Atmosphere and ambiance was very well suited. Being a group of 9, we received excellent service by Juan Pablo, Fernando & Valentino. They were educated and helped us make good food choices. Food was very tasty and fresh. Would definitely recommend !!!

another restaurant i went to on account of family
but so glad i did
they had actually been building it up and i was a little apprehensive that it would not live up to the hype especially in light of being a kosher place
we are talking about the girl who wants the lobster and the shrimp
so imagine my delight when i not only enjoyed everything but found myself thinking that i could easily go there on my own with my also non kosher husband
whom incidentally also enjoyed his meal
we had tequeños with a guava dipping sauce
very good
aranccini balls which there was not much left by the time they got to me but what little they left me i enjoyed
a plate that had a couple of cured fish that was delightful
and some other apps
but the star for me was the tuna tartar
so yum
for my main course i had the trout lemon almond which had the right about of just everything including capers which i love
the trout was butterflied and very delicately battered and the edges were crispy and the meat tender
all so good
the place was pretty busy but service was up to par
i was told they were between menus so i cant wait to try whats new next time i come to town

Went here for dinner after hearing wonderful things about it. Wasn’t busy, started with mozzarella and mushrooms cheese balls, salmon carpaccio and tuna tacos. Main was homemade ravioli with goat cheese and beet sauce. Food was delicious. Service was fast and the restaurant is decorated very nicely. For desert we had the strawberry cheesecake. My only complaint is that they include 18% tip. This is very troubling and needs to be eradicated.

Food was good service was terrible!!! STAY AWAY! At least until they get a new manager! The manager was so angry and arrogant and probably made the situation worse! It took 20 minutes to bring coffee which tasted burnt! Manager doesn’t really care what goes on with the staff and when we asked to speak with him he told the waiter to tell us he’s busy because he doesn’t want to deal with is. Never had service like this before! Definitely a place I would stay away from! The other chains by this company are great with amazing service, this one needs a ton of work!

My husband, son and I ate at Acqua last week, in the middle of their busy season. We did not have to wait for a table and were seated immediately. The restaurant is beautiful, immaculate, with room between tables. The choice of food was vast with unusual types of pasta and fish. The portions are very large. We ordered one salad dish w/​seared tuna, two pasta dishes (to die for) and one desert to share (cheesecake and ice cream). The bill came to only $ 82 for all 3 of us. Acqua is located in a gorgeous outdoor mall area with fountains, nice shops and other kosher restaurants. Well worth a visit!

I had a great experience at Acqua.
We don’t like fish but still loved everything we ordered (apps pasta and dessert).
We had great service — the staff was as great as it gets even on a busy night. We got offered a glass of wine when we walked in.
We had the the arancini balls which was yum, The tequenos — our favorite and the mushroom caramelle — very tasty.
We were really blown away by dessert — heaven dulce de leche soufflé and cheesecake with an amazing strawberry sauce.
You should definitely try out this place and we will be returning if we are back in Miami.

This is a beautifully decorated restaurant and the food is out of this world! the service was also great. We had appetizers from the raw bar and pasta and fish for main course. everything was very well presented and delicious! definitely recommended!

Once Again these guys did not disappoint after Fuego we could only expect something bigger and better and with Acqua the Miami food scene has been elevated to the next level Mediterranean flair with a spa look ZEN is the word once you walk inside you feel like staying mazal tov to the Fuego group.
U have to try this place !!!

Never posted a Unilocal review before, but this was definitely worth it! I was visiting miami for two days with some friends, and was choosing between a few kosher eateries. Someone suggested that we try out Acqua as it had just opened. I’m glad we listened!
Everything was fantastic! Firstly, though the place was full when we arrived, the hostess was courteous and gracious, accommodating us as soon as possible. Once we were seated, our waitress, Elizabeth came over with the menu and explained the dishes. This location features a variety of pastas (not just your typical fettuccine and ravioli) and she actually brought out a creative display box to show us which was which. I’d never seen that before! We ordered about 6 dishes and everything was tasty and beautifully presented. The manager and owner came over to receive our compliments on décor and presentation and made suggestions for additional dishes to try based on what we had liked.
We especially enjoyed the Japenese Mojito and the Grouper Carpaccio.
Overall, a wonderful and unique experience! Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

My experience at Acqua was amazing from the incredibly creative cocktails to the tasty appetizers and finally a divine main course.
Had the mushroom crusted sea bass and it was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth.
Can wait to come again, p. s.: the soufflé is a must (those calories don’t count)
