This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. The line always moves very quickly, even if it’s really long. And the guy at the drive thru window is always super nice. I also like that my coffee is never so hot that it burns my tongue, but it’s the perfect temperature. And my croissant is always warmed up.

I love this Starbucks! They are super nice and speedy. The interior is pretty big for a Starbucks(IMO) and has a cozy atmosphere. There are usually a lot of people inside but not so many that it’s crowded. The drive thru gets really long but I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes and that was definitely the longest I’ve waited in that line by a long shot! Glad this Starbucks is the closest one to me. :)

I have been disappointed by this Starbucks twice now. I save my rewards points to get a nice, hot caramel macchiato as a treat on a long day. I love the caramel on top, and specifically asked for extra, but instead got… NONE. Both times. I know it’s super pedantic to complain about that, but I specifically asked for it. The only reason I come here is because it has a drive thru and I have a baby. I won’t be ordering anymore specialty drinks from here lest I find myself disappointed again.

I have been a fan of the chain for years and this location tries its best, but the location makes it hard to love. The entrance border a high traffic area that just doesn’t allow for efficiency. They seem to have done the best they can limiting the mode and direction of the traffic allowed to the drive thru. The staff has always been great to me. My orders are always right and that is even when wifey orders the whatever the hell it is mocha frappa something with the caramel. Long-time drinker of the regular coffee blends from light to dark, they are almost always fresh, hot & worth a moderate wait. When I catch this place without the ridiculously long line … top notch. Unfortunately that isn’t that often and I find replacements and other locations. If you ever get that engineer in to get the drive-thru flowing a little smoother… one has to hope!

I never review places I’ve only been to once. Why? Because. If you have a bad experience, it could be a total fluke. Everyone has bad days. Things happens. People make mistakes. It doesn’t really seem fair to me to make my opinion(and post it all over the internet) without giving people the benefit of the doubt. Restaurants run like a well-oiled machine. One kink can mess everyone up for the whole day and it isn’t necessarily anyone’s «fault.» Today however, I am breaking my own rules. I’ll just tell you what happened and you guys can all decide individually, for yourselves, if this is the place you want to give your business. I went to this drive-thru this morning, which I don’t usually do just because I live on the opposite side of town. I waited in line(it did move quickly). When it was my turn I ordered a soda(which is listed and pictured on the menu) and the girl in the magic box responded with, «**Sigh** We don’t have sodas at this store. I have refreshers and sparkling juices.» I normally don’t order cold drinks from Starbucks, so I wasn’t sure what a refresher was and I was frantically looking for the juice choices. I began to ask and this is what I got out, «Ok. I see the sodas, but I don’t see…» This is when I was cut off with, «I just said there are NOSODAS. AT. THIS. STORE! I have REFRESSSSSHHHERS and JUUUICES!» Since I didn’t get to ask my question and I still didn’t know what a refresher was, I told her never mind, I don’t care for anything. And I left. With nothing. I was totally flabbergasted by her anger and irritated-ness. So… I’m sorry I don’t know the menu(I don’t work here.) There are things listed and pictured on the menu that you don’t have at all and you’re talking to me like I’M stupid? What the actual heeelllllll? We drove away and my husband said, «daaaaaamn. What was heeeerrrr problem?» Again, this may be one of those flukes. Maybe homegirl was having a terrible day at 9 this morning and just couldn’t. even. Starbucks isn’t a company I expected to let employees bring that to work and take it out on people, but whatever, they have like a billion customers. What’s just one fewer? I like to give places a second try, but I can absolutely not go back to a business that treats me like a bitch and voluntarily give them my money. Luckily there is coffee all over the city. Their cold drinks may be the best in the whole world… I wouldn’t know.

The staff is impeccable — always friendly and warm. They really go out of their way to remember individual people and what they prefer to order. Everything is clean, tidy and I love the sense of teamwork and camaraderie present in the staff. The offerings are always great, and they’ve never failed to fix a drink if it hasn’t been exactly what I wanted. I always feel safe in trying something new here because of that. Great people, great work ethic — clearly a solid culture here. This is everything I want from Starbucks!

ARGH!!! This was the umpteenth time I’ve been thru a 6 car deep drive thru line only to find out that they are out of very berry refresher… or soy milk… they can’t seem to keep stock of anything I go there for. The location and the fact that there is a drive thru lane is great but they ruin everything by more than half the time not having what I come to Starbucks for. I have complained and spoken to management on this problem and nobody seems to be able to solve the problem. I only hear lame excuses. Just to list a few I can remember… «We’re a very high volume store.» «We changed distributors.» «The floods in Dallas delayed the truck.» There is a Starbucks in the Randall’s store at spicewood and mesa that does a good job but doesn’t have a drive thru. If you need a drive thru, the store at Parmer and mopac has never failed me but is a bit out of the way. ANDERSONLANE, get your act together!!!

Nothing special, just like every other corporate coffee shop. They are however especially friendly but if you want coffee shop local, there are two places less than a mile away!

Best starbucks in this area. Always busy but quick to get you through, and I have never had a problem with the customer service. I will go OUTOFMYWAY to hit this location if I can. I recommend skipping the drive through if its busy, inside is just as quick at this one. I will say that if I plan on hanging out, I usually have to sit outside due to the crowd but I don’t mind; their outside area is well shaded and lovely to sit at.

The staff here is beyond awesome. I’ve not remembered a bad experience and I’ve gone there at least 100 times in the past year. Even if the drive thru line looks horrendous, they are able to get people in and out pretty quick. I hardly ever find chain experiences this good. A+++ on whoever is working there — you give a lot!

Having previously worked at a Starbucks for four years, I know that the drive thru can get hectic, and because of my experience on the other side of the counter, I’d like to think I’m a fairly compassionate and understanding person. Furthermore, this location gets a lot of traffic. However, there is no excuse for the experience I had here today. After ordering an iced latte, I’m asked to pull around(order was not repeated to me nor was a total given.) Twenty minutes later(yes, you read that right) I get to the window. The girl attempts to shove a hot latte out said window; I insist I ordered iced. She literally says nothing; she rolls her eyes and sets off on begging another barista to remake it. At this point, I’m furious. Not only am I getting treated snarkily(is that a word?) for something that wasn’t my fault, the barista makes no attempt to apologize for the mistake. This is usually Starbucks barista training 101– make sure the customer leaves with a smile on their face. That is also why Starbucks issues«recovery certificates” — for situations such as these(I’ve handed them out in far less terrible situations.) When I asked for one, the girl leaves– and I’m left stranded at the window for another five minutes with no explanation. Finally, a man(the manager? who knows, as he didn’t say a word to me) hands me a recovery certificate. No «I’m sorry,» no nothing. To be honest, I would have much preferred a shred of human sincerity, a glance, anything– instead of the $ 4 off I was hastily handed for my next drink. To sum up– if you enjoy 25 minute drive thru waits, incorrect orders, and snarky baristas, you’ve found your Starbucks.

I don’t see why people don’t give Starbucks a good review. I like this place, and you cannot beat buy one get one free for your holiday drinks.

Super pleasant staff. Decent beverage you’d expect from any Starbucks. Strong internet, though it can be a little slow. Fast moving line and a drive-thru. Huge capacity with plenty of outlets and couches. All of that above, make this place one of the better Starbucks I go to. I’ll drive extra miles to skip one to get to this one. Not the best coffee place around with Epoch and Joe’s around, but this place does the trick. Really, it’s not that bad.

First time visit and I can see what some Unilocalers refer to with the overall attitude of order taking employees. Usually Starbucks has an atmosphere that is inviting and welcoming. I popped in while running errands before work and the employee behind the counter seemed more interested in getting me out of line so he could go back to standing there and waiting for the next guest. Odd considering that it wasn’t busy. Anywho, the barista was friendly enough and they have a better selection than most in terms of merchandise — $ 1 reusable travel cups(first for me at the local locations I’ve been to). They are a bit larger of a location so maybe that has something to do with employee personality. I’d still stop by again if I was in the area but there isn’t anything I can recall that would have me go out of my way to make a return trip.

The 2 stars is for the drive-thru. If there are more than 2 cars already in line(and frequently there’s more than a dozen cars, it truly boggles my brain when there are other options near by) then I just keep driving. It is possibly the sloooooowest drive-thru ever. Yesterday with just one car in front of me I waited over 8 minutes. I about gave up(and probably should have). I’m not sure why it takes so long. I’ve been inside a couple of times and it seems very normal. The staff is friendly, the selection is a normal Starbucks. Just avoid the drive-thru if you can. They’ve got an amazing location(right on the way to Mopac) so its convenience can’t be beat. They’ll have to do something once Epoch opens its new store next to the Village to keep up.
