The food was good, as always, and the manager has the store looking really good, but… the employees didn’t smile once! They had a lack of personality and seemed to be bothered that I came in to order food. I will return, but the manager should know that their customer service needs a little work.

Great staff and very nice Qdoba its clean and welcoming but I feel like the food sometimes has been sitting out a little long. Its only been since they have changed over to everything on the menu being available and no extra cost. Still awesome.

First off, I love qdoba, the spicy queso is wonderful! There is just one problem at this particular location. It’s not the majority of the staff, mpst all of them are wonderful, great customer service. Which is obviously something natural from them because there is this short incredibly rude, non customer friendly female manager there with blonde hair who makes every experience there that she’s involved with a horrible one. If I were the only one saying this I would know it’s just me but EVERYONE I know say’s this. The diference in customer service between her and all other staff encounters ae literally night and day.

Qdoba is one of my go to places. I prefer the burrito bowl because the burrito is too big and messy and seems to have more rice in it. All of the meat choices are good. If you get the pork or shredded beef you get more compared to the chicken. Queso and chips are worth getting. The Mexican Gumbo is my new fave. It’s like the burrito bowl with a thick sauce with peppers in it. Kind of like an enchilada sauce with tortilla strips on top. The Coke Machine is great for mixing and experimenting new flavors.

I have been coming to Qdoba for years and I loved it! BUT $ 10.26 for a chicken burrito and a soda? Are you kidding me?! If I’m going to pay that price, I should eat at my favorite sit down Mexican restaurant in town. There are many other options for great Mexican food in St. Louis and I will have to visit those places

First I’m disappointed that they got rid of the ancho chili BBQ sauce. Now the only sauce you can get are different kinds of queso. The original queso is good but to only have that option of queso are no sauce is a bad ideal. You can get your burrito smothered in different sauces like bold red chile, tangy verde and smoky chipotle cream sauce which is spicy. The burritos are the best thing to get here. There the size of a football. The tacos I’ll never get again. They just put all the toppings all over the three taco shells and not inside the taco shells. So I had to scoop the toppings into the tacos.

I don’t get it. I have tried and tried to like Qdoba, but I just don’t. It could have something to do with the fact that I absolutely hate the queso — it’s gloppy and thick and the flavor is gross(to me). I also don’t like the meat… no matter what kind I get, it seems dry… like it’s been sitting around. Also, I hate hate HATE how chewy the tortillas are, which means the burritos are a no-go. I just don’t get it. There are so many good Mexican places… why come here??? One extra star for good service and clean tables.

You have to try hard to make crappy Mexican food. Beans, rice, tortillas, cheese, and meat… that’s it. Their chips are very good, and the naked bowls are a go-to choice when I need to feed my face. I was also impressed by the friendly service at this location. Cool guys working the counter. Thanks dudes!

For some reason I had this notion that chipotle was always better, for whatever reason. Last night I decided to give it a shot while I was driving home and needed dinner ASAP. To my surprise the stores are very much similar and very clean. I got my usual chicken burrito to play it safe. To be honest it was very good and there was no real notable difference from chipotle. I also got chips which were better than chipotle because they tasted more natural and had less sodium. The service was great and the prices are comparable. Will defiantly be going back… maybe not to this one cause its far out.

I have been to A LOT of Qdobas, and they’re all very good. The burritos are excellent and stuffed to the limit with goodness. The soup is incredible, and the chips and queso is to die for. The Craft 2 is a nice price deal, and it doesn’t make me choose among all the options. Since I’ve been to several local Qdobas, I can definitely say that this location is the best. The staff is ultra-friendly and will make sure you get what you want. They also come by to check on you and clear your table if you’re hanging out for a while. My friends and I will pass up another Qdoba just to go to this location!

Out of the three big burrito chains(Qdoba, Chipotle, Moe’s) this is by far my favorite. The steak is always fantastic and honestly I think it’s the queso dip here that really seals the deal for me. Neither of those other places has dip like that(and Chipotle not at all). It’s got a bit of zest but throw it on your burrito and you will love it. Also they have a fairly cheap yet still filling«pick 2» sorta deal that is popular these days and that’s fantastic. Otherwise not much to complain about. Big burritos. Good nachos. Anything else matter?

I have to drive, like, an hour in L.A. to find a Qdoba. NOT convenient. I miss my twenty-five minute drive to this Qdoba back in my Lou days. Now my only joy in picking up a friend from LAX is stopping at Qdoba before or after. BUT I DIGRESS! Qdoba is fantastic. I know a lot of people love Chipotle, but for me it pales in comparison to the all-powerful Qdoba. Recommended: uh, EVERYTHING HIGHLY recommended: poblano pesto burrito, and the nachos. THENACHOS! I swear they put crack in the cheese. How else to explain its addictive powers. If that makes me a crackhead, SOBEIT.
