Gus Jr No 7

This place absolutely HORRIBLE. I go to this place because it’s close to my house, I can get a good BLT or Corn Dog and I’m actually a little sad to say that I will never go back. I will have to go pay 7.00 for a BLT at Farmer Boys than go here again. This morning I went here before work to get a BLT I also a drink. When I got to work in Paris I wanted to pour my drink into my larger cup I use for work so I take off the lid and see ANTS just stuck to the side of the cup and inside of the actual drink which means I may have drank some of them. I was so disgusted I literally threw up. I haven’t called the store yet which I am going to do and I haven’t emailed the main office which I intend to do as well I am calling the Health Dept. That’s so sick to my stomach I am. If I could NEGATIVE stars I would. I took pictures but not sure how to add them here

The food is ok but my wife had a cheese burger, after a couple of bits she bit in to a piece of plastic, we showed the manager and was quick to respond and offering us another meal, very friendly. Took care of the problem.

The food here is decent. Eat your burger here or the bun gets soggy. Fries are good, zucchini is huge! Salsa bar is nice if you want extra condiments for here or to go. Bathrooms are kinda gross & need a deep cleaning, enter at your own risk or hold it till you get home. This is my second time here and I will be back. I like the food it reminds me of a burger place I used to go to in high school. The people were very nice tonight.

I’ve been eating on my own dime for 10 years and not once have I ever walked away from a restraunt no matter how bad the food tasted or how bad the service was, but today was the first. To begin with I’m new in the area, so driving up and down ramsey trying to spot a small little yellow sign on top of two bigger well maintained signs made finding the place for a first time patron more difficult than it should have been. Then me and my wife get inside her carrying my two month old son and me carrying my sleeping two year old sleeping daughter on my shoulder and standing there is an employee just starting at us he walks away when we walk up to the counter another employee warming up tortillas does the same thing and looks to the others starts to say something and gives up and continues what she was doing as a third employee walks by giving us the same look my mother gave me when she found out I drank her moms birthday present so me and my wife gave up on waiting and left a we walked out and drove away while a white car with a sign on top that said gus jr., which I’m guessing was the delivery driver, came flying in the parking lot on the wrong side of the lane. The only reason I gave it two stars is because I didn’t taste their food

I ordered they not only bought me the wrong plate they also goy my friends order wrong food was horrible very disappointed this is no Jim’s burgers. DON’T waste your money!!!

Great food. The drive thru staff always seem to have an attitude tho. Hard to hear them too. Also, if I order a HAMBURGER special, that means I don’t want cheese. If I’d wanted cheese I’d have ordered a CHEESEBURGER special, lol. Many restaurant get that wrong tho.

Go in here they treat us wonderful the food is delicious the service is great love everything about it

This place has really gone down hill in the past year. I used to enjoy their $ 5 burger deal with drink & fries but then they raised it to $ 6 with cheese extra and the flavor decreased. The bun is way bigger than the patty and the veges and condiments are not enough for the size burger. They changed the cut size of their fries, they are now really large and have no seasoning what so ever. As one of the only places in town that delivers I would still order from them every now and then but now they have taken so long to deliver the food is cold and stale I don’t ever crave their burgers anymore. Now that we have In N Out down the street in Cabazon I can get a delicious double double meal that I know will be spot on every time. Also the dinning room is really grimy and greasy everywhere. Needs a good deep cleaning.

This place is nasty went for lunch got baccheese burger combo fries were nasty stale and hard threw that away took a bite of cheese burger nasty threw that away waste of money still hungry never coming here againg thanks for nothing gus jr nastiest place in banning dont eat there

Ordered the hamburger and fries, both disappointed me. The bottom of the hamburger bun was dried and hard. Fries were greasy and «mushy». Ate the top half of the hamburger and a few fries, the rest went into the trash. Left me with a «lump» in my stomach for a few hours. Not a good experience.

My visit wasn’t that pleasant, I order two sprites sodas. I had to return them twice because they had food or some thing inside. The burger special I order wasnt that good either. The shift manager «I think she was» costumer service bad. Not a clean environment at all. The need to clean them walls, windows and around the window frames very dusty and looked kinda greasy. IM NOT EATING HERE FOR A WHILE.

Good spot from breakfast to burgers and soup. Service is decent depending on who is working. The morning staff are much more friendly than the evening staff. They still do a good job. Clean environment and they can change the TV channel if you ask.

Great food, good prices, go inside to see specials, 80 cent charge to use card, and the biggest downside is ordering can be tough sometimes through the drive thru! The buffalo wings are on point! Great selection!

I have been eating at this place for the past 5 yrs and back then the food was decent. I always ordered the hamburger special or fried zucchini. I dont know what has happened in the last year but the food is absolutely terrible. The fries are always old and hard and the hamburger buns are stale. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt being that I was a loyal customer but sadly I will not EVER be eating here again. Its hard to find a decent burger joint in the beaumont/​banning area. Smh

Poor customer service. Purchased 2 meals with 2 drinks. Was unhappy with their pink lemonade so I politely asked if I can exchange it for their «all natural» lemonade which tasted like over sweetened artificial lemonade. Then I asked if I can just change it for diet Pepsi. Manager said it’ll be 1 $ because I already wasted too much of their drinks. I thought he was kidding but he was very serious. Unhappy customer. Plus I was pregnant at that time.

Good Food & Service! Love their Food! But they really need to clean the bathroom! It is Gross!

I’ve loved this chain for over a decade. Great specials and the BEST fried zucchini ever! :) the place isn’t the cleanest place by far, but for a fast food, semi homemade meal, its decent. By far better breakfast than the last time I ate at Denny’s or IHOP.

This place by far was the worst greek grease pit fast food or shall i say old foul sewer pit for food i have ever ate the pastrami was overcooked and about three week
a old it was like chewing rawhide ij would rather eat purina dog food fresh n not old like this grease sewer pit.

good food, friendly service. BUT !!! this place needs to clean up the dinning area.
clean now but also needs paint.
steak breakfest is very tasty and with 3 eggs for 9 dollars its a steal

With my husband on a diet we were looking for a place that served chile verde for breakfast because he just wanted meat and eggs. This place looked just like the type that would have it so we stopped in on our way out of town. It was kind of dirty and old inside. I didn’t feel all warm and cozy. Luckily the lady at the counter was very friendly and hospitable.
My husband loved his breakfast. I hated mine :(I ordered a sausage burrito, a basic breakfast item, right??? It had hash browns inside, which I detest, and they were burned beyond recognition. The sausage was charred and kind of gross. I even ordered one for my boys to share like we always do and they refused to eat theirs. And strangely, the Diet Coke tasted like she opened a can and poured it. I severely dislike Diet Coke from a can.
