spider the size of a pin point. The dressing, tasted like powder.
I guess just stick to the Chicken Parm Sammy.

Marchello’s is good for its prices, which are low. If there is one thing you should know about this place, it’s that it has great group deals on food! You can get a $ 19 combo here that includes 2 pastas of your choice, 2 garlic breads, 2 salads, and 2 drinks. Not bad! Is this place going to taste as good as the pasta you had that one time in Rome with Vespucci? No. But it is good enough. They also have a 2 pizza combo, and a couple others, all under or around 20 bucks.
Service: Decent enough, never had any problems. The food is made quickly, which is also a big plus if you’re on the go.
Atmosphere: The interior isn’t quite «romantic,» unless fluorescent lights, wobbly tables, and cheap décor are your thing, but it gets the job done. I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone else in here when I stop by. Think of this as a very spartan neighborhood Italian restaurant, with the right price.
