We came to grab a quick lunch it was my first time ordering from Jimmy John’s and let me tell you the guy that was in charge of taking my order was totally rude and unhelpful. I was trying to order a sandwich for my 2 year old and the guy taking the order refused to add onions to his sandwich. He told me they couldn’t do that. I even offer to pay more for the onions. I mean really it’s onions you’re not going to get fired. Once I was done I did ask if the sandwiches were to go and he said yes like I should know that already. I would have loved to have a little more help while ordering it’s not like there was huge line behind me at that time anyways. Basically the end result is that I will never go back to Jimmy John’s because of this experience. It’s just a sandwich and not the best one I’ve ever had

I did not even step inside. It was 9:30 pm and wanted to buy a sandwich on my way home. This place was open so I drove up to it. All of the employees were just sitting at a table talking and as soon as one of them saw me getting out of my car he started throwing a fit!!! Like I said I didn’t go inside but I could see that employee yelling and pointing at me as he was getting up and walking towards the cash register! Apparently I was inconveniencing him by making him work. So, I decided to take my business to a Subway near this place(3720128th Ave SE, Suite — J, Bellevue, WA98006). The subway employee was very friendly. I frequently go to other Jimmy John’s but I will remember not to ever go to this one since the employees don’t want customers to inconvenience them by making them do their job. AVOIDTHISJIMMYJOHN’S!!!

My company’s office always orders from this Jimmy Johns. Sometimes we have issues, but more mostly we get our order within 30 minutes. Today was just terrible. We started our order around 11:30am and actually placed our order online at 12pm. We waited, and waited… no phone call. Around 12:50 we called to ask about our order. The employee who answered the phone seemed extremely puzzled. And said«we will get our food eventually». And would call us back in a few minutes to give us an update. 10 minutes later, no call. So we called again. We ended up speaking to the manager who said we called and said we were going to pick up our order at 1:20pm. Though no one in our office called. They said we would get our order in 20 minutes at the most. 40 minutes later, we called again and finally the delivery guy showed up! He was apologetic and gave us 3 cookies. And our order wasn’t even correct. Our order took 2 hours to get to us and we never got one phone call explaining our order would be late, we never even got an apology from the store. We shouldn’t have had to even pay for our order, honestly. No more coming here.

Jimmy Johns is freaky fast! There has only been one time that my order has taken longer than 30 minutes to get to my place, and they informed me before hand that it was going to take a while due to traffic conditions. Jimmy Johns never disappoints!

This store CONSISTANTLEYDISAPPOINTS! Tonight I ordered delivery at 6:58pm. Called at 7:35, well our driver left 50 min ago, Scotty must have beamed him up, don’t know where he is! Finally ONE hour Later… Reason…1st guy broke down, I get that I drive for a living. Crap happens. Shame on HENRY the store mgr. AND the owner for allowing this to happen!!!

Basically, this is Jimmy John’s, but you already knew that. This location is fairly new and is surrounded by a bunch of wonderful Asian businesses. I am fond of getting their sandwiches for lunch. The staff here is all very young – and probably all male – but they are good about getting those sandwiches done fast. Really not much else to say about this place.

I order delivery. Never been inside the store and don’t think I would bother. Food gets delivered quickly within 15 – 20 minutes of order placed online. Driver delivers right to my office on the 4th floor and don’t need to meet down stairs. Order is usually around $ 10 and they still deliver it. Don’t forget to tip driver.

Just a standard jimmy johns with the standard décor and atmosphere. I ordered a 12 and I was tasty. Nothing really stood out to me here than other jimmy johns but I thought the service here was pretty good. Will come here when I’m craving a sub.

This is a fairly new location, but they have been in business long enough to get the kinks out. I have been to many JJ’s around the country, and they have always been super friendly, polite, and courteous. Well, not this location. I have been to the Factoria JJ’s a few times, and they do not interact with customers at all. The young guy at the cash register hardly even made eye contact. He didn’t even say hello or ask what I wanted. Just stood there with a blank stare. While I am ordering, the guy makes full on open mouth yawn right in my face. I ordered my sandwich«dry» with no dressing, mayo, etc. and handed him my credit card. The guy runs my card, hands me my receipt, and looks to the next customer in line. Not a thank you, have a nice day, smile, nothing. Walk over to the counter waiting for my order. Sandwich makers are only speaking with each other. After a few minutes, I am wondering where my sandwich is. It was sitting on the counter, but nobody thought of calling out that the order was ready. All of the customers are guessing as to which sandwich is theirs. I get back to my office, and my sandwich is drenched in Italian dressing. So much for the yawning-zero-personality-cashier-dude listening to my order. Can’t believe that they can operate a JJ franchise in this manner. This must be the worst managed JJ in the country.

I have visited this location 3 or 4 times prior to today and have always had fast, accurate service. Today was different. I arrived shortly after 11:00am and ordered 1 sandwich — the Totally Tuna. The first issue was sticker shock; the price went up 13% from $ 5.30 to $ 5.99. The next issue was the wait time which was about 10 – 15 minutes. Taken on its own, that doesn’t seem like a long wait time, but it does seem long when you consider I normally spend 2 – 3 minutes TOTAL in this store(including ordering and paying). So why was today different? Most(if not all) the employees were focused on mass-producing dozens of sandwiches for large orders, leaving no one available to fill the one-off orders of us in-store customers. I’ve never run a sandwich shop, but I’m pretty confident in stating it’s BAD business to ignore your in-store/in-person customers in favor of remote customers who ordered for delivery/pick-up. If you can’t properly attend to both customer types, maybe you should eliminate 1 of the 2 services(naturally I vote for eliminating the large remote orders). Just some food for thought…

Now I can finally order a JimmyJohns sandwich from my work. Typical JJ’s with their décor and bread baking smell. I got few sandwiches for me and friends back at work. We were surprised to see it well made. Bread was nice and soft. My turkey was. OK. They used fresh veggies. Better than subway for the price.
