Mr. Steven came out the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend with a smile on his face to clear our kitchen drain. After he snaked the drain, he tested his work multiple times with increasing amounts of water to ensure it was done right. Then he went out of his way to maximize the use of our coupon bringing the total for the snaking and a jug of their special maintenance liquid to $ 88. Did I mention it was Sunday and a holiday weekend?! We’ll be back.

Agustin came to my home and fixed my issue both professionally and affordably. He was such a pleasant guy and got our water back up and running in not time at all. I would definitely call Mr. Rooter again and I would ask for Agustin, very respectful and I enjoyed chatting with him as he corrected the faulty installation of my PRV.

Wow, unbelievable. I’ve had drain cleaning done before for less than $ 100. When I called yesterday, the lady on the phone said she couldn’t give me an approximate quote, but the technician would give me a price before doing the work. I had a valpak coupon, so I though, «no problem». This is at a rental property, so I had to take time out of my busy day to drive there and meet the technician. When he quoted me $ 285 I was shocked! I told him I did not want to proceed. I then called Drain Doctor who gave me an approximate quote on the phone for $ 85-​$ 90 and I have an appointment later today. What kind of scam is Mr Rooter?

Another vote for overpriced work. Had a water spring a leak and had to get it fixed then and there. These guys were my only option sadly. To make matters worse we just pulled out the new water heater to repair some wall damage to find the floor had totally given out. Their tech did not make any mention of this. I’m just lucky it hadn’t fallen all the way through.

Being New to the Area, Family and I moved here recently. Didnt know who to call, So i go to Unilocal and read the reviews, and I Cant say enough about these guys, we had a major back up with family over, at 10 at night,
Called and spoke to the girl in the office, she said no charge for emergency. I tried 3 other plumbing outfits, they couldn’t get out to next day, Lincoln came out about a hour later, and got us back working. Gave us some tips to prevent future back ups. cleaned up the mess that was all over out basement, and left us laughing. They worked hard for us, and the price was not the same as a $ 99. company but neither was the service. Great Job Mr. Rooter! we will be customers for life.

Overcharge, overcharge, overcharge, don’t use this company. They don’t get drains unplugged and their service people are rude. Called this company a couple weeks ago in Greeley. The worker told us he couldn’t do the line from the main he had to pull the toilet and go threw their. We’ll that didn’t work so he proceeded to do it from where he said he couldn’t in the first place. Called him to complain and he stated a manager would call us. No call. Save money and call someone else.
