Whenever I can find a Dunkin Donuts, I’m not passing it up! This one is very clean and super quick. Unfortunately, this is the closes one I know of and its pretty far so whenever I’m in the area(which isn’t often) I make sure to stop.

Ordered peppered bacon and egg croissant sandwich combo. He ordered the combo without bacon. After we sat down, lady at the end of counter called out coffee and hot chocolate. He went to pick it up and sat down. Then the same lady called out our food orders. After he brings our food, I noticed his hashbrown was more crispy than my soft hashbrown. The croissant I had was good, though I do like the bacon a little crispier. Hot chocolate was a bit thick. The parking is enough for customers to pick up and head out. They have indoor and outdoor seating.

I really much rather drive all the way to the one on westhimer. They people here always seem to make a mistake on your order, I’m always very straight forward about what I want cause I get the same thing everyday but yet I always seem to order my coffee wrong at this location. I am a DDperks member and right now we have the $ 1.99 any size espresso coffee iced or hot but when I gave her my DD card on my iPhone I wasn’t given the discount because she put it in wrong and then told me that it was my fault cause I didn’t show her the coupon first. There was no coupon to show if it’s an automatic discount. I only go to this location when I am off from work but I think today was the last day I would be going to this location. They need a new and less rude staff.

Usually packed in the mornings, but great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Their hash browns are really tasty.

I’d give less but it won’t let me, what kind of dunkin donuts stop selling food two hours before they close? I walked in at 730 and I was told no sandwiches after 7pm. !!! They close at 9!

Well meaning but unprofessional staff. Did not know what kinds of cream cheese they carried, had to ask three different people to even find out. For a breakfast place this is kind of a big deal. Small place, but well maintained. Will likely stop by if it’s on my way and I’m hungry for breakfast, but wont make a trip to get here.

I haven’t visited this place in a while. But today’s visit will make me a more regular customer. First, the place was immaculate! The dining room tables, floors, counters and even the food prep area were practically spotless. I consider that to be a major plus since this place generally stays busy. Next, the young lady who took my order was very patient and pleasant. I wanted to try the Iced Latte but didn’t know which flavor to try. After some thought and her tips, I opted for vanilla with a caramel swirl, cream and sugar. I know… sweet!!! But, oh was it good. Finally. The price was right. That drink was under $ 3! And, daily between 3 – 6 pm, I can get the same thing for only $.99! Bargain!!! Just plain good!

I’ve been to many DD all over the country, and this has to be the worst one. I’ve come many times, there is something up with the service, it’s pretty bad. No matter HOW you order your coffee, it ALWAYS has too much cream. I’ve tried every formula but it’s always the same. I ordered kolaches and they said they had no mustard; I said, wow, you should have mustard! and I got the deer-in-headlights look. 10 minutes later I ordered two more kolaches for my teen son, and voila all of a sudden they had mustard. They are so S-L-O-W and special here… thank you Shipleys for being across the street!

I really never take bad reviews to heart when I want to try a new place; maybe the reviewer was having a bad day, maybe the one time they visited was just an off day, but I can say as someone who is having a good day, LOVES Dunkin coffee, and has been to this dunkin a few times, this is the worst dunkin I have ever been to. They prepare the coffee wrong and the service is so cold you just don’t feel welcome. Unfortunately this is the closest Dunkin to my work for miles. I still love(and am addicted to) Dunkin coffee, but I’ll probably be driving farther for a different store for now on.

Donuts are alright but certainly nothing to write home about. I love any kind of donut but the best are from a local competitor. I don’t mind coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts when my wife wants to go, however, there is NEVER a place to sit down. It seems like the same senior citizens are hogging every last chair every time we come in or whenever I drive by and look in their windows. It’s kind of like how Starbucks used to be until they put a stop to it. Why should I always have to get a donut order to go? I would like to sit down at least once in a while. 2 stars!

I got a strawberry donut, cookie dough ice coffe, and hash brown. I thought I was going to spend more than 5 dollars but cause of their promotion I spent 3! The staff were really great. The food were amazing too! I recommend!

Quick and efficient. Great place if you’re on the go and in a hurry. My personal favorite is their iced blueberry cake donut but their other donuts are fantastic as well. As for coffee, I enjoyed their iced caramel coffee! Not too coffee-y and not too sweet.

I love coming to this place and looking at all the beautiful donuts they have. Their sandwiches and coffee are also great. The only complaint I have is that their staff did not speak much English and looked a little lost. This place is a classic so we still come here all the time.

I started with 2 stars, but will give them 3 just for the coffee and the munchkins. The other pastries(specifically the red velvet donut) was just not good. They tasted like the fry oil was OLD and had not been changed in a while. The red velvet was also very heavy and way too cakey. I don’t mind a good cake donut, but this poor fella was heavy. The store was clean, the staff friendly and I was served promptly, but I’ll stick to a local chain nearby where the donuts are always amazing.

We had to go here because these places are hard to find in the Bay Area. But this place was weird. The kid running the shop was paranoid about pictures and told us we were not allowed to take pics in the shop because of their«trade secrets». Uh yeah! The donut holes were disappointing. They were hard and stale. The mocha whatever it’s cold was just liquid sugar. All in all this dunkin needs to be dunked. I loved this place growing up. This was an epic failure.

Hallelujah! A Dunkin Donuts that only puts me 10 miles out of my way to work!(My morning commute is ~3 miles; taxing, I know.) I arrive to this DD somewhere between 7 and 7:15 am. It’s always clean and I never have to wait. My vanilla chai is always ready within 5 minutes of me hitting the door and I am on my way. For those not well acquainted with DD, you should know that despite it’s name, no one I know goes there for the donuts. They make delicious beverages. I hear their coffee is awesome(I hate coffee so I couldn’t tell you), and their breakfast sandwiches are delish. Houston, give DD a chance!

This location is exceptionally TINY inside. The product did not suffer for it though. I would say don’t plan on eating inside ever it’s just a pickup and go place. THey do have a drive through which is awesome I had never seen a Dunkin Donuts with one before this location. The staff is very fast pasted and kept both registers open calling out coffee orders to the barista while they filled the rest of your order. It was as clean as I expect during the busiest hours of their days.

I drove about half and hour to this Dunkin Donuts one morning because it had been a long time since I last had a donut and I was excited to find that Houston had a Dunkin Donuts! The donuts here are pretty but looks can be deceiving. I like the donuts at Shipley’s, Krispy Kreme, and Doughnut Plant better. The dough wasn’t as soft or sweet as I’m used to. The cream tasted like pudding. I donut think I will buy donuts from here again.

I’m not impressed. I’m mad at all you hipsters that led me to believe that the donuts here were decent. We came during prime time — Sunday at 4pm. The place was busy and the donuts were fresh, but the flavor was not good. The sugar coating on the donut holes was weird and I wouldn’t get them again. It tasted very chemical like. I also got a Boston Cream cupcake and it was deflated and almost empty with no cream. I didn’t like how they just threw all the donuts, including my husband’s powered one, into the same bag. What a mess! My husband’s coffee was fine. He said it was better than average and he’d get coffee there again, but he’ll be there alone as I will not be back for donuts. Oh you hipsters, you can keep your donuts. I’ll be at Shipley’s.
