Sizzler

This is by-​far the best Sizzlar I have ever eaten in! AWESOME salad bar! Great service!

Recently stopped in for dinner. Had the 10 oz. steak with a loaded baked potato, my husband had the salad bar. The steak was cooked to perfection (medium-​well), the potato was delicious and my husband was impressed with the salad bar. Everything was very fresh and tasted amazing! Very, very good experience at our local sizzler!

If anyone chooses to visit this establishment I recommend asking for CHRISTINA. Great server always with a smile and upbeat attitude…10 stars …

The service was super amazing! The manager is very kind and also the other waiters are helpful honestly it was the best service someone could ask for. The food in general was very satisfying and fresh! Definitely coming back and would recommned to others

Had a good lunch here today, had a really nice waitress who did an exceptional job concidering how busy they were. I mean busy, the line out the door.
What was really nice was I heard our waitress Vanessa ask a gentlemen sitting next to us if his server was helping him. He said no, and I saw her look at his table and she said «I will help you»
Now that’s a great employee, she is really busy taking care of her tables, see’s a gentlemen who needs some help, and just helps him.
Sizzler is lucky to have her as an employee.

Always great steaks, good salad bar and service is always good thanks to Albert being such a great waiter. Never a problem at this location.

My dad’s favorite restaurant was Sizzler. I got used to going, but the one in Albuquerque closed down.
When I moved to Palm Springs, I looked for one, but there weren’t any that close by. Saw one on the way home from Riverside, so I stopped for lunch.
Nicest Sizzler I have ever seen. I got the salad bar. I was not disappointed. I was able to make a salad that was healthy and enough temptation to make me happy.
Great service. Décor was tasteful and modern. Food quality was excellent. Plenty of parking. Easy in, easy out.

Went last night with a large party to celebrate my father’s birthday. The staff was awesome, the food was served quickly, and it was delicious.

I’ve been going here for years. It’s a runnkng joke that you only go to sizzler when you have something to celebrate because it use to the only fancy place around… i usually get thw salad bar it is always good. Great choices and the service has always been nice too.

It is what it is. Sometimes I get drug here and it’s usually decent. The steaks are fair and the salad bar hasn’t changed much since the 80s. For what you pay the value isn’t great. When this place opened there was a 2 hour wait to get in for about a week. Ahh memories.

Always catch this place returning from the desert, really fantastic salad bar lunch. Very clean, great service.

Went in for Oldfarts Sunday brunch, on Ed W’s recommendation. Arrived just before noon. Had to stand in line about 10 mins. Were seated promptly, in a very clean booth, served by a very attentive waitress. There was the usual salads & soups area, plus Mexican & breakfast sections, also an omelette bar. Started with a bowl of very good clam chowder, then, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage links, biscuits & gravy. Eggs had little flavor, but the rest was wonderful. Next I got a spoonful of as many of non-​green salads (seafood, potato, macaroni, etc) as my plate would hold. Then finished up with a cinnamon roll & ice cream w/​caramel sauce & choc. sprinkles. Enjoyed the entire meal, wife agreed with me & we will return soon!

Food is always good but service can be tough. They have the servers on guard for people trying to scam the salad bar or share so they give you a hard time about extra plates even if you are flying straight and just need more plates for the people who legitimately ordered salad bar. Other than that no problems. Great food and good variety in the salad bar

This is the best Sizzler I’ve ever been to
The people there are fast and very friendly
The rice pilaf and try tips were very good
The salad bar is ridiculously good
From the wings and onion rings to making yourself a taco that is good and even the spaghetti and meatballs are excellent
Their soups are excellent all four varieties
There steaks, shrimp and all you can eat ribs are so good
Did I mention softserve ice cream
We will be back

Great steak and service. We had the rib eye and lobster & steak meal. There is no need to order the sides separately cuz it cost you another $ 5 or so and you can get similar sides from the salad bar. Kids meal is average.

The place is clean and the staff are nice. The food is sooo sub-​standard!
I had the salad bar. The lettuce and fruit were not very fresh. Their «signature clam chowder» was horrible. Mostly potatoes. I could go on and on, but you get my drift.
Only thing I enjoyed was the fried chicken wings.

By far the best and cleanest sizzler I’ve ever been to. Staff is always friendly and very caring, Every Time I do come I have a great Lunch/​Dinner. One of the best servers there is Alfred!

Well, this normally I like to think I tend to be a bit, «nice,» however today’s review hits home. It was supposed to be a family get together at my grandfathers favorite restaurant.
It was to celebrate the my mother’s, father’s, uncles, and grandfathers birthday. Yes, they do all have birthdays in the same week. Anyhow, we proceeded to ask the server to kindly seat us all together. She quickly pushed some tables together, and we all sat down.
We had family who traveled from out of town, and it’s EXTREMELY difficult to get everyone together, so this was an extra important afternoon for us.
Let me first begin by stating we had 13 adults and one child. They served us our plates at the table, which I thought was awesome, then gave us our drinks-​even better! We got up, loaded up our plates, and began to stuff our faces on the buffet offerings. 10 minutes go by… no server to remove the dirty plates…15 minutes go by… still no server…20 minutes, ok now I’ve been patient long enough! I proceed to the counted and asked them if they could bring us more plates for the salad bar. It was 3 pm. The place was nearly a ghost town, and there are servers everywhere yet non stop or come to us when we motion them over.
They brought a stack of 9 plates… hmmmm 9 plate for 14 people… They never came back to refill any of our drinks or check on us through the duration of the meal, so apparently this sizzler seems to be a one plate one drink «un-​endless» salad bar.
Ok fine. Now on to the restroom. Apparently they don’t believe in locking up their cleaning supplies because I had to move it away from my child’s grasp, because it was carelessly blocking the sink… There was TP covering the floor, sanitary wrappers overflowing from «makeshift» trash can, and the soap wasn’t fully working on one side…
Well. Thank Goodness for dessert.
After this fiasco we could use some nice ice cream from the self serve. Ice cream station looked amazing. Gummy bears, fudge, cookies, strawberries… but wait. We all lined up to get a nice treat, only to discover they were OUT of vanilla and it had to be refilled. They said it would be quick, and after 20 more minutes of waiting, we decided it was time to bounce. No. I didn’t get my vanilla ice cream.
Nor my refill
Nor my other plate
Nor my dirty plates remove from the table.
Upon us gathering ourselves up, this waitress appears. She informs us «well it’s time for me to leave. If you need anything ask for (I forgot the other name she stated), because I have to go home now.»
Wait. Say what?! Where they HECK were you in during this past hour and a half we were here?!
I shake my head sadly in disbelief, and know the poor customer service, and safety disregards shall not be forgotten.
I will NOT be back…

Happy to have one around our area. This one is a bit bigger and cleaner. Nice and attentive staff is such a plus

I love this place. The staff is great. The restaurant is always clean, including the restroom. The food is always fresh and filling. I really enjoy the salad bar, it was a welcome surprise the other day to see the corn fritters on it again. I have missed them, hopefully they will become a staple item on it again.
