First, the good. It’s Subway and has typical Subway food. Decent sandwiches. Now the bad. The staff here is rude. Several others in recent months have pointed this out, and I see no responses from this store. They just don’t seem to care. They are short with customers at every step in the process and seem irritated that they have to help you or even talk to you. It’s as though they think ESP should just kick in and then they wouldn’t have to be bothered taking to you. Every interaction is either a virtual or actual eye rolling«would you hurry up» projection of irritation to the customers. I observed it while waiting in line and felt it when it was my turn. And it seems to be every employee. The ultimate rudeness my last time in here yesterday came at checkout. I ordered one of the messier heated sandwiches and asked for a few extra napkins at check out AFTER watching my sandwich be put in the bag after paying. The woman very rudely and condescendingly stated that there were already extras in the bag(there were NOT) and shoved my sandwich at me in a «get out» kind of way. Not acceptable. I’ll drive the five minutes to the next closest Subway rather than returning to this one. Avoid.

First of all, I am not much of a Unilocaler. Now, I see why some people do post their complaints here. So, I walked into this Subway, which is right next to my work, and ordered a footlong sandwich. When the lady brought out the bread, it had what looked like an inch-long mold-looking thing. Instead of giving me or even offering me to get a new one, the lady proceeded to just shave off that part. Of course, I did stop her and got a new one. I brought it back to our lunchroom and started eating it. After eating about 2⁄3 of it, I found some spots of mold inside the bread. I felt sick. After taking a picture of it(quite a few of my co-workers saw it, too), I took the remaining mold-infested sandwich back to the store. When I explained the surprise I found in the sandwich, the other lady proceeded to explain that it could easily be from the shelves. Had to stop her short and showed her that the so-called stains from the shelves are indeed moldy spots INSIDE the bread. Then, she just asked if I wanted another sandwich… Really??? I didn’t even care about getting my money back at this point. I didn’t even get an apology. All I got was«I don’t know. We get them from the company…» Wow…

This is the worst subway ever. It used to be just fine until they did an overhaul on the whole staff. Now it’s just rude woman, who couldnt care less about making a decent sandwich. I keep trying, hoping, but I’m done. Me and my son always would come here from right up the hill, but I’m not throwing any more money away on garbage service. I ask for a «little sauce» and she drowns it. They just pile everything in one spot on the sandwich. They are downright rude as hell. I wish there was a zero star option, because this isn’t just once. Or twice. Or even 10 times. This is every single time. Until the rude Indian woman are gone, so am i, my family, and any of my friends from this area or farther. This is a customer service based job, where instructions are taken directly from customers. Rude, careless, and lazy people maybe are the employees you should avoid. I have actually worked at 3 subways when i was a bit younger and know ALL of the procedures in the business and what is expected. This screams poor management and ownership. It’s making a sandwich… Not building rocket ships. That’s the last 20 dollars i put in the trash from here. Im not the go and write reviews type even. I’m just that put off by the continued overall service as a whole. I will drive way further to go to a different one from now on.

The worst customer service ever! Very rude and unprofessional subway store! Awful sandwich making skills and they can’t even put the cheese right. The woman who made my subs threw my receipt on subs and didn’t even move them. I had to reach across the counter to get them. I went back and got refund and the had attitude about that too. I will never go back here.

Stopped in on the way to work around 730pm– The person behind the cash register looked busy and didn’t greet me which is always a negative– How hard is it to say hello? Another person came out from the back and took my order– Ordered a large turkey sub– Heated– Nothing special– The sub was made fine– But can’t really go wrong with that at Subway as you can watch them making your sandwich-The lettuce looked brownish so ordered spinach instead– The worker looked tired, guess I don’t blame her. Typical experience at a Subway. Sandwich tasted fine — Would have been four stars if the workers said hello and were a little more friendly but it is what it is. And the lettuce was fresher looking.

I was in here last night, and wanted to leave a comment about the service and not the food(subway is subway and usually the same). The ladies had a particular nasty customer in front of me that basically bullied and talked down to the poor woman behind the counter the entire time. Enough for my 8 year old to mention his inappropriate behavior afterwards. These ladies handled themselves with class and made his sandwich without saying a nasty word back, and didn’t blink an eye to any of his degrading comments. I applaud the owners(which I am assume who were behind the counter because I always see them there) for being professional, and I will gladly continue to use this location for our subway runs.

So, for starters, this is a Subway. Like most franchises, the food is pretty much the same as you’d find it at any other location. This location is cleaner than many but I’ve dealt with filthy tables and sticky floors on occasion. The biggest problem I’ve had at this location recently has been communication. The last two times I’ve been in, the employees have been very difficult to understand. I try to be understanding and patient with ESL workers in service jobs but things are a bit more challenging at places like Subway where you answer several questions to complete your order. Today, as a result, I paid more than $ 15 for one footlong with chips and juice. Granted it was an $ 8.25 sandwich but my 6th grader ended up with double meat because we couldn’t understand the question about double meat. When I asked the employee at the register how the total could end up $ 15, she just pointed at the total on the pinpad. It wasn’t until I paid and she handed me the printed receipt that I figured it out. Anyhow, the employees were friendly enough but it’s too much work to place an order here.

Pretty good service and healthy food. Great deals too. I like the breakfast combo: egg, ham and cheese with coffee for 3.00! Can’t beat that. Right now they have 5 dollar foot long sub which is also a great deal!

I like Subways, and this site is as good as any other: it’s clean, but it’s small, located beside a barbershop by the Tulley’s and the Toyota dealership off 148 by I-90. There are ample benches and seats outside, but very limited seating inside. The lady who made our sandwiches was nice and quick, and the food was fresh and good. True, there was no swiss cheese as an option(only cheddar, American and pepper jack), but there were plenty of veggie options and the usual bread and condiment options. The parking lot is a bit odd: remember to park in front of the Tulley’s area. If you drive to the west side of the lot(where the Subway is), you end up in the car dealership, and you can’t park there.

Typical Subway. I got the Itialian BMT and it was good as other Subway. This Subway didn’t have swiss cheese tho, which was strange. Not sure if this is a new Subway thing or just this restaurant. Service was good and fast.

Subway is, after all, subway. There was a time when they werent like Starbucks — «on every corner» and they came across healthy… well I guess the latter part is still true. So because the margin on these fast food sandwich shops are so low, its usually about getting the customer and their sandwich out the door as quickly as possible. Gone are the days(mostly-and Im not telling where my special stores are) where one subway gave you twice the meat or avocado because thats how they did business… they are all«cookie cutter» now. So if the sandwich is the same everywhere and speed of «delivery» is about the same, what is it you have to look forward to? You get into the micro analysis of the poor shops: how clean the table is or the floor around the door, is the service above what yould think, did they give you an unexpected perk? Well this store is in a good location, thats why we went. The service was above what Id typically experience though the sandwiches were pretty typical. The store was clean and wasnt too busy-I actually got in and out. No complaints.

Check your receipts! The woman who runs this subway is conniving and rude. I ordered a small drink and she charged me for a large and proceeded to hand me a small cup. I also ordered a spicy Italian and she up charged me for an Italian combo which was more money. This is bad business and I will never eat in this Subway ever again!

See the picture I uploaded. The ham is clearly not normal. When they were putting it on, I could only see a glimpse of the browning on the edge. When I asked about it, they told me it was normal. I probably should have said something or walked out. Unfortunately, I was super hunger and wasn’t thinking straight. I didn’t check the sandwich until after I brought it back to the office. Against my better judgment, I ate the sandwich after I removed the ham(again, I was super hunger and wasn’t thinking straight). I’m lucky that I didn’t end up with food poisoning. Eating that sandwich and/or not walking out of the store was probably one of the dumbest things I have done.
