Horrible! Have been sitting in my car for 1 hour 15 minutes at 3am in the morning. People keep returning their food because they messed up the order or don’t even know how to make burger. No one take order, sitting in front of the machine for 15 minutes. Everyone was backing up to leave! 4 – 5 cars in front of me, 1 hour 15 mins to serve 6 cars! Can you believe that you are waiting for FAST food? They can barely listen or speak in English, I then drove up to the window as no one was taking the order for me. I ordered Beacon and Swiss and Loaded Breakfast with Curley fries and onion rings. They gave me the totally wrong orders with French fries and told me they don’t have onion rings after all! WTH is wrong with this company!!! Taste like sh*t! Called to complaint, they said the district manager will contact me in 48 hours. I have never EVER heard from them.

The absolute worst. I feel partially crazy for coming back to this place so much and every time I get the most stale fries and worst service. This place needs all new staff or to just be shut down.

I got a coupon in my email for a free Double Burger(all new) so I decided I’d get one. I walked in at 4pm on a Tuesday to a totally empty restaurant. The drive up window was getting a lot of attention though. I ordered my free burger and waited for about ten minutes. During that time they probably helped 5 or 6 cars get their food. So the wait was terrible… The burger itself was good tasting, not too salty, a lot like a whopper at Burger King. The only problem with it was that it was so tall that my grown man mouth couldn’t bite into it. I resorted to separating the double burger at the patties and ate a cheeseburger half and a hamburger half. I don’t think I’d go out of my way again to eat an 800+ calorie burger unless it were free. The service was slow. I didn’t get a receipt. Once I ordered I didn’t see another employee for the rest of the time until I got my burger.

Been here several times, and it’s been fairly typical service. I went in last night around 9PM, and placed my order without any voice reply for several minutes. I was then told to pull up to the front window to place my order instead, where a fairly abrasive experience took place, which culminated in them forgetting straws. They seemed pretty angry and amateur staffed. The food is really poor compared to other fast food(even McDonalds) and the hamburgers are incredibly tasteless. Jack needs to step up their game.

OK trip to Jack in the Crack. Running around from one MS building to another and stopped through the drive thru to get lunch. Food was all made to order and the fries were great. Cashier was exceptionally nice and had her act together. Food: 4 Service: 5

I was there 3 days ago and this Jack in the box has really gone down hill and I mean really Bad ! I wanted 5 min to get my order in at the drive thru and then sat for 15 min to get 8 tacos. The gal said the 2 orders ahead of me order 20 tacos and the other one was 40 tacos. They were very greasy like as much oil when you change the oil in a car ! Two of them were ripped. I will never go back to this one I even filled out a survey online and called I’ve not heard anything I give this –5 stars I thought RedRobin was bad in factoria at the mall but this takes the Cake I would rather stave wait if you go there you might starve

I’m not normally one to write review for fast food places but I just had the worst experience here. I walked here at 11:20pm and even though the dining room is supposed to be open until midnight it was closed! So I walked up to the drive thru window and asked if I could make an order there since the dining room was closed early. They said yes but I’d have to make the order further back in the drive thru where the microphone is. I walked back there to make an order but no one responded. I yelled for a good 30 seconds with no response until a car drove up and only then would they take my order(something about there being a sensor that only detects cars, which I know is BS because I used to work at a fast food drive thru). So they took my order and told me to pay at the window but when I got there they wouldn’t let me pay and said that I couldn’t make an order in the drive thru without having a car!!! This was after they JUST told me that they would allow it since they closed the dining room early! So I asked to speak with the manager and they gave me his cell phone number. I called him and he said that he authorized the early closure of the dining room, despite their advertised closing time of midnight. He refused to let me order at the drive thru window so I ended up walking next door to McDonalds to order. It was quite a ridiculous experience, all because they felt like closing the dining room early. Simply put this is not a customer-centric location and I would advise against going here.

I love, love, LOVE this location. I use the drive-thru for any Jack-in-the-box visit. Depending on the time of day you can easily wait in the drive-thru from 10 minutes to a hefty 30mins. Weird? Sure. I mean. I honestly don’t mind the wait. Other locations can make you wait from 30mins to an hour on freakishly busy days. So, what’s to love about this location? The customer service via drive-thru. I have been to many locations of this chain. This is the only location that I’ve had a good experience via drive-thru. The employees double check everything before taking my hard earned cash, talk to me for a bit, and of course ask me if I want any sauce. In all, that’s pretty nice right? YES, plus they give me about 4 – 5 napkins. Ha, if I’m lucky other locations will give me 1 or 2 napkins. And they might ask me if I want any sauce. In all, this is my favorite location. Beside the fact that Starbucks customers creates a traffic jam near the entrance this location is still great.

I’ve not been to a Jack in the Box in years, and I likely never will go to one again given my experience two nights ago. I stopped off at this location after working a long day and wanting something quick to eat. I go through the drive thru, order, then drive around the corner and wait. There’s only one car in front of me at 9pm, but I still sit there, in my car, for atleast 13 minutes. I got fustrated ~5 mimutes in and started to time my wait. I was pretty shocked when I see the guy at the window hand the car one drink and pull away. I don’t think I’ve ever had a drink that takes 10 minutes to make before. The food was disapointing. I opened the bag when they handed it to me. Most of the the fries were everywhere but in the fries bag. The burger had so much salt on it that my tongue went numb. I won’t be back.

I love the diversity of this place. Breakfast food, tacos, burgers, salads, chicken, egg rolls? whaaaaat? we had the sourdough jack and homestyle chicken ranch club. Both of us thought the sandwiches were mediocre. The fries were better than other fast food chains, and the chocolate shake was snazzy. My husband mentioned that their breakfast sandwiches are better. We may come back and try other things. You should expect that this is s fast food and it should be acceptable food for being on the go. I like the location of this place, next to a Starbucks and down the street from a 7 – 11. Can knock out everything you need all at once.

Wow. Feels like I’m held hostage here. It’s been 25 minutes and I’m still stuck in the drive through. It’s about one car moving past the window every 7 minutes. Stay away at all costs. Horrible! But Tim is the best! Call him here

I feel like this is the training center for new employees, as soon as their up to standards they ship them off to another location. Which means more than once I’ve gotten something terrible served to me, or poor service.

Random Jack In The Box visit. I think those constant waffle sandwiches commercials they are running finally got to me. This location is in the Eastgate area next door to a McDonald’s and Starbucks. Near here is the Eastgate business park area as well as Bellevue College, which bring in a good deal of foot traffic. I hadn’t been to this location in a long time. When I visited yesterday, I noticed that they have an self ordering kiosk. They still have a line if you prefer to order at the counter however. The kiosk is a more leisurely experience. You can take your time to pick out what you want, without feeling guilty that there is a line waiting behind you. I ordered using the kiosk. I did notice that everytime I selected a menu item, they constantly asked me about upgrading. Ordered a Jumbo Jack($ 1.89) which prompted several questions including if you would like the meal or cheese. Same thing with the appetizers as they ask if you want a larger size of them. I decided to get the medium curly fries($ 2.49) with the burger. Once you pay, the order is sent directly to the kitchen. I kind of like this concept because it seems to streamline the ordering process. Instead the staff just needs to focus on preparing the food. The Jumbo Jack was alright. I used to like these a lot when I getting fast food fairly often. Now, not so much. The burger tasted alright. But it does not hold the same appeal as before. However, the curly fries are great. I forgot how much I like these. The seasoning is what makes these fries rock. Skip the regular fries and get the curly ones instead. The onion rings are decent at Jack In The Box, though I haven’t had them in a while. This Jack In The Box is okay. I will go if I have the urge, but for the most part I would rather go elsewhere to get a more substantial meal for a little more coin.

Warning: this review is based on a late-night food run, haha. Service was good and fast. There wasn’t a line, but I could see the concern that another reviewer mentioned about the driveway being shared with Starbucks. Would definitely be cautious in the morning! Anyway, food was just what you would expect from most fast food joints!

I gave this store several chances but the final conclusion is a negative one. I don’t understand why this store cannot get my orders correct every time.(I don’t ask for anything special!) On two occasions I’ve paid for food that was never put inside the bag… Even after they said it was all«in there»? …so, sorry don’t waste your time coming here. «I wonder if Jack knows about this»?

Need a quick breakfast. The service was great and it was quick. The only concern I have is the drive way shared with Starbucks which tends to back up because of Starbuck’s Drive Thru. I wish Jack in the Box would have there own drive way which would probably increase their business.

This Jack in the Box is more like Crap in the Box. I only go there because it’s 24-hours and it’s on my way home from work. They are nearly always understaffed and sometimes the cashier actually complains to me about their staff troubles. One night he was literally the only person working at 2 am! Sure, that means the food is hot, but you have to wait so long for it that you’d ALMOST be better off cooking ramen at home. Make SURE that you check your order. I’d say about 30% of the time they’ve missed something or messed it up. There’s nothing more sincerely infuriating than ordering a burger PLAIN and getting home to discover it has ALL the crap smeared on it, including MAYO and MUSTARD which you will NOT eat… never mind the pickles whose foul juices have destroyed the bun. In short, make sure your freezer has plenty of Stouffer’s in it, and then just drive home, unless you really REALLY must have a burger.

While meeting up with a friend to chat at Starbucks next door, I decide I’m starving and don’t want Starbucks food. We walk over to Jack In The Box(haven’t been to one since the B’dway location closed!) and woah… They have an automated machine that takes your order! Is this the wave of the future? Spend 20K on a fancy machine and not have to pay someone $ 10/hour? Kinda cool, but kinda sad. Super clean location, efficient ordering system with automated machine. –1 star because now my stomach hurts from this craptastic food. I think they close early, like 10PM, but I’m not sure.
