Had a girls brunch here with 11 other women today and had a delicious meal! Ordered the French toast which is dredged in crème brûlée and comes with cheesy scrambled eggs(my fave) and a couple slices of perfectly cooked bacon. Had the cucumber cooler and will be dreaming about it for a while. Summer in a glass! Our server was also the sweetest!

Busy spot in old Bellevue. It had the feeling of an upscale sports bar. A good place if you are looking for basic bar food happy hour in a lively environment. We enjoyed our happy hour well whiskey and ginger beer.

Hot waitress. Place is guy, girl or family friendly. As for the chocolate turtle when ordering dessert. Definitely a who’s who spot for sea hawk or seagals. I saw Russell Wilson there one time. Sunday brunch is golden.

When my wife was away I had lunch there the service was horrible. The food was mediocre. I was really looking forward to it but I will not be going back.

Great happy hour– the pork tacos and prosciutto grilled cheese sandwiches are delicious and cheap. The bartenders are all really great people, and the regulars are always interesting and insightful. A regular stop for me in Bellevue.

Only sat at the bar and had a drink and dessert, but I’m astounded by the service.(Likely to come back for happy hour, but… the average age in this bar makes me feel like a baby, so I feel slightly weird coming in.) For me, bar restaurants can fall short on having good service, but it’s a bit different here. Super cozy, kind of has a sports bar feel to it, but the seated areas are small and intimate. Not good for big groups imo. There were 1 or 2 waiters running around and they had smiles on their faces. Girl at the bar was very accommodating and fast. She also can give recommendations for food, so she was helpful.(i was torn between the turtle/chocolate cake and the bread pudding. She ultimately convinced me to get the chocolate cake because well, I’m a chocolate lover.) So just saying, 520 also has an amazing midori sour. Well I think I’d come back with someone here on a casual night. Definitely not quite my age range, I’ll admit, but if you were somewhere between 30 – 50, feels kind of right.

Awesome place. Been there a couple times and had excellent food both times. Sat at the bar and had good service and great drinks!

I’ve been here twice and really like this place. They have a very varied menu from a nice assortment of appetizers to sandwiches, burgers, salads and entrees. They have a good selection of beer and tasty cocktails. The last time I came here with my daughter I had the salmon sandwich which was fresh and perfectly cooked — my only quibble was that it was a bit on the small side. My daughter had the chaos salad and raved about it. Also loved the Manhattan Mule served in a tin mug. The ambiance is friendly and casual, nice dark wood paneling and dimly lit. Service was solid, not spectacular and it wasn’t as expensive as some of the other eateries on Main Street.

Super snobby waitresses and hostess. Seemed a little more expensive than it’s worth, especially with the horrible parking! food was alright.

This place is usually great and always has good soups. I recently had lunch, soup and sandwich combo, and my bill was $ 18. I tipped $ 4, but when I checked my credit card statement, the bartender had given themselves a $ 10 tip. I called to talk to management about it and they told me they’d look into it. I never heard back. I won’t return on principle alone.

I came in around 3:30 and it was dead. An hour later it was lively and packed, on a Wednesday! The bartenders pour generously, I was feeling good after two drinks(maybe im a light weight) :) I definitely would come here again. P. S. their beer dip for the pretzels was PERFECT; not too bitter.

This spot is nice, and it’s poppin’. I had trouble finding parking as there’s not a lot nearby. Apparently a lot of people like to come here at 5:00 on a Thursday. When I was here it was lively, loud, and upbeat. It did make it a little difficult to have a conversation, but we managed. This is a good spot for one person looking to mix into a crowd, or a bunch of people shouting across tables. But it’s not an intimate space where two can talk easily. The service was great, and I enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwiches, they’re not your standard grilled cheese and they were really quite good. Although I felt the portion size was small as we had two small sandwiches which were the width of a cross cut of a baguette. The hummus was lacking in garlic or salt, and instead had a fishy aftertaste, we sent it back and it was removed from the bill. The waitress did say it was pretty good so maybe this wasn’t usual. A couple table next to us ordered nachos, and they were huge and cheesy.

I called to make rez for dinner and the attendant was very short and immediately said we are Full tonight. But, we showed up anyway and were able to get a table right away. Didn’t make sense. The food was ok. I had the lentil soup special that night and enjoyed that. The service was mediocre. Servers were not very attentive.

«Best Nachos in Bellevue» If you’re into a plate of over-cooked, once resembled nachos that sat under a heat lamp for 10 minutes too long. And then they were baffled when I mentioned their short-fall. Just way over priced and under-delivered. On the other hand, the seared ahi bites was good and cooked right. In the end, I doubt I’ll grace them with my presence again.

A friend and I were driving around Bellevue looking for a lunch spot with a patio and came upon 520 Bar & Grill. We sat on the patio and basked in the mid-afternoon sun. Service: The interior of the restaurant was empty, but the patio probably had 10 occupied tables. Even with that little amount of patronage, it seemed to take quite a while to get our drinks, order off the menu, and then receive our food. It took over an hour for what was intended to be a «quick» bite to eat. Food: I ordered the French Dip with a side Caesar salad($ 15). The French Dip was good — nothing exceptional, but certainly satisfied my hunger. The real star was the caesar salad, and I can’t quite explain why. The dressing was excellent, perfect synthesis of croutons, dressing and cheese — so good. My friend ordered the Tuna Sandwich said it was«eh». Overall, 520 is a good choice if you’re in a casual lunch mood. Probably not worth a trip if you’re driving from Seattle.

Great summer happy hour pick! — due to the awesome enclosed outdoor patio seating, which makes you feel like you’re in a secret garden. haha. Good selection of happy hour treats, and the food was decent, but nothing too spectacular. Another spot to add on my cute atmosphere in old town bellevue. Walkable to the park after to work off those happy hour calories. One of the few places in old town bellevue, that has its own private mini lot. But it gets filled pretty quickly. The wait time start at around 6pm as well, so get in early :)

Tried this place after visiting wee tots across the street. Lots of pretentious women in cocktail dresses, which surprised me because they are the servers. Sat at the bar and the service was terrible. Food was fine but not great, order the burger, quesadilla and nachos. Nothing stood out as fabulous. On the plus side, lots of outside seating in the summer.

We usually choose to come here for our business lunches. 30 minutes before our lunch hour, we call our orders in and they are ready to go when we arrive. 520 Bar & Grill is very accommodating. I have never had a bad experience here. Great, friendly customer service, drinks are never empty, and quick delivery with delicious food. We will definitely keep coming here. The only thing is — I wish they had more parking. Main Street can get pretty busy especially with the ongoing construction.(Tip: We usually end up parking at the nearby Bellevue downtown park.)

The atmosphere here last Friday night was festive and comforting. It felt like a get together at someone’s nice house. With attractive bartenders, that is. Smiling attentive(male and female) and well dressed, they’re friendly and the place is well run. From the hostesses to the wait staff, my wife and I both enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back. I’ve rounded up from a 3.5 or so instead of rounding down because the nachos were pretty bland. Well covered in cheese, etc… but also pricey(about $ 20 when adding guacamole and that was WITHOUT meat!). The cabernets we had were also $ 10 a glass so be prepared to spend. Had the chocolate turtle cake and it was a sweet(but not too sweet) and perfect way to end our night.

Sat & Sun brunch from 11 – 2! Got pretty loud in here during the game, so come a little earlier and snag a seat at the bar. Ordered the French toast which came with scrambled eggs with some cheese, 2 slices of bacon, and 2 slices of French toast for $ 12. The eggs were average(not sure if they were real eggs or those liquid egg mixtures). Bacon was nice and crispy. The slices of French toast looked so sad and were completely flat and thin. I wish they looked better, but they tasted good. I would come back just for the macadamia nut syrup that comes with the French toast!
